Abstract

本发明公开了一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,采用HVI基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:油性剂、表面活性剂、缓蚀剂、防锈剂、消泡剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、偶合剂、杀菌剂、助乳化剂等。本发明的组合物优点在于:具有良好的冷却特性、适中的润滑特性、大轧制压下量的适用性、抗高温氧化性、抗酸败性、扩散性、抗腐蚀性、清洗性。

技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物。
背景技术
铝合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。一些铝合金可以采用热处理获得良好的机械性能,物理性能和抗腐蚀性能。在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。
热连轧是生产高质量铝及铝合金板带产品的现代化装备与技术。采用热粗轧机和多机架热精轧机半连的连轧方式生产铝及铝合金板带产品,与通常单机架、双机架传统热轧相比,其不仅产品尺寸和形状精度高,表面质量优良,而且生产的产能大、效率高、能耗低、成本低。
热连轧是由可逆式热粗轧机与几台热精轧机串联起来构成多机架连续热轧生产线。通过二辊或四辊可逆或热粗轧及往复轧制开坯至30~50mm,根据连续连轧机架数不同,粗轧坯厚度不相同,然后通过后面串联的多机架四辊连轧机粗轧至所需要的厚度,最后卷取成带坯。其工艺特点是:生产工艺稳定、工序少、产量大、生产效率高、产品质量稳定的特点,且能有效地降低生产成本。同时轧制后,热轧带具有厚度小,厚度、凹度及板形精度高,组织稳定的特点。
乳化液润滑是热轧生产高表面质量产品的重要条件之一。乳化液在热轧过程中起到冷却和润滑作用,为了满足高速、大压下量及高表面质量生产之需,先进的热恋轧生产线必须选择合适热轧工艺要求的性能优良的乳化液,必须配置成套的先进的乳液控制,维护设备,并具有现场工况下的乳液侧调技术,以期达到良好的使用效果。针对热粗轧工艺质量要求,乳化液应具有:良好的冷却特性、适中的润滑特性、大轧制压下量的适用性、抗高温氧化性、扩散性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却特性、适中的润滑特性、大轧制压下量的适用性、抗高温氧化性、扩散性的环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,采用HVI基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
油性剂是硫化棉籽油T404;表面活性剂是质量比50%的聚异丁烯丁二酸酐Staradd5186与50%的失水山梨醇油脂类复合。
缓蚀剂是质量比50%的苯***衍生物T551与50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合。
防锈剂是质量比67%的石油磺酸钠T702与33%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;消泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物。
极压剂是Dailube GS-440C;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
摩擦改进剂是二聚酸乙二醇酯T402;偶合剂是乙二醇。
杀菌剂是质量比50%的正-丁基-1,2-异噻唑啉-3-酮Starcide DG-10与50%的邻苯基酚钠复合;助乳化剂是醇醚羧酸Staradd HW35。
本发明的组合物优点在于:具有良好的冷却特性、适中的润滑特性、大轧制压下量的适用性、抗高温氧化性、扩散性、抗腐蚀性、清洗性。

1.一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于:采用HVI基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化棉籽油T404。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于表面活性剂是质量比50%的聚异丁烯丁二酸酐Staradd5186与50%的失水山梨醇油脂类复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于缓蚀剂是质量比50%的苯***衍生物T551与50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比67%的石油磺酸钠T702与33%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;消泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于极压剂是Dailube GS-440C;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是二聚酸乙二醇酯T402;偶合剂是乙二醇。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及其合金热粗轧乳化液的组合物,其特征在于杀菌剂是质量比50%的正-丁基-1,2-异噻唑啉-3-酮Starcide DG-10与50%的邻苯基酚钠复合;助乳化剂是醇醚羧酸Staradd HW35。
