本发明公开了一种减少汽车三元催化器噪音的方法,所述方法将三元催化器中催化剂载体做成W型,其顺序堆叠形成完整载体,所述载体在三元催化器中分为至少2段,每段之间间隔20‑40mm,所述载体的孔隙率介于20%‑30%之间。本发明通过在三元催化器中设置特定结构的载体,并设置特定的间隙,使得尾气在流经三元催化器时,能够降低声音,从而使得所述三元催化器兼具***的作用,可以在排气管路中省略***。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车降噪技术领域,尤其涉及一种减少汽车三元催化器噪音的方法。
背景技术
汽车的交通噪声是城市噪声污染的主要来源,其中排气噪声是汽车的主要噪声来源。排气噪声的主要来源有:排气管道辐射的辐射噪声,***壁面辐射的壳体噪声,排气尾管出口气流放射声及***连接部分存在缝隙导致的泄漏声。
排气***安装于排气***中,既能使汽车发动机排气脉动减少,又能使排气噪声降低。排气***按照消声机理叫分为阻性***、抗性***和两者结合的阻抗复合式***三类。阻式***利用***内的吸声材料成吸声结构,使沿管道传播的噪卢随传播距离的增加而被吸收,从而衰减能量,达到消声的目的。抗式***是借助管道截面的突然扩大和收缩,或旁接共振腔,使沿管道传播的噪声在突变处向声源反射冋去,而不穿过***,以此达到消声的目的。。阻抗复合式***兼具二者的特点,可在较宽频率范围内获得较高的消声量。
***总容积与发动机排量的比值在3-5之间,由于小型汽车排气管短,三元催化器安装空间非常小,限制了排气管部件的安装。同时,由于低背压排气***的广泛使用,多个部件安装于排气管中,势必引起排气背压的提升。鉴于此原因,安装三元催化器之后,如果汽油机不安装***,可以有效降低排气被压,改善内燃机性能,并使安装空间缩小。
因此三元催化剂兼具降噪能力,是本领域发展的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出减少汽车三元催化器噪音的方法,能够使得三元催化器兼具***的作用,从而排气管路上无需安装***。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种减少汽车三元催化器噪音的方法,所述方法将三元催化器中催化剂载体做成W型,其顺序堆叠形成完整载体,所述载体在三元催化器中分为至少2段,每段之间间隔20-40mm,所述载体的孔隙率介于20%-30%之间。
本发明通过将载体设置成W型并顺序堆叠,W型的V型侧面迎向排气方向,因此排气需穿过W型载体的4个侧面,同时,由于所述载体具有孔隙率,其侧面上分布有小孔,排气在穿过遍布小孔的W侧面时,速度逐渐减小,摩擦损失逐渐增大,使得声音逐渐降低。
在本发明的三元催化器中,载体不是呈一体放置,而是存在间隔,形成空腔。这是因为载体同时具有阻性和抗性消声机理,载体之间的空腔相当于形成一个膨胀腔,从而具有抗性消声作用。
本发明通过在三元催化器中设置特定结构的载体,并设置特定的间隙,使得尾气在流经三元催化器时,能够降低声音,从而使得所述三元催化器兼具***的作用,可以在排气管路中省略***。

实施例1
一种减少汽车三元催化器噪音的方法,所述方法将三元催化器中催化剂载体做成W型,其顺序堆叠形成完整载体,所述载体在三元催化器中分为2段,每段之间间隔20mm,所述载体的孔隙率为20%。
实施例2
一种减少汽车三元催化器噪音的方法,所述方法将三元催化器中催化剂载体做成W型,其顺序堆叠形成完整载体,所述载体在三元催化器中分为4段,每段之间间隔20mm,所述载体的孔隙率为30%。
经过检测,在排气管路上安装所述三元催化器并取消***后,其噪音不超过62dB,完全符合法律法规的要求。
