Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物柴油催化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将硅藻土加入氢氧化钠溶液中,在15~25℃下搅拌存放6~12h;(2)向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入碳酸钙粉末,充分搅拌,搅拌过程中升温至常温,即得到所述生物柴油催化剂。本发明过程简单,制得的催化剂催化效率高、成本低、催化能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物柴油的技术领域。
背景技术
生物柴油(Biodiesel)是一种较为洁净的合成油,普遍用于拖拉机、卡车、船舶等。它是指以油料作物如大豆、油菜、棉、棕榈等,野生油料植物和工程微藻等水生植物油脂以及动物油脂、餐饮垃圾油等为原料油通过酯交换或热化学工艺制成的可代替石化柴油的再生性柴油燃料。生物柴油是生物质能的一种,其在物理性质上与石化柴油接近,但化学组成不同。生物柴油是含氧量极高的复杂有机成分的混合物,这些混合物主要是一些分子量大的有机物,几乎包括所有种类的含氧有机物,如:酯、醚、醛、酮、酚、有机酸、醇等。 复合型生物柴油是以废弃的动植物油、废机油及炼油厂的副产品为原料,再加入催化剂,经专用设备和特殊工艺合成。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种可用于复合型生物柴油制备的催化剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种生物柴油催化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将硅藻土加入氢氧化钠溶液中,在15~25℃下搅拌存放6~12h;(2)向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入碳酸钙粉末,充分搅拌,搅拌过程中升温至常温,即得到所述生物柴油催化剂。
优选的是:按质量份计,所述生物柴油催化剂由5~8份硅藻土、15~20份碳酸钙,30~50份质量浓度为15~30%的氢氧化钠溶液组成。
本发明过程简单,制得的催化剂催化效率高、成本低、催化能力强。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将5份硅藻土加入30份质量浓度为15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在25℃下搅拌存放6h;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入15份碳酸钙粉末,充分搅拌,搅拌过程中升温至常温,即得到所述生物柴油催化剂。
实施例2
(1)将8份硅藻土加入50份质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在15℃下搅拌存放12h;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入20份碳酸钙粉末,充分搅拌,搅拌过程中升温至常温,即得到所述生物柴油催化剂。

1.一种生物柴油催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅藻土加入氢氧化钠溶液中,在15~25℃下搅拌存放6~12h;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入碳酸钙粉末,充分搅拌,搅拌过程中升温至常温,即得到所述生物柴油催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物柴油催化剂,其特征在于:按质量份计,所述生物柴油催化剂由5~8份硅藻土、15~20份碳酸钙,30~50份质量浓度为15~30%的氢氧化钠溶液组成。
