本发明属于管材技术领域,具体涉及一种喷灌机用PE管。
背景技术
PE(聚乙烯)管道是最常见的管道之一,其具有低温抗冲击性、耐化学腐蚀、耐磨等优点,在给水、排水、供热、供燃气、农业灌溉、水利工程及其各种工业装置中都得到广泛应用。聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,由于其具有无臭、无味、无毒的特点,受到推广普及使用,但是在一些环境较恶劣的环境中,或一些其他的重要设施工程中,针对承载量更大或是更重的一些重要场所,PE管的抗拉强度等性能并没有达到要求,不能满足实际生产及使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的PE管的抗拉强度等性能不能满足使用要求的问题,提供一种喷灌机用PE管。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种喷灌机用PE管,包括如下质量配比的成分:HDPE86-95%、抗氧剂2-5%、色母2-5%、蜡0.5-2%、消泡剂0.5-2%。
所述HDPE为PE100级原料。
所述色母为黑色母。
本发明的PE管是特制的聚乙烯材料,其***压力大于2MPa,抗拉伸强度大于16.5MPa,断裂伸长率大于400%,磨耗小于20mg,经过不同地区的气候耐久性试验,耐久性及其抗老化性能良好。
本发明的有益效果如下:

具体实施方式
实施例1,一种喷灌机用PE管,包括如下质量配比的成分:HDPE86kg、抗氧剂5kg、黑色母5kg、蜡2kg、消泡剂2kg。
实施例2,一种喷灌机用PE管,包括如下质量配比的成分:HDPE95 kg、抗氧剂2 kg、黑色母2 kg、蜡0.5 kg、消泡剂0.5 kg。
实施例3,一种喷灌机用PE管,包括如下质量配比的成分:HDPE90 kg、抗氧剂3.5kg、黑色母3.5 kg、蜡1.5 kg、消泡剂1.5 kg。

1.一种喷灌机用PE管,其特征在于:包括如下质量配比的成分:HDPE86-95%、抗氧剂2-5%、色母2-5%、蜡0.5-2%、消泡剂0.5-2%。
