Abstract
一种褐藻酸钠超声诊断仪耦合剂,主要适用于超
声诊断仪,也可用于体外震波碎石机。褐藻酸钠是从
海带或其它褐藻中提取的一种属于糖醛类的亲水性
聚合物。以褐藻酸钠制备无油超声耦合剂,经过筛
选、实验和检测并经临床应用,其主要成分有褐藻酸
钠、丙三醇、尼泊金E、色素和香精等,其主要技术指
标达到或超过国内外水平。本产品取材容易、制法简
便、原料成本低、产品稳定性好。
Description
本发明涉及一种褐藻酸钠耦合剂,适用于超声诊断仪。也适用于体外震波碎石机。
对超声诊断仪使用的耦合剂基本要求是,声阻抗与人体的声阻抗相近,超声衰减小,以求得到清晰的图象和较高的分辨率;对人体无毒性、无刺激性,有较好的稳定性;对超声探头无腐蚀和损伤。国内各医院多采用石蜡油乳剂等含油类和表面活性剂的耦合剂,这类耦合剂超声衰减较大,而且对探头有一定的损伤作用。
在国内药学杂志报道过的耦合剂,其主要成分多为羧甲基纤维钠或合成的高分子化合物如聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸聚合物等,以后者制备的性能较佳,但原料价格高,尚无药用规格,精制较为麻烦。
本发明的任务是以褐藻酸钠配制超声诊断仪用的耦合剂。
褐藻酸钠是从海带或其它褐藻中提取的一种属于糖醛类的亲水性聚合物,具有一般高分子溶胶的特性,其水溶液为半透明均匀的粘稠液体,粘度随浓度增大而增加。由于具有高度的安全性和配伍性能,故在医药和日用化学品中作为添加剂。稳定剂、增稠剂、护肤剂等已得到广泛的应用。
以褐藻酸钠制备无油超声耦合剂,经过筛选、实验和检测并经临床应用,其配方和制备过程如下:
配方:配制1000ml的耦合剂应加入:
褐藻酸钠 10.0-35.0g
丙三醇 50.0-250.0g
尼泊金E 1.0g
药用色素 适量
药用香精 适量
葡萄糖酸钙0.5-3.0g
蒸馏水 加至1000ml
制备过程:
取尼泊金E以少许乙醇溶解,加入丙三醇及适量蒸馏水搅匀,将褐藻酸钠分散其中,缓缓溶解后,调节PH6.5-7.0,加入色素、香精,再加蒸馏水至全量,充分搅拌均匀即得。
褐藻酸钠在PH5.0-10.0之间最稳定,PH7.0粘度最大,配制时,可根据原料的粘度和季节的不同,适当的调整褐藻酸钠和保湿剂丙三醇的投料量。钙盐可增大褐藻酸钠的稠度,必要时,每配制1000ml耦合剂可加入0.5-3.0g葡萄糖酸钙以提高粘度。
褐藻酸钠耦合剂主要的质量指标可与使用CMC-Na或合成的高分子化合物,如PrA、丙烯酸聚合物,Carbopol等所配制的耦合剂相媲美。其声阻抗与人体组织相近,超声衰减仅为石蜡油乳剂的1/60,图象清晰度、分辨率不亚于日本、美国的耦合剂。对皮肤无刺激,对探头无损伤和腐蚀作用。取材容易、制法简便、原料成本仅为进口的Carbopol的1/12。其稳定性好。
实施例:
取尼泊金E1g加20ml乙醇溶解,加入丙三醇100ml及蒸馏水800ml搅匀,将30g褐藻酸钠分散其中,缓缓溶解,调节PH7.0,在搅拌下,缓缓滴加5%葡萄糖酸钙20ml,再加1%亚甲兰5滴,5%柠檬黄液10ml及茉莉香精5滴,充分搅拌均匀即得。
Claims (2)
1、褐藻酸钠超声诊断仪耦合剂,其特征在于由褐藻酸钠、丙三醇、尼泊金E、色素、香精加蒸馏水制备而成。其配方为每1000ml耦合剂中应加入褐藻酸钠10.0-35.0g,丙三醇50.0~250.0ml,尼泊金E1.0g,药用色素适量,药用香精适量,蒸馏水加至1000ml,其制备过程为取尼泊金E以少许乙醇溶解,加入丙三醇及适量蒸馏水搅匀,将褐藻酸钠分散其中,缓缓溶解后,调节PH6.5~7.0,加入色素、香精,再加蒸馏水至全量,充分搅拌均匀即得。
2、根据权利要求1所述的褐藻酸钠超声诊断仪耦合剂,其特征在于在制备过程中,必要时每配制1000ml耦合剂可适当加0.5~3.0g葡萄糖酸钙,并可根据原料粘度和季节的不同适当调整保湿剂丙三醇的投料量。
