背景技术

发明内容

形成薄膜件51的树脂层可以由高折射率聚合物和低折射率聚合物构成。每个树脂层可以显示或者展示提高的可成形性,同时具有高亮度和自然的金属色。而且,即使在形成之后,树脂层可以保持金属色,而不分层,并且可以具有提高的(例如,优异的)无线电波透明度。由于在相关技术韩国专利公开号10-2008-0034899中更详细地描述薄膜件51,所以在本文中省略其详细描述。薄膜件51可以是透明材料。
根据本发明的示例性实施方式的无线电波透明罩可以进一步包括:覆盖层54,耦接至透镜层53的前表面以保护透镜层53并且提供均匀的厚度;基底层55;以及粘合层56,设置在透镜层53与覆盖层54之间,以耦接透镜层53和覆盖层54,并且可以提高由透镜层53产生的三维图像60的效果。覆盖层54可以是透明注塑成型的树脂,基底层55可以是半透明或不透明注塑成型的树脂,并且粘合层56可以是透明材料。在本发明的示例性实施方式中,如图2中所示,图案层52可以设置在薄膜件51的前表面上。换言之,基底层55可以耦接至薄膜件51的后表面,可以保护薄膜件51并且提供均匀的厚度。
在本发明的另一个示例性实施方式中,如图3中所示,图案层52可以设置在薄膜件51的后表面上。具体地,基底层55可以耦接至图案层52的后表面,可以保护图案层52,并且可以提供均匀的厚度。形成在图案层52上的图像52a可以包括没有三维效果的符号或标志。通过印刷、喷漆、沉积以及转印中的任一个,图像52a可以设置在图案层52的表面52b上。图案层52可以反射穿过薄膜件51的可见光,并且通过可见光的反射提供金属外观(例如,效果)。图案层52可以是半透明或不透明的树脂,以显示设置在表面52b上的特定图像。
透镜层53可以设置在薄膜件51的最上层的表面上,与覆盖层54相邻,并且可以包括朝着覆盖层54延伸的多个微小突出部分53a。换言之,多个微小突出部分53a可以设置在薄膜件51的最上层的表面上,从而形成透镜层53。透镜层53的突出部分53a可以具有凸透镜的形状,并且可以使图案层52反射的可见光折射,以将图案层52的图像52a转换成在图6中显示的三维图像60。尤其地,可以通过薄膜件51的透明层,提供深度知觉。例如,透镜层53和三维图像60可以提供深度知觉。进一步,为了提高由透镜层53形成的三维图像60的效果,粘合层56可以均匀地应涂覆到在突出部分53a之间的间隙内。
在根据本发明的示例性实施方式的无线电波透明罩中,没有三维效果的图像52a可以设置在图案层52(其可以位于薄膜件51的前表面或后表面)上,并且可以提供提高的无线电波透明度。此外,在其上形成突出部分53a的透镜层53可以设置在薄膜件51的前表面上或者图案层52的前表面上。因此,无线电波透明罩可以具有提高的无线电波透明度,可以通过图案层52提供金属外观,并且可以通过在其上形成突出部分53a的透镜层53形成三维图像60,从而提高可销性。
而且,与传统无线电波透明罩不同,可以省略为了提供金属外观和效果而包含In和Sn的金属层。因此,成本可以大幅降低,并且可以防止环境污染。用于车辆的无线电波透明罩的实例可以包括智能巡航控制传感器罩和各种其他传感器罩。
虽然为了说明的目的,描述了本发明的示例性实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员要理解的是,在不背离在所附权利要求中公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,能够具有各种修改、增加以及替换。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于车辆的无线电波透明罩,包括:
薄膜件,具有用于相对于穿透可见光调整穿透率和折射率的树脂层;
图案层,设置在所述薄膜件的前表面或后表面上,并且具有通过印刷或沉积形成在所述图案层上的图像;以及
透镜层,设置在所述薄膜件的前表面上并且将在所述图案层上形成的所述图像转换成三维图像。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无线电波透明罩,进一步包括:
覆盖层,耦接至所述透镜层的前表面以保护所述透镜层并且具有均匀的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无线电波透明罩,进一步包括:
基底层,在所述图案层设置在所述薄膜件的前表面上的情况中,所述基底层耦接至所述薄膜件的后表面以保护所述薄膜件并且具有均匀的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无线电波透明罩,进一步包括:
基底层,在所述图案层设置在所述薄膜件的后表面上的情况中,所述基底层耦接至所述图案层的后表面以保护所述图案层并且具有均匀的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无线电波透明罩,其中,所述薄膜件包括单个树脂层或多个树脂层。
6.根据权利要求2所述的无线电波透明罩,进一步包括:
粘合层,设置在所述透镜层与所述覆盖层之间,以耦接所述透镜层和所述覆盖层,并且提高由所述透镜层形成的所述三维图像的效果。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无线电波透明罩,其中,通过印刷、喷漆、沉积、以及转印中的任一个,在所述图案层的、面向所述薄膜件的表面上形成所述图像。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无线电波透明罩,其中,所述图案层是半透明或不透明树脂。
9.根据权利要求2所述的无线电波透明罩,其中,所述透镜层形成在所述薄膜件的最上层的表面上,面向所述覆盖层,并且所述透镜层具有朝着所述覆盖层延伸的多个微小突出部分。
10.根据权利要求2所述的无线电波透明罩,其中,所述覆盖层是透明注塑成型树脂。
11.根据权利要求3所述的无线电波透明罩,其中,所述基底层是半透明或不透明注塑成型树脂。
12.根据权利要求6所述的无线电波透明罩,其中,所述粘合层是透明材料。
