本发明涉及一种九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜及制备方法,所述的深拉伸膜从外到内依次为PP层、Tie1层、PA层、Tie1层、PP层、Tie2层、PVDC层、Tie2层和PP层;所述深拉伸膜采用多层共挤模具制备,所述多层共挤模具具有芯棒和模芯,所述芯棒***设置多层用于挤出不同材料的模具层;所述模具层内设置自熔融热塑性材料入口至环形挤出出口的流道;本发明提供的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜,可以使用在121℃高温灭菌产品的包装上,高温肉食品包装能够使用PVDC高阻隔膜;PP设置在外层有助于下吹水冷设备生产,本发明提供的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜可以耐受高温121℃蒸煮要求。

Description

一种九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,具体的说是一种九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜及制备方法。
背景技术
薄膜的加工中将一种原料挤出到已制成的另一种薄膜上或将已制成的不同种类的薄膜相互黏合到一起而成为多层膜,这种产品称为复合膜。复合膜的材料大多数为塑料,但也可用纸、金属箔(通常为铝)或织物等。复合膜的基本要求就是层与层之间要有良好的黏接性以保证包装的整体学性能。此外,复合膜多用于食品包装,在复合膜的加工中要使用黏合剂,其溶剂的选择和黏接工艺等都要满足相应的卫生标准要求。
共挤膜具有复合膜的大部分特征,由于层与层之间是靠热熔结合而无需黏合剂,因此对食品包装共挤膜的卫生安全性要相对可靠。
共挤薄膜在加工过程中具有拉伸的特点,塑料拉伸后可相应提高强度,也可以在中间加入尼龙、茂金属聚丙烯等塑料材料,使其具备超过一般塑料包装的复合强度,不存在分层剥离现象,耐高温121℃蒸煮性好,热封性能优良。
PVDC, 学名为“聚偏二氯乙烯”,它是一种无毒无味、安全可靠的高阻隔材料,除具有塑料的一般性能外,还具有耐油性、耐腐蚀性等特点,可广泛应用于食品包装等行业。本发明中使用的是专门用于共挤膜生产的MA-VDC原料。
发明内容
针对上述现有的PVDC原料共挤薄膜不可以使用在121℃高温灭菌产品的包装上,有很大局限性等问题,本发明提供一种九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜及制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜,所述的深拉伸膜从外到内依次为PP层、Tie1层、PA层、Tie1层、PP层、Tie2层、PVDC层、Tie2层和PP层。
所述PP层、Tie1层、PA层、Tie1层、PP层、Tie2层、PVDC层、Tie2层和PP层的厚度分别为10~15μm。
一种如上所述的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜的制备方法,所述深拉伸膜采用多层共挤模具制备,所述多层共挤模具具有芯棒和模芯,所述芯棒***设置多层用于挤出不同材料的模具层;所述模具层内设置自熔融热塑性材料入口至环形挤出出口的流道;PVDC 挤出层设置一个与挤出机连接的流道,流道在中心位置形成钳形;所述PP挤出层、PA挤出层及Tie 挤出层的流道,均采取一分二、二分四、四分八的碟形短螺旋流道。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜,可以使用在121℃高温灭菌产品的包装上,高温肉食品包装能够使用PVDC高阻隔膜;PP设置在外层有助于下吹水冷设备生产,本发明提供的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜可以耐受高温121℃蒸煮要求;本发明提供的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜的制备方法,PVDC 挤出层设置一个与挤出机连接的流道,流道在中心位置形成钳形,使PVDC 在成型过程中流道最短;所述PP挤出层、PA挤出层及Tie 挤出层的流道,均采取一分二、二分四、四分八的碟形短螺旋流道;所得九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜可耐121℃高温。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的阐述。
一种九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜,所述的深拉伸膜从外到内依次为PP层、Tie1层、PA层、Tie1层、PP层、Tie2层、PVDC层、Tie2层和PP层。
所述PP层、Tie1层、PA层、Tie1层、PP层、Tie2层、PVDC层、Tie2层和PP层的厚度分别为10~15μm。
一种如上所述的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜的制备方法,所述深拉伸膜采用多层共挤模具制备,所述多层共挤模具具有芯棒和模芯,所述芯棒***设置多层用于挤出不同材料的模具层;所述模具层内设置自熔融热塑性材料入口至环形挤出出口的流道;PVDC 挤出层设置一个与挤出机连接的流道,流道在中心位置形成钳形;所述PP挤出层、PA挤出层及Tie 挤出层的流道,均采取一分二、二分四、四分八的碟形短螺旋流道。
结合附图具体说明本发明,九层共挤拉伸膜的结构如图1 所示,从外到内依次为PP、Tie1、PA、Tie1、PP、Tie2、PVDC、Tie2、PP。本发明采用一种PVDC 多层共挤模具制备的,如图2、图3所示,所述模具具有多个环形或锥形芯棒,所述芯棒***设置多层用于挤出不同材料的模具层;所述模具层内设置自熔融热塑性材料入口至环形挤出出口的流道;PVDC 层采用单入口的流道设计,流道在中心位置形成钳形状态;使PVDC 在成型过程中流道最短。
现有技术中都是PE原料和EVA等与PVDC原料共挤的技术发明,这种薄膜不可以使用在121℃高温灭菌产品的包装上,有很大局限性,为了让高温肉食品包装能够使用PVDC高阻隔膜,本发明给出这种九层高温蒸煮型高阻隔PVDC共挤膜配方结构。PP设置在外层有助于下吹水冷设备生产,不使用PE和EVA原料就是因为这些材料不可以耐受高温121℃蒸煮要求。

1.一种九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜,其特征在于:所述的深拉伸膜从外到内依次为PP层、Tie1层、PA层、Tie1层、PP层、Tie2层、PVDC层、Tie2层和PP层。
2.如权利要求1所述的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜,其特征在于:所述PP层、Tie1层、PA层、Tie1层、PP层、Tie2层、PVDC层、Tie2层和PP层的厚度分别为10~15μm。
3. 一种如权利要求1所述的九层共挤高温蒸煮深拉伸膜的制备方法,所述深拉伸膜采用多层共挤模具制备,所述多层共挤模具具有芯棒和模芯,所述芯棒***设置多层用于挤出不同材料的模具层;所述模具层内设置自熔融热塑性材料入口至环形挤出出口的流道;其特征在于:PVDC 挤出层设置一个与挤出机连接的流道,流道在中心位置形成钳形;所述PP挤出层、PA挤出层及Tie 挤出层的流道,均采取一分二、二分四、四分八的碟形短螺旋流道。
