技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盒。
背景技术
电池指盛有电解质溶液和金属电极以产生电流的杯、槽或其他容器或复合容器的部分空间,能将化学能转化成电能的装置。具有正极、负极之分。随着科技的进步,电池泛指能产生电能的小型装置。如太阳能电池。电池的性能参数主要有电动势、容量、比能量和电阻。利用电池作为能量来源,可以得到具有稳定电压,稳定电流,长时间稳定供电,受外界影响很小的电流,并且电池结构简单,携带方便,充放电操作简便易行,不受外界气候和温度的影响,性能稳定可靠,在现代社会生活中的各个方面发挥有很大作用。在化学电池中,化学能直接转变为电能是靠电池内部自发进行氧化、还原等化学反应的结果,这种反应分别在两个电极上进行。负极活性物质由电位较负并在电解质中稳定的还原剂组成,如锌、镉、铅等活泼金属和氢或碳氢化合物等。正极活性物质由电位较正并在电解质中稳定的氧化剂组成,如二氧化锰、二氧化铅、氧化镍等金属氧化物,氧或空气,卤素及其盐类,含氧酸及其盐类等。不同电池各有特性,用户必须依照厂商说明书指示的方法进行充电。在待机备用状态下,电话也要耗费电池,如果要进行快速充电,宜先将手机关闭或把电池拆下进行充电。
目前现有的电池盒携带不方便,不具有散热和隔热功能,减震效果较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种携带方便,具有散热和隔热功能,减震效果好的电池盒。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电池盒,包括底座、盒体、盒盖和安装板,所述底座呈中空设置,所述盒体设在底座上,所述盒体与底座活动连接,所述底座内设置有减震弹簧,所述盒盖设在盒体上,所述盒盖与盒体卡持连接,所述安装板设在盒体一侧,所述安装板与盒体焊接,所述安装板两端分别设置有弧形凸起和把手,所述弧形凸起内设置有横杆,所述把手与安装板铰接,所述盒体内设置有泡沫隔板,所述泡沫隔板呈等距分布。
作为优选,所述盒体底部设置有橡胶垫,保持减震效果好。
作为优选,所述泡沫隔板与盒体胶合连接,保持泡沫隔板安装牢固。
作为优选,所述安装板中部设置有LED灯,具备照明功能。
作为优选,所述盒体为铝合金盒体,保持散热效果好。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的安装板一侧设置有把手和横杆,可以手提或者两个人抬,使得携带方便;设置箱体散热效果好;设置的泡沫隔板具有隔热功能;设置的减震弹簧和橡胶垫保持减震效果好,方便运输。

如图1和图2所示,一种电池盒,包括底座1、盒体2、盒盖3和安装板4,所述底座1呈中空设置,所述盒体2设在底座1上,所述盒体2与底座1活动连接,所述底座1内设置有减震弹簧5,所述盒盖3设在盒体2上,所述盒盖3与盒体2卡持连接,所述安装板4设在盒体2一侧,所述安装板4与盒体2焊接,所述安装板4两端分别设置有弧形凸起6和把手7,所述弧形凸起6内设置有横杆8,所述把手7与安装板4铰接,所述盒体2内设置有泡沫隔板9,所述泡沫隔板9呈等距分布。
所述盒体1底部设置有橡胶垫10。
所述泡沫隔板9与盒体2胶合连接。
所述安装板4中部设置有LED灯11。
所述盒体1为铝合金盒体。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的安装板一侧设置有把手和横杆,可以手提或者两个人抬,使得携带方便;设置箱体散热效果好;设置的泡沫隔板具有隔热功能;设置的减震弹簧和橡胶垫保持减震效果好,方便运输。
