本发明涉及一种相机,具体的说是一种相机微调机构,属于机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,工业生产中利用相机进行产品检测工作。传统上将相机固定,若需要调整相机位置,则需要将相机拆卸,然后调整位置后重新安装,费时费力,给使用带来很多不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种相机微调机构,能够方便的调整相机位置,提高了工作效率,给人们带来方便。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,相机微调机构包括相机、相机支架、调节支架、调节丝杆和丝杆支架,其特征是:丝杆支架上通过轴承连接调节丝杆,调节丝杆两侧设有导向杆,导向杆两端固定在丝杆支架上;调节支架通过螺纹连接在调节丝杆上,同时调节支架滑动连接在两侧的导向杆上;调节支架前端固定相机支架,相机支架前端设有相机。
进一步的,调节丝杆一端连接调整手柄。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括相机1、相机支架2、调节支架3、调节丝杆4和丝杆支架7。
丝杆支架7上通过轴承连接调节丝杆4,调节丝杆4两侧设有导向杆5,导向杆5两端固定在丝杆支架7上。
调节支架3通过螺纹连接在调节丝杆4上,同时调节支架3滑动连接在两侧的导向杆5上。
调节支架3前端固定相机支架2,相机支架2前端设有相机1。
所述调节丝杆4一端连接调整手柄6,调整手柄6能够带动调节丝杆4转动。
本发明的工作原理是:在需要调节相机位置时,只要手动转动调整手柄,就能够电动调节丝杆转动,从而调动调节支架沿着调节丝杆前后运动,从而实现相机位置的微调。

1.一种相机微调机构,包括相机(1)、相机支架(2)、调节支架(3)、调节丝杆(4)和丝杆支架(7),其特征是:丝杆支架(7)上通过轴承连接调节丝杆(4),调节丝杆(4)两侧设有导向杆(5),导向杆(5)两端固定在丝杆支架(7)上;调节支架(3)通过螺纹连接在调节丝杆(4)上,同时调节支架(3)滑动连接在两侧的导向杆(5)上;调节支架(3)前端固定相机支架(2),相机支架(2)前端设有相机(1)。
