Abstract
本发明提供了一种布料的生产方法,包括如下步骤:准备材料:选取防渗透布料,中间吸附层和涤锦超细纤维布;2)将所述涤锦超细纤维布依次经过碱法开纤处理和除油处理;3)将步骤2)处理后的所述涤锦超细纤维布用18.2兆的纯净水清洗;4)复合以清洗后的所述涤锦超细纤维布为面料,防渗透布料为底料,中间吸附层设置在二者之间,采用超声波复合机将三层材料复合成一体,得到复合材料;5)分条和横切;6)将步骤5)所得复合材料长条的长度方向的两端折叠,设置卡扣;卡扣的设置方式为超声波复合机复合或针线缝合,得到半成品;7)清洗材料:采用纯净水清洗步骤6)所得半成品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及拖把布技术领域,具体地,涉及一种布料生产方法及布料。
背景技术
某些特殊领域的实验室,如生产药品,研究生物细胞等的无菌室对洁清度的要求较高,需要达到万级洁净度,市面上常用的拖把布或抹布不能达到要求,其主要原因是这些拖把布的布料不能有效吸附微尘,杀灭细菌,或者虽然使用杀菌剂能够杀灭细菌,然而不能将杀灭后的菌体带走。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种布料生产方法,该方法制备的布料应用于无菌室的清洁,可以杀灭细菌,吸附菌体,微尘,微粒,水分等,吸附性强,一块长4-80cm,宽3-35cm的布料能够清洁8-10平方米面积,清洁能力强,吸附性好。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种布料生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)准备材料:选取防渗透布料,中间吸附层和涤锦超细纤维布;所述涤锦超细纤维布中涤纶的含量为50-90%重量份,锦纶的含量为10-50%重量份,所述涤锦超细纤维布的规格为50D/36F—400D/144F;
2)将所述涤锦超细纤维布依次经过碱法开纤处理和除油处理;开纤前,涤锦超细纤维布中的超细纤维的细度与普通纤维相差不大,碱法开纤时,部分涤纶在强碱高温环境下溶解,涤纶和锦纶裂解剥离,纤维细化,增加了织物交织点的空隙,从而增加涤纶吸湿排汗性和吸附性;
3)将步骤2)处理后的所述涤锦超细纤维布用纯净水清洗;
4)复合以清洗后的所述涤锦超细纤维布为面料,防渗透布料为底料,中间吸附层设置在二者之间,采用超声波复合机将三层材料复合成一体,得到复合材料;超声波复合机在所述复合材料表面形成纹路;较佳地,每次复合形成50-100米长的布料;所述纹路呈V形;V形纹路有利于使用过程中拖动所述拖把布;
5)分条和横切在步骤4)复合过程中,同时按照所需的宽度和长度采用超声波切割进行分条和横切,得到复合材料长条;
6)将步骤5)所得复合材料长条的长度方向的两端折叠,设置卡扣;卡扣的设置方式为超声波复合机复合或针线缝合,得到半成品;
7)清洗材料:采用纯净水清洗步骤6)所得半成品。
上述方法中还包括将步骤7)清洗后的复合材料烘干,γ杀菌的过程。
上述步骤3)中,清洗所述涤锦超细纤维布的同时,在清水中添加杀菌剂,在杀菌的同时防止产品交叉污染。
所述防渗透布料为普通布料上涂覆防渗透剂所得,或为能够阻止细菌,水分通过的塑料,或隔离纸,优选采用中国发明专利ZL201310150288.4中所述公开的隔离纸。
所述中间吸附层为海绵或吸附无纺布,所述吸附无纺布含有50-90%重量份粘胶和10-50%重量份涤纶。
步骤3)和步骤7)所述清洗是采用中国发明专利ZL201310344005.1所述的清洗方法清洗。
上述步骤4)中的复合工艺是将所述涤锦超细纤维布,所述中间吸附层和所述防渗透布料分别卷绕在一辊轮上;三个辊轮同时向同一方向转动,向同一加工位运送布料,使得所述涤锦超细纤维布,所述中间吸附层和所述防渗透布料按顺序重叠50-100米,经过所述超声波复合机复合在一起。相较于现有的人工针线复合工艺,人工针线复合一片的时间,采用辊轮和超声波复合机能生产18-20片的成品,将大大减少成本,同时提高工作效率。
较佳地,所述涤锦超细纤维布中含有50-90%重量份的涤纶,10-50%重量份的锦纶。所述涤锦超细纤维布中含有70%重量份的涤纶,30%重量份的锦纶。
超声波复合机在所述复合材料表面形成纹路。
所述方法制备的布料,包括复合在一起的面层,中间吸附层和所述防渗透底层;所述面层为涤锦超细纤维布;所述布料长相对的两端翻折,所述翻折部分相对的两边缝合在所述防渗透底层上,第三边与所述防渗透底层形成开口。
所述布料长4-80cm,宽3-35cm。
所述布料上设置有花纹;所述花纹为直纹,横纹,棱格纹或V形纹。
所述布料中,所述涤锦超细纤维布经碱化开纤,除油等工艺处理,具有良好的吸附和杀灭细菌,微尘的性能,清洁能力强。所述中间吸附层能够吸附和储存水分,微尘,菌体;所述防渗透底层能够防止所述涤锦超细纤维布和所述中间吸附层上的菌体,微尘,水分等渗透,污染拖把,从而避免在更换所述布料后,污染的拖把进一步污染新的布料。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述布料生产方法,该方法制备的布料应用于无菌室的清洁,可以杀灭细菌,吸附菌体,微尘,微粒,水分等,吸附性强,一块长50-80cm,宽15-25cm的布料能够清洁8-10平方米面积,清洁能力强,吸附性好。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的发明目的,技术方案及技术效果更加清楚明白,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。应理解,此处所描述的具体实施例及相关附图,仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一
一种布料生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)准备材料:选取防渗透布料,中间吸附层和涤锦超细纤维布;所述涤锦超细纤维布中涤纶的含量为70%重量份,锦纶的含量为30%重量份,所述涤锦超细纤维布的规格为75D/36F;
2)将所述涤锦超细纤维布依次经过碱法开纤处理和除油处理
3)将步骤2)处理后的所述涤锦超细纤维布用纯净水清洗,清水中添加杀菌剂杀菌;
4)复合以清洗后的所述涤锦超细纤维布为面料,防渗透布料为底料,中间吸附层设置在二者之间,采用超声波复合机将三层材料复合成一体,得到长80米的复合材料;超声波复合机在所述复合材料表面形成纹路,所述纹路呈V形;
5)分条和横切在步骤4)复合过程中,同时按照50cm长和25cm宽采用超声波切割进行分条和横切,得到复合材料长条;
6)将步骤5)所得复合材料长条的长度方向的两端折叠,设置卡扣;卡扣的设置方式为超声波复合机复合或针线缝合,得到半成品;
7)清洗材料:采用纯净水清洗步骤6)所得半成品;
8)将步骤7)所得半成品烘干,γ杀菌。
所述防渗透布料为普通布料上涂覆防渗透剂。
所述中间吸附层为吸附无纺布,所述吸附无纺布含有70%重量份粘胶和30%重量份涤纶。
上述步骤4)中的复合工艺是将所述涤锦超细纤维布,所述中间吸附层和所述防渗透布料分别卷绕在一辊轮上;三个辊轮同时向同一方向转动,向同一加工位运送布料,使得所述涤锦超细纤维布,所述中间吸附层和所述防渗透布料按顺序重叠50米,经过所述超声波复合机复合在一起。
实施例二
一种布料生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)准备材料:选取防渗透布料,中间吸附层和涤锦超细纤维布;所述涤锦超细纤维布中涤纶的含量为50%重量份,锦纶的含量为50%重量份,所述涤锦超细纤维布的规格为105D/72F;
2)将所述涤锦超细纤维布依次经过碱法开纤处理和除油处理
3)将步骤2)处理后的所述涤锦超细纤维布用18.2兆的纯净水清洗;
4)复合以清洗后的所述涤锦超细纤维布为面料,防渗透布料为底料,中间吸附层设置在二者之间,采用超声波复合机将三层材料复合成一体,得到50米长的复合材料;超声波复合机在所述复合材料表面形成纹路,所述纹路为菱格纹;
5)分条和横切在步骤4)复合过程中,同时按照80cm长和35cm宽采用超声波切割进行分条和横切,得到复合材料长条;
6)将步骤5)所得复合材料长条的长度方向的两端折叠,设置卡扣;卡扣的设置方式为超声波复合机复合或针线缝合,得到半成品;
7)清洗材料:采用纯净水清洗步骤6)所得半成品。
所述防渗透布料为隔离纸。
所述中间吸附层为吸附无纺布,所述吸附无纺布含有90%重量份粘胶和10%重量份涤纶。
实施例三
一种布料生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)准备材料:选取防渗透布料,中间吸附层和涤锦超细纤维布;所述涤锦超细纤维布中涤纶的含量为90%重量份,锦纶的含量为10%重量份,所述涤锦超细纤维布的规格为400D/144F;
2)将所述涤锦超细纤维布依次经过碱法开纤处理和除油处理
3)将步骤2)处理后的所述涤锦超细纤维布用纯净水清洗;
4)复合以清洗后的所述涤锦超细纤维布为面料,防渗透布料为底料,中间吸附层设置在二者之间,采用超声波复合机将三层材料复合成一体,得到复合材料;复合材料长100米,超声波复合机在所述复合材料表面形成纹路,所述纹路为横纹;
5)分条和横切在步骤4)复合过程中,同时按照4cm长和3cm宽采用超声波切割进行分条和横切,得到复合材料长条;
6)将步骤5)所得复合材料长条的长度方向的两端折叠,设置卡扣;卡扣的设置方式为超声波复合机复合或针线缝合,得到半成品;
7)清洗材料:采用纯净水清洗步骤5)所得半成品,清洗方法为中国发明专利ZL201310344005.1所述的清洗方法清洗。
所述防渗透布料为中国发明专利ZL201310150288.4中所述公开的隔离纸。
所述中间吸附层为吸附无纺布,所述吸附无纺布含有50%重量份粘胶和50%重量份涤纶。
实施例四
参照图1,上述方法制备的布料,包括复合在一起的面层1,中间吸附层2和所述防渗透底层3;所述面层1为涤锦超细纤维布;所述所述防渗透底层3相对的两端设有对称的卡扣。所述卡扣与拖把杆相互配合,方便套接在所述拖把杆上或从所述拖把杆上脱落。
所述布料长相对的两端4翻折,所述翻折部分4相对的两边5缝合在所述防渗透底层3上,第三边6与所述防渗透底层形成开口7。
所述布料长4-80cm,宽3-35cm。
所述布料上设置有花纹8;所述花纹为直纹,横纹,棱格纹或V形纹。

Claims (10)
1.一种布料的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)准备材料:选取防渗透布料,中间吸附层和涤锦超细纤维布;所述涤锦超细纤维布中涤纶的含量为50-90%重量份,锦纶的含量为10-50%重量份,所述涤锦超细纤维布的规格为50D/36F—400D/144F;
2)将所述涤锦超细纤维布依次经过碱法开纤处理和除油处理;
3)将步骤2)处理后的所述涤锦超细纤维布用纯净水清洗;
4)复合以清洗后的所述涤锦超细纤维布为面料,防渗透布料为底料,中间吸附层设置在二者之间,采用超声波复合机将三层材料复合成一体,得到复合材料;
5)分条和横切在步骤4)复合过程中,同时按照所需的宽度和长度采用超声波切割进行分条和横切,得到复合材料长条;
6)将步骤5)所得复合材料长条的长度方向的两端折叠,设置卡扣;卡扣的设置方式为超声波复合机复合或针线缝合,得到半成品;
7)清洗材料采用纯净水清洗步骤6)所得半成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的布料的生产方法,其特征在于,上述步骤4)中的复合工艺是将所述涤锦超细纤维布,所述中间吸附层和所述防渗透布料分别卷绕在一辊轮上;三个辊轮同时向同一方向转动,向同一加工位运送布料,使得所述涤锦超细纤维布,所述中间吸附层和所述防渗透布料按顺序重叠,经过所述超声波复合机复合在一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的布料的生产方法,其特征在于,上述步骤3)中,清洗所述涤锦超细纤维布时,在纯净水中添加杀菌剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的布料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述防渗透布料为普通布料上涂覆防渗透剂所得,或塑料或隔离纸。
5.如权利要求1所述的布料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述中间吸附层为海绵或吸附无纺布,所述吸附无纺布含有0-80%重量份粘胶和20-100%重量份涤纶。
6.如权利要求1所述的布料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述涤锦超细纤维布中含有50-90%重量份的涤纶,10-50%重量份的锦纶。
7.如权利要求1所述的布料生产方法,其特征在于,超声波复合机在所述复合材料表面形成纹路。
8.用权利要求1-7任一项所述方法制备的布料,其特征在于,包括复合在一起的面层,中间吸附层和所述防渗透底层;所述面层为涤锦超细纤维布;所述防渗透底层的两端分别设有卡扣;所述卡扣为所述布料相对的两端翻折,所述翻折部分相对的两边缝合在所述防渗透底层上,第三边与所述防渗透底层形成开口。
9.如权利要求8所述的布料,其特征在于,所述布料长4-80cm,宽3-35cm。
10.如权利要求9所述的布料,其特征在于,所述布料上设置有花纹;所述花纹为直纹,横纹,棱格纹或V形纹。
