Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车座椅靠背垫,包括:表面座套、第一发泡缓冲层、骨架托板、第二发泡缓冲层和纤维毡层,第一发泡缓冲层和第二发泡缓冲层分别安转在骨架托板的上下两个表面,表面座套通过胶黏剂粘结在第一发泡缓冲层的上表面,纤维毡层通过胶黏剂粘结在第二发泡缓冲层的下表面,骨架托板层上下两个表面均布有多个安装孔,第一发泡缓冲层和第二发泡缓冲层上与安装孔配合的地方通过热压方式压入安装孔实现压紧连接。通过上述方式,本发明汽车座椅靠背垫绿色环保,有较高的承压负荷能力,可以有效吸收震动,增加腰部的支撑力量,大大提高了减震抗冲击能力,透气透湿效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车座椅靠背垫。
背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的发展,人们对汽车的外观、舒适性、安全性和节能性等要求也不断提高,因此汽车内饰件的用量和质量也在不断提高。
汽车内饰件主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车防晒膜、汽车握手套、汽车地垫、汽车防滑垫和坐垫等等,均是汽车内饰用产品。
汽车座椅作为重要的内饰件,其不仅需要美观舒适,更重要的是要有可靠的减震效果来保障驾驶员的安全性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车座椅靠背垫,绿色环保,有较高的承压负荷能力,可以有效吸收震动,增加腰部的支撑力量,大大提高了减震抗冲击能力,透气透湿效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种汽车座椅靠背垫,包括:表面座套、第一发泡缓冲层、骨架托板、第二发泡缓冲层和纤维毡层,第一发泡缓冲层和第二发泡缓冲层分别安转在骨架托板的上下两个表面,表面座套通过胶黏剂粘结在第一发泡缓冲层的上表面,纤维毡层通过胶黏剂粘结在第二发泡缓冲层的下表面,
骨架托板层上下两个表面均布有多个安装孔,第一发泡缓冲层和第二发泡缓冲层上与安装孔配合的地方通过热压方式压入安装孔实现压紧连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述表面座套为真皮压花座套。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一发泡缓冲层为聚苯乙烯发泡复合层,第二发泡缓冲层为聚氨酯发泡层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述骨架托板为冷轧钢板制成,骨架托板上的安装孔通过一体成型方式制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶黏剂为热熔胶或压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明汽车座椅靠背垫绿色环保,有较高的承压负荷能力,可以有效吸收震动,增加腰部的支撑力量,大大提高了减震抗冲击能力,透气透湿效果好。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种汽车座椅靠背垫,包括:表面座套100、第一发泡缓冲层200、骨架托板300、第二发泡缓冲层400和纤维毡层500。
第一发泡缓冲层200和第二发泡缓冲层400分别安转在骨架托板300的上下两个表面,骨架托板层300上下两个表面均布有多个安装孔600,第一发泡缓冲层200和第二发泡缓冲层400上与安装孔配合的地方通过热压方式压入安装孔600实现压紧连接。
这样一来,一方面减少了胶黏剂的使用,绿色环保,另一方面可以让两个缓冲层紧紧地压在骨架托板上,大大提高了减震抗冲击能力。
第一发泡缓冲层200为聚苯乙烯发泡复合层,第二发泡缓冲层400为聚氨酯发泡层,可以有效吸收震动,增加腰部的支撑力量,同时具有优异的透气透湿性能。
表面座套100为真皮压花座套,柔软美观,舒适感更加强烈。
骨架托板300为冷轧钢板制成,骨架托板300上的安装孔600通过一体成型方式制成,具有较高的承压负荷能力,具有较好的防震抗冲击能力。
表面座套100通过胶黏剂粘结在第一发泡缓冲层200的上表面,纤维毡层500通过胶黏剂粘结在第二发泡缓冲层400的下表面,胶黏剂为热熔胶或压敏胶。
本发明汽车座椅靠背垫的有益效果是:
绿色环保,有较高的承压负荷能力,可以有效吸收震动,增加腰部的支撑力量,大大提高了减震抗冲击能力,透气透湿效果好。

1.一种汽车座椅靠背垫,其特征在于,包括:表面座套、第一发泡缓冲层、骨架托板、第二发泡缓冲层和纤维毡层,第一发泡缓冲层和第二发泡缓冲层分别安转在骨架托板的上下两个表面,表面座套通过胶黏剂粘结在第一发泡缓冲层的上表面,纤维毡层通过胶黏剂粘结在第二发泡缓冲层的下表面,
骨架托板层上下两个表面均布有多个安装孔,第一发泡缓冲层和第二发泡缓冲层上与安装孔配合的地方通过热压方式压入安装孔实现压紧连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅靠背垫,其特征在于,所述表面座套为真皮压花座套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅靠背垫,其特征在于,所述第一发泡缓冲层为聚苯乙烯发泡复合层,第二发泡缓冲层为聚氨酯发泡层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅靠背垫,其特征在于,所述骨架托板为冷轧钢板制成,骨架托板上的安装孔通过一体成型方式制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅靠背垫,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂为热熔胶或压敏胶。
