(1)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣得到滤液,然后加入石榴滤液体积0.02-0.05%的果胶酶,控制酶解温度在45-55℃,酶解1-2h,灭酶,即得石榴汁,备用;
(2)选取无腐烂、无病虫害的干红枣为原料,洗净,沥干水分,去除枣核,将枣肉用组织破碎机破碎,加入其质量5~10倍的水,控制温度90~95℃,恒温浸提2~4h,过滤,得大枣汁,备用;
(3)选取优质苹果,去核切成小块放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的清水搅拌打浆,然后过150目筛得苹果汁,备用;
(4)选取优质朵大的银耳,洗净后放入水中泡发1-2小时,然后捞出去除根蒂,银耳用手撕成小碎块,然后加入2倍量的清水煮沸腾后以慢火继续熬煮20-30分钟,自然冷却至室温即得银耳汤,备用;
(5)将百合花和冷水按照料液比为1g:20ml混合浸泡1~2小时,后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得一次提取液和滤渣,然后向滤渣中加入5倍于其重量的冷水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得二次提取液;将一次提取液和二次提取液混合加热至沸腾后15分钟即得百合花提取液;
(6)取洗净的白菜根切成细条状,然后和冷水按照料液比为1g:20ml混合后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得一次提取液和滤渣,然后向滤渣中加入3倍于其重量的冷水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得二次提取液;将一次提取液和二次提取液混合加热至沸腾后15分钟即得白菜根提取液;
(7)将配方量的冰糖加入步骤(4)所制得的银耳汤中,加热使其完全融化后自然冷却至室温后,将上述步骤所得的石榴汁、大枣汁、苹果汁、百合花提取液、白菜根提取液加入其中得混合饮料,然后加入柠檬酸和适量水调配,混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机内均质15-20min,真空脱气2-3min,脱气温度65℃,80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,装瓶即得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明各原料在营养和功效上合理搭配,协同作用,且产品中不添加任何化学防腐剂、着色剂等,饮用口感好,既有果蔬天然的香气和营养成分,又形成了新的风味,适于现代人多元化的口味需求,各种原料中的营养成分可以得到最大限度的保留,无任何刺激性气味。本发明的保健饮料具有显著的防治口腔溃疡的效果,可有效缓解疼痛,具有清热解毒、消肿散结、补血养阴、除风祛湿,还可以增强机体的抵抗力,保健效果显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的内容做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料,它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:石榴汁20%、大枣汁20%、苹果汁10%、银耳汤20%、百合花提取液10%、白菜根提取液3%、冰糖3%、柠檬酸0.2%和余量水。
上述防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料是采用下述方法制备的:
(1)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣得到滤液,然后加入石榴滤液体积0.02-0.05%的果胶酶,控制酶解温度在45-55℃,酶解1-2h,灭酶,即得石榴汁,备用;

实施例2
一种防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料,它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:石榴汁25%、大枣汁15%、苹果汁15%、银耳汤15%、百合花提取液8%、白菜根提取液5%、冰糖2%、柠檬酸0.4%和余量水。
上述防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料,它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:石榴汁30%、大枣汁10%、苹果汁20%、银耳汤10%、百合花提取液5%、白菜根提取液8、冰糖1%、柠檬酸0.5%和余量水。
上述防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
将上述实施例1-3所制备的保健饮料进行感官质量评价。评价打分标准如表1:

由经过筛选和训练的30人专业感官评价员组成评价小组对其整体的风味、酸度、甜度进行评价打分,该结果中配方1-3分别为上述实施例1-3,评价得分结果见表2。

从表2中可以看出,配方1-3的整体风味得分均在4.6分以上,口感较好,是一种非常适宜长期饮用的保健饮品。
保健效果研究
临床资料:随机选取临床口腔溃疡病例720例,平均分为9组,每组80人,各组年龄比较无显著性差异。
试验方法:对1-3组患者分别每日饮用实施例1-3制备的保健饮料,每日于早晚饭后1小时饮用50ml;第4-9组分别采用同样的方法和剂量分别饮用本发明同样方法制备的相应的单一石榴汁、苹果汁、大枣汁、银耳汤、百合花提取液、白菜根提取液;连续饮用60天后观察结果。
实验结果:见表3。
评价标准:
痊愈:症状消失,溃疡面愈合,一年内不复发;
显效:溃疡愈合或明显缩小,疼痛明显减轻或消失,半年内不复发;
有效:溃疡缩小,疼痛减轻;
无效:治疗前后无明显症状改善。
表3试验结果统计
从上述实验结果可以看出,本发明实施例制备的保健饮料对口腔溃疡的患者具有非常优异的治疗及调节作用,其总有效率达98.8%以上,且各组分间协同增效,具有优异的清热解毒、促进疮口面愈合、缓解疼痛的功效,其效果要比任何单一组分或者所有组分的效果叠加总和都要好,因而,本发明制备的是一种能够有效防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料,且食用口感好,营养丰富,适宜长期饮用。此外,长期饮用本发明制备的保健饮料,还可以显著提高机体的免疫力。
Claims (3)
1.一种防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料,其特征在于,它由以下重量百分比的原料制成:石榴汁20-30%、大枣汁10-20%、苹果汁10-20%、银耳汤10-20%、百合花提取液5-10%、白菜根提取液3-8%、冰糖1-3%、柠檬酸0.2-0.5%和余量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:石榴汁25%、大枣汁15%、苹果汁15%、银耳汤15%、百合花提取液8%、白菜根提取液5%、冰糖2%、柠檬酸0.4%和余量水。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的防治口腔溃疡的保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣得到滤液,然后加入石榴滤液体积0.02-0.05%的果胶酶,控制酶解温度在45-55℃,酶解1-2h,灭酶,即得石榴汁,备用;
(2)选取无腐烂、无病虫害的干红枣为原料,洗净,沥干水分,去除枣核,将枣肉用组织破碎机破碎,加入其质量5~10倍的水,控制温度90~95℃,恒温浸提2~4h,过滤,得大枣汁,备用;

(5)将百合花和冷水按照料液比为1g:20ml混合浸泡1~2小时,后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得一次提取液和滤渣,然后向滤渣中加入5倍于其重量的冷水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得二次提取液;将一次提取液和二次提取液混合加热至沸腾后15分钟即得百合花提取液;
(6)取洗净的白菜根切成细条状,然后和冷水按照料液比为1g:20ml混合后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得一次提取液和滤渣,然后向滤渣中加入3倍于其重量的冷水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得二次提取液;将一次提取液和二次提取液混合加热至沸腾后15分钟即得白菜根提取液;
(7)将配方量的冰糖加入步骤(4)所制得的银耳汤中,加热使其完全融化后自然冷却至室温后,将上述步骤所得的石榴汁、大枣汁、苹果汁、百合花提取液、白菜根提取液加入其中得混合饮料,然后加入柠檬酸和适量水调配,混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机内均质15-20min,真空脱气2-3min,脱气温度65℃,80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,装瓶即得成品。
