Abstract

本发明所采用的技术方案是:中碳低合金高强韧钢(2)与Q235低碳钢(3)两个接触面(1)通过密封,经过高温高压复合制成汽车用复合材料钢板(4)。本发明的有益效果:Q235低碳钢与中碳低合金高强韧钢复合,经热处理后,处于表面的中碳低合金高强韧钢硬度HRC61,抗压屈服强度2615.5MPA、抗弯屈服强度3345.2MPA、因而屈服强度高、耐磨性好、刚性强;另一复合面Q235低碳钢硬度HRC20度以下,因而弹性强、防撞击性好,对处于表面的中碳低合金高强韧钢硬度HRC61起到保护和缓冲击作用。

轿车低合金高强韧复合钢板
技术领域:
本发明涉及汽车用钢板。
背景技术:
目前,公知汽车用钢板是单一材料,屈服强度在210-550MPA之间,屈服强度在550MPA以上的汽车用钢板,由于价格昂贵也只能用在汽车的很少部位。现在的超高强钢是在低碳钢内加入适当的微量元素,经过各种处理轧制,再通过热处理屈服强度可以达1500MPA。而且价格数倍于普通汽车钢板。
发明内容:
为了克服公知汽车用钢板以及现在的超高强钢的以上问题,因为同一材料的钢种,既要有高刚性、高强度、又要有冲击韧性好,二种相斥的性能目前没有,这种屈服强度在1500MPA的超高强钢,是在同一种材料中,达到的屈服强度和冲击韧性、高刚性的最佳配合和平衡点。而235MPA与中碳低合金高强韧钢的复合解决了这个问题。冲破了现在正在研发的汽车用超高强钢板屈服强度在1500MPA的极限。
本发明以其成份:C:0.64-0.74;Cr:1.00-1.30;NI:0.70-1.00;SI:0.50-0.90、Mn:0.70-1.00;MO:0.30-0.60;V:0.25-0.35;P、S小于0.03的中碳低合金高强韧钢,经热处理后HRC61度、冲击韧性:145.2、抗压屈服强度:2615.5MPA、抗弯强度:4247.7MPA、抗弯屈服强度:3345.2MPA,与屈服强度235MPA的Q235低碳钢复合,制成汽车用复合材料钢板。

具体实施方式:
本发明所采用的技术方案是:中碳低合金高强韧钢与Q235低碳钢,两个接触面通过密封经过高温高压复合,制成汽车用复合材料钢板。
本发明的有益效果:Q235低碳钢与中碳低合金高强韧钢复合,经热处理后,处于表面的中碳低合金高强韧钢硬度HRC61度,抗压屈服强度2615.5MPA、抗弯屈服强度3345.2MPA、因而屈服强度高、耐磨性好、刚性强;另一复合面Q235低碳钢硬度HRC20度以下,因而弹性强、防撞击性好,对处于表面的中碳低合金高强韧钢硬度HRC61起到保护和缓冲击作用。刚性,强度、耐冲击决定了车身的整体安全性;低合金高强韧复合钢板可以轧制成1MM以下的薄板,表面硬度在HRC61度也不会碎裂;由于超高强钢价格昂贵目前不具备推广价值,而屈服强度大大高于已知超高强钢屈服强度的低合金高强韧复合钢板,价格低廉,因此具备推广价值。

Claims (4)

1.汽车低合金高强韧复合钢板由中碳低合金高强韧钢与Q235低碳钢复合。中碳低合金高强韧钢成分;C:0.64-0.74;Cr:1.00-1.30;NI:0.70-1.00;SI:0.50-0.90、Mn:0.70-1.00;MO:0.30-0.60;V:0.25-0.35;P、S小于0.03。
2.所述的两种材料的结合是两个接触面通过密封,经过高温高压复合制成汽车用复合材料钢板。
3.在汽车低合金高强韧复合钢板中,中碳低合金高强韧钢是整体厚度的10%-25%。
4.低合金高强韧复合钢板用于涉及汽车用钢板。
