本发明涉及一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂及其制备方法,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺30‑45份、聚乙烯醇12‑18份、醋酸乙酯20‑26份、甘油8‑22份、次氯酸钠1‑8份、茶皂素5‑15份、抗菌剂22‑30份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚15‑20份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠2‑8份、二乙二醇丁醚18‑26份、葡萄糖酸0.5‑3份、水180‑200份,除污效果好,能够有效杀菌,长效抑菌。

本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,厨房用的油烟机、墙壁瓷砖或者灶台等地方经常会积聚油污,难以清理。传统的做法是喷涂除污剂后,用抹布擦掉。但是传统的除污剂粘稠度低,喷涂时容易飞溅,而且除污剂的除污效果不理想,与油污混合后也是液体状态,容易流动,提高清洁难度,且清除后无法有效抑制细菌滋生,清理效果并不显著。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂及其制备方法,除污效果好,能够有效杀菌,长效抑菌。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺30-45份、
聚乙烯醇12-18份、
醋酸乙酯20-26份、
甘油8-22份、
次氯酸钠1-8份、
茶皂素5-15份、
抗菌剂22-30份、
异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚15-20份、
乙二胺四乙酸四钠2-8份、
二乙二醇丁醚18-26份、
葡萄糖酸0.5-3份、
水180-200份。
上述一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂,其中,所述抗菌剂按重量份数计由氧化钛3-6份、磷酸0-5份、聚六亚甲基胍10-16份、黑豆提取液8-12份、皂角提取液1-6份、柚子皮提取液1-6份和苯扎氯铵1-8份混合而成。
上述一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂,其中,所述黑豆提取液、皂角提取液和柚子皮提取液均通过超临界CO2流体萃取法萃取得到。
上述一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、聚乙烯醇、醋酸乙酯、甘油、次氯酸钠、茶皂素、抗菌剂、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、二乙二醇丁醚、葡萄糖酸、水在20-40℃的温度下以20-50r/min的速度搅拌30-50min后进行分装。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明对非陈旧厨房油垢可即擦即净,对陈旧性油垢应涂本剂后3-5分钟再擦除,此时油污膜已被分解成松软物质即很好擦除了,擦除后用清水再擦洗净清洁面,本发明除油污效果明显,能够有效杀菌,长效抑菌。

按重量份数计将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺38份、聚乙烯醇15份、醋酸乙酯23份、甘油15份、次氯酸钠5份、茶皂素10份、抗菌剂26份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚17份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠5份、二乙二醇丁醚22份、葡萄糖酸1.5份、水190份在30℃的温度下以40r/min的速度搅拌40min后进行分装。
所述抗菌剂按重量份数计由氧化钛5份、磷酸3份、聚六亚甲基胍13份、黑豆提取液10份、皂角提取液3份、柚子皮提取液3份和苯扎氯铵5份混合而成。
所述黑豆提取液、皂角提取液和柚子皮提取液均通过超临界CO2流体萃取法萃取得到。
实施例二
一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
按重量份数计将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺32份、聚乙烯醇13份、醋酸乙酯21份、甘油10份、次氯酸钠3份、茶皂素12份、抗菌剂24份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚18份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠6份、二乙二醇丁醚24份、葡萄糖酸2.4份、水195份在25℃的温度下以45r/min的速度搅拌35min后进行分装。
所述抗菌剂按重量份数计由氧化钛4份、磷酸2份、聚六亚甲基胍11份、黑豆提取液8.8份、皂角提取液4份、柚子皮提取液2份和苯扎氯铵2份混合而成。
所述黑豆提取液、皂角提取液和柚子皮提取液均通过超临界CO2流体萃取法萃取得到。
实施例三
一种抑菌杀菌的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
按重量份数计将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺30份、聚乙烯醇12份、醋酸乙酯20份、甘油8份、次氯酸钠1份、茶皂素5份、抗菌剂22份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠2份、二乙二醇丁醚18份、葡萄糖酸0.5份、水180份在20℃的温度下以50r/min的速度搅拌50min后进行分装。
所述抗菌剂按重量份数计由氧化钛3份、聚六亚甲基胍10份、黑豆提取液8份、皂角提取液1份、柚子皮提取液1份和苯扎氯铵1份混合而成。
所述黑豆提取液、皂角提取液和柚子皮提取液均通过超临界CO2流体萃取法萃取得到。

异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚15-20份、

水180-200份。
