本发明公开了一种利用餐厨废弃油脂制备洗洁精的方法,属于洗洁精领域。本发明将餐厨废弃油脂制备成阴离子表面活性剂,再利用金银花提取液作为抗菌剂,和非离子表面活性剂、乳化剂、增溶剂、螯合剂、香料、水等物质混合得洗洁精,本发明制备得到的洗洁精粘度适中、稳定性好,不仅无毒,高效,无刺激,对污渍的去除力强,而且抑菌效果好,易冲洗。

本发明公开了一种利用餐厨废弃油脂制备洗洁精的方法,属于洗洁精领域。
背景技术
废弃食用油脂是餐厨废弃物的一种餐厨废弃物又称餐厨垃圾,包括餐饮单位"集体食堂"居民家庭等产生的厨余垃圾剩菜剩饭(俗称泔水)过期食品及废弃食用油脂等。据统计,我国每年消耗油脂约2200万t,其中约330万t成为废弃油脂。废弃食用油脂已成为一种环境污染物,并冲击食品安全。
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的家庭采用洗洁精清洗餐具、水果、蔬菜。普通洗洁精为了增加去油污的效果,在洗洁精里面增加对人体刺激性的成分,长期接触可使皮肤变的粗糙;含有家用洗涤剂的污水不经任何处理就排放到水体中,可能会对鱼类造成影响,造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对目前洗洁精的化学残留有可能直接或间接地影响人体健康的问题,提供了一种利用餐厨废弃油脂制备洗洁精的方法,本发明将餐厨废弃油脂制备成阴离子表面活性剂,再利用金银花提取液作为抗菌剂,和非离子表面活性剂、乳化剂、增溶剂、螯合剂、香料、水等物质混合得洗洁精,本发明制备得到的洗洁精粘度适中、稳定性好,不仅无毒,高效,无刺激,对污渍的去除力强,而且抑菌效果好,易冲洗。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)取3~5kg餐厨垃圾,将其通过机械打浆,静置8~10h后取上层食用油脂,向油脂中加入总体积5~10%清水,搅拌混合30~40min,在4000~5000r/min转速下离心分离15~25min,取上清液,将上清液加入圆底烧瓶中,放入油浴中加热至液体沸腾,再向瓶中加入总质量1.3~1.5%白土进行脱色,脱色30~40min后趁热倒入置有3层纱布的布氏漏斗中,真空抽滤,将杂质留在布氏漏斗中,纯食用油脂进入抽滤瓶中;
(2)向上述纯食用油脂中加入总体积18~25%质量分数60%的硫酸进行酸化,酸化1~2h后用蒸馏水洗涤2~4次,清洗后的油脂加入到反应釜中,设置温度为45~65℃,在搅拌的条件下向釜中加入总体积120~150%二乙醇胺,升温至120~180℃后再搅拌反应1~2h,反应结束后再加入总质量1~3%质量分数15%氢氧化钠和总质量30~40%谷氨酸,在搅拌的条件下搅拌反应4~6h,反应结束后得阴离子表面活性剂,收集、备用;
(3)取100~200g金银花,将其晒干、粉碎至60~70目粉末,按固液比1:6~1:8加入质量浓度85%的乙醇水溶液,在40~50℃下浸泡4~6h,浸泡后过滤,将滤液进行喷雾干燥,得金银花提取物,将其按固液比1:10加入水,加热直至体积为原体积的20~30%,即可得到金银花浓缩液;
(4)将重量份数计,分别选取12~15份步骤(2)得到的阴离子表面活性剂,3~5份金银花浓缩液,12~15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5~8份烷醇酰胺,1~3份碳酸钠,3~6份甲苯磺酸钠,2~5份偏硅酸钠,0.1~0.3份乙二胺四乙酸钠,和40~50份去离子水,在65~75℃的水浴温度下搅拌混合均匀至透明粘稠液,再加入0.2~0.4份香料搅拌均即得洗洁精。
本发明的应用方法:将本发明制得的洗洁精清洗餐具时先用水稀释成300~500倍,浸泡时间2~4min后用海绵或抹布擦洗,再用流动的清水冲洗干净,也可以直接将洗洁精倒在海绵或抹布上,沾取少量水后擦洗餐具,再用流动清水冲洗干净;清洗蔬果时先用清水冲洗掉蔬果表面污物,再加入稀释洗洁精浓度为0.08~0.10%浸泡5~10min,浸泡完毕后,用流水冲洗2~3次即可。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明将餐厨废弃油脂制备成阴离子表面活性剂,不仅对废物进行综合利用,而且得到表面活性剂洗涤力很强、无毒、刺激小;
(2)本发明制备金银花提取液为抗菌剂,天然无毒,而且对双手可以起到保护的作用。
具体实施方式
