Abstract

强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,包括筒体、设置于筒体上的至少一个膨胀节、筒体内部上下间隔设置有若干块交错排布的折流板,折流板上对应开设有若干个通孔,通孔内插设有定距管、拉杆,筒体近底端腔室内设置有若干块分隔板,筒体底端开设有若干个排净口,筒体近顶端一侧开设有介质进口,另一侧开设有介质出口,介质进、出口上方设置有冷凝液进、出口。结构简单、紧凑、能承受较高压力,造价低,管程清洗方便管子损坏时易于堵管或更换。传热效率高,蒸发量大。

技术领域
本发明涉及换热器设备的改造,主要用于蒸发结晶设备中。
背景技术
换热器是许多工业部门广泛应用的通用工艺设备。通常,在化工厂的建设中,换热器约占总投资的11%~40%。它的先进性、合理性和运转可靠性将直接影响产品的质量、数量和成本。现有技术的换热器容易堵管、容易结垢,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,有效提高热传导效率,有效防止堵管、结垢,防止受热变形的强制循环固定管板式蒸发器。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,其特征在于包括筒体、设置于筒体上的至少一个膨胀节、筒体内部上下间隔设置有若干块交错排布的折流板,折流板上对应开设有若干个通孔,通孔内插设有定距管、拉杆,筒体近底端腔室内设置有若干块分隔板,筒体底端开设有若干个排净口,筒体近顶端一侧开设有介质进口,另一侧开设有介质出口,介质进、出口上方设置有冷凝液进、出口。
作为优选,筒体近顶端设置有上不凝气口,筒体近底端设置有与不凝气口对应的下不凝气口。
作为优选,膨胀节上开始有二次蒸汽进口。
作为优选,膨胀节下方的现场温度表管口。
作为优选,筒体近底端另设置有视镜。
本发明有益效果:本发明结构简单、紧凑、能承受较高压力,造价低,管程清洗方便,管子损坏时易于堵管或更换。传热效率高,蒸发量大。

具体实施方式
实施例1:强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,包括筒体1、设置于筒体1上的至少一个膨胀节2、筒体1内部上下间隔设置有若干块交错排布的折流板3,折流板3上对应开设有若干个通孔,通孔内插设有定距管4、拉杆5,筒体1近底端腔室内设置有若干块分隔板6,筒体1底端开设有若干个排净口7,筒体1近顶端一侧开设有介质进口8,另一侧开设有介质出口9,介质进、出口(8、9)上方设置有冷凝液进、出口(10、11)。筒体1近顶端设置有上不凝气口12,筒体1近底端设置有与不凝气口12对应的下不凝气口13。膨胀节2上开始有二次蒸汽进口14。膨胀节2下方的现场温度表管口15。筒体1近底端另设置有视镜16。分隔板:增加管程数,提高管内流体流速。流速增加,传热效率提高;折流板:提高壳程流体(如蒸汽)的流速和湍动程度;膨胀节:当壳体和管子之间的温差较大(60~70℃),且壳体承受压力不高时,可采用补强圈(又称膨胀节)。由于两块管板都与壳体固定,当壳体、换热管受热、受压都会发生变形,加入膨胀节减少热应力来吸收热膨胀差。

1.强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,其特征在于包括筒体、设置于筒体上的至少一个膨胀节、筒体内部上下间隔设置有若干块交错排布的折流板,折流板上对应开设有若干个通孔,通孔内插设有定距管、拉杆,筒体近底端腔室内设置有若干块分隔板,筒体底端开设有若干个排净口,筒体近顶端一侧开设有介质进口,另一侧开设有介质出口,介质进、出口上方设置有冷凝液进、出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,其特征在于筒体近顶端设置有上不凝气口,筒体近底端设置有与不凝气口对应的下不凝气口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,其特征在于膨胀节上开始有二次蒸汽进口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,其特征在于膨胀节下方的现场温度表管口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的强制循环固定管板式蒸发器,其特征在于筒体近底端另设置有视镜。
