Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an information issuing method, an order page display method and an order page display device, and relates to the technical field of Internet. The information issuing method comprises the following steps: acquiring additional information, wherein the additional information has an attribute added to an order page; screening at least one terminal from the terminal group; and issuing the additional information to the screened at least one terminal. The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention improves the exposure of the additional information, and the platform issued information is more targeted, thereby being beneficial to improving the viewing rate of the additional information.

Background

With the rapid development of the internet, a large number of O2O (Online To Offline) platforms appear like bamboo shoots in the spring after rain. O2O combines off-line business opportunities with the Internet, which makes the Internet a platform for off-line transactions and greatly changes people's life style. For example, the advent of the take-away industry O2O platform changed people's dining behavior.

The O2O platform provides a mobile Application (APP) to the merchant, and the merchant helps the merchant operate the store through the functions provided by the merchant APP. One common function of the APP of the merchant terminal in the market at present is order taking.

Disclosure of Invention

Besides sending order information to the merchant APP, the platform also issues some notification information. But the current phenomena are more common: the merchant rarely views the platform's notification messages. After long-term research, the inventor finds that the notification message of the platform is rarely viewed by the merchant, and the reasons are at least as follows: firstly, the notification message of the existing platform is hidden deeply, and a merchant needs to click to enter a plurality of pages after entering the APP to check. In practical application, the merchant is most concerned about order information, and other information merchants do not click to check in order to avoid troubles. Secondly, the existing platform issues the notification message all over the network, namely, the notification message is issued facing all the merchants APP. Many messages are not useful at all for most merchants. The inherent thinking of the merchant considers that the notification information is irrelevant to the merchant, and the notification message issued by the platform cannot be viewed.

In fact, some platform merchant messages are useful messages to help merchants operate stores. For example, during holidays, the platform has performed some activity to help advance the platform's order size, and it is desirable to be able to quickly inform merchants to have more merchants participate in the activity. For another example, the take-away ordering page of a certain merchant lacks menu pictures, so that the desire of the user to purchase is greatly reduced, and the platform informs the merchant of suggestions such as menu pictures and the like in a notification mode so as to help the merchant to improve the order amount. If the merchant does not view the notification information for the reasons described above, it is a significant loss for the merchant itself. Currently, to avoid loss, platforms notify individual merchants of important notifications by way of customer service telephone notifications or by notifying merchants offline through a sales manager. The merchant is informed of the information through telephone or offline, so that the efficiency is low, and a large amount of manpower is wasted.

Obviously, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to improve the viewing rate of the published information.

Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides an information issuing method, which can be applied to a server side for implementation. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring additional information, wherein the additional information has an attribute added to an order page; screening at least one terminal from the terminal group; and issuing the additional information to the screened at least one terminal.

Optionally, the method may further include: configuring a screening condition; and the screening of at least one terminal from the group of terminals further comprises: and screening the at least one terminal from the terminal group according to the screening condition. Optionally, the additional information may also have an enabling parameter and/or an disabling parameter. The validation parameters and/or the failure parameters may be set manually. In a specific implementation, the validation parameter may be a validation time, and the invalidation parameter may be an invalidation time. For example, when the validation parameter satisfies the validation condition, the additional information is issued to the screened at least one terminal. Optionally, the obtaining of the sequence of the plurality of adding positions in the terminal-side order page includes: acquiring viewing records of additional information at a plurality of adding positions in an order page from a terminal side; counting the viewing times of the additional information at the plurality of adding positions according to the viewing records; and sequencing the plurality of adding positions according to the viewing times.

Optionally, the selecting the ordinal bits for the additional information from the ranking includes: determining an importance level of the additional information; from the ranking, an ordinal matching the importance level is selected for the additional information. In the embodiment of the invention, the additional information has the attribute added in the order page, so that the additional information is added in the order page after being issued to the terminal, and a user can see the additional information when entering the order page to check the order, thereby improving the exposure of the additional information and being beneficial to improving the check rate of the additional information; in addition, at least one terminal is screened out from the terminal group, and the additional information is issued to the screened out at least one terminal, so that the information issued by the platform is more targeted, and the probability of the merchant for viewing the issued information is increased.

In some of the flows described in the present specification and claims and in the above figures, a number of operations are included that occur in a particular order, but it should be clearly understood that these operations may be performed out of order or in parallel as they occur herein, with the order of the operations being indicated as 101, 102, etc. merely to distinguish between the various operations, and the order of the operations by themselves does not represent any order of performance. The specific content of the additional information may be different according to different application scenarios. For example, in a take-away application scenario, when the application is a merchant-side application, the additional information may be, for example, but is not limited to: merchant brief, platform campaign notification, advertisement placement notification, and the like; when the application is a client application, the additional information may be, for example, but not limited to: user order statistics, user frequently-purchased commodity information, pushing commodities in which the user is interested, and the like. The additional information may be picture information, text information, graphics information (including picture information and text information), H5 page, local page jump information, video information or audio information, etc. In the takeaway application scenario, the order page may be an order page of the takeaway application client or an order home page of the takeaway application client. For example, when the order page in the present embodiment is an order front page of a take-out type application client, the main contents loaded with the additional information may be: 1. a message announcement; 2 exposing and guiding key functions of the palm cabinet; 3, an operation position for promoting platform activity information; 4 ad spots.

Here, it should be noted that: h5 is a technology that can present a dynamic special effect page on a mobile terminal (e.g. a mobile phone), and the technology is the prior art. In one embodiment, the analyzed or counted order information may be information of one or more days (e.g., one week, one month, etc.). The additional information obtained by analyzing or counting the order information may be a business bulletin, which may include: at least one of total order quantity, completed order quantity, total revenue, average revenue per order, merchant subsidy, lost revenue, and the like. Of course, the content contained in the business bulletin will be different depending on the application scenario, and the embodiments of the present invention are not listed here.

In the second mode, the user portrait data may be generated according to the daily behavior data of the user and/or the reported user data. In popular terms, the core work of constructing user portrait data is to label a user with a "tag", and the tag is a highly refined feature identifier obtained by analyzing user information. In a take-out merchant application scenario, the user image data in the embodiment of the present invention is a tagged user model abstracted from the business behavior of a merchant, the description information of the merchant, the commodity information of the merchant, and the like. The term abstraction can be understood at the technical level as: the data mining and analyzing process is carried out on the business behavior of the merchant, the description information of the merchant, the commodity information of the merchant and the like. The user representation data is continuously updated as the user information changes. Therefore, in practical applications, user image data can be acquired at a regular time such as daily or weekly. For example, merchants with too few product descriptions, merchants suspected of cheating, merchants with problems in product unit price, merchants with suddenly reduced access amount, etc. can be found out based on the user portrait data. For the merchants with few product descriptions, additional information for prompting the merchants to add the product descriptions can be generated; additional information for warning the merchants can be generated for the merchants suspected of cheating; the merchant with the problem of the unit price of the product can generate additional information for recommending the modification of the unit price of the product; a merchant who suddenly reduces the visit amount can generate additional information for suggesting how to improve the visit amount; and so on. Therefore, in a specific implementation, the acquiring of the terminal user portrait data may be implemented by: firstly, monitoring behavior data of a terminal user and/or acquiring user data uploaded by the terminal user; the user representation data is then generated from the behavioral data and/or user data. The merchant who sees the additional information displayed in the order page can click and operate on the additional information. The terminal uploads the operation behaviors to the server. The server script performs analysis statistics to obtain behavior data of the merchant. Such as what location the merchant would like to click on, what type of message (such as a picture, video or audio or text message) would like to click on. The merchant uploads the information such as the picture, the description information, the price and the like of the new product, the terminal uploads the data to the server, and the corresponding script of the server is analyzed to obtain the user data of the merchant. Such as whether the product picture of the merchant is clear, whether the description information is detailed, whether the price is reasonable, and the like. The server side can generate user portrait data according to the monitored behavior data and/or the user data; additional information specific to a particular merchant may be generated based on the user representation data.

In the third mode, the information editing interface may be an interface as shown in fig. 2 and 3. Fig. 2 shows an editing interface of the text type additional information, and fig. 3 shows an editing interface of the picture type additional information. In practice, the publisher may also upload video or audio through the editing interface. Besides the uploading mode, the direct shooting mode can be adopted for uploading. For example, a number of options may be presented at the picture position in fig. 3, such as: option 1 clicks to upload pictures, option 2 clicks to take a picture, option 3 clicks to start recording, etc. And (3) according to each item in the information editing interface, a publisher (such as an offline salesman) fills corresponding content, and generates corresponding additional information after clicking to publish. The screening conditions are different corresponding to different application scenarios. Taking a takeaway type merchant end application scenario as an example, the screening condition may be: the client operating system version, the business type of the merchant, the account number type of the merchant, the distribution mode of the merchant, the city where the merchant is located and any one or more of the fixed merchant list. Wherein, for the PC, the version problem of the operating system can be avoided. For a mobile terminal, the operating system can be classified into an IOS system and an Android (Android) system. The business type of the merchant may include: catering, business and super, fresh flowers, drugstores, breakfast, fresh fruits, life services and the like. The account types of the merchant may include: a product merchant or a logistics merchant providing logistics services, etc. The merchant distribution mode may include: from distribution or distribution by a designated logistics provider. The merchant is in a city, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and so on. When the server side automatically generates additional information according to the user image data, the fixed merchant list is automatically determined. For example, the server searches for a merchant with a problem in product description according to merchant new product information (including product name, picture, price, product description, and the like) reported by each terminal stored in the local database, and adds the account number of the found merchant (or the identifier of the terminal used by the merchant) to a fixed merchant list; and generating additional information for prompting the merchant to correct the product description. Of course, the fixed merchant list may be manually specified, for example, by using the configuration interface of the filtering condition shown in fig. 4, the issuer may create the fixed merchant list by filling out the account of the specified merchant or the identifier of the terminal used by the merchant in the configuration interface according to the notification range of the additional information.

In the above embodiment or the following embodiments, the additional information may further have an enabling parameter and/or a disabling parameter. That is, in an optional implementation, on the basis of the technical solution provided by the above method, the method further includes: and acquiring the effective parameters of the additional information. Correspondingly, step 103 is specifically: and if the effective parameter meets the effective condition, the additional information is issued to the screened at least one terminal. The failure parameter is specifically failure time. In step 202, the display template may be various, for example: text templates, picture templates, video templates, audio display templates, and the like. Examples of text templates are shown in fig. 7a and 7 b. The text template can be divided into two styles 7a and 7 b. Wherein the 7a style contains a title and contents without a jump. The 7b style contains title and content and needs to jump. The content in the 7b style can be a summary, or the first few or dozens of words, such as the first 20-50 words. The content of the additional information in the 7a style may be a business bulletin, such as the business yesterday business data, pushing information earlier in time each day to replace the previous day business data. The announcement notification class template includes additional information, which may include a title, text content, and landing pages. The drop page may or may not be an unnecessary item. Additional information for the promulgating of the picture class template, which may include title, picture, and landing page. Likewise, the landing page herein may or may not be an item. And the Banner bit is additional information of the class template, which comprises a title, a picture and a landing page. Here, the landing page is a necessary item. The landing page means that the visitor is linked to the second page after seeing the information in the first page and clicking. The landing page can be a page in the website or the application and can be realized by a conventional jump protocol; the landing page may also be an H5 page, and may be implemented by obtaining a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the terminal. The landing page is actually the process of adding the jump link when setting.

For example, the publisher may set a display template for the additional information via the interface shown in FIG. 5. The publisher may first select the type of publication, whether text or picture, in the interface shown in fig. 5. If the text type is selected, a plurality of candidate display template options suitable for the text type can be presented in the interface for the user to select. Each template has a corresponding preview key, and a user clicks the preview key to check the style of the specific template. The principle of addition is not to interfere with the use of the merchant's order sheets. For example, if the added location attribute is an attribute specifying a specific location, the attribute should include location information, and the terminal receiving the additional information may add the additional information to the specified specific location in the order sheet according to the added location attribute. The attribute of the added position can be set manually, and can also be set according to the times of clicking and viewing the information position by a merchant. For example, the add location attribute may be set by the publisher through a settings interface. The setting interface may be the same interface as the interface shown in fig. 5 in the above embodiment, that is, a setting item for setting an addition position is added to the interface shown in fig. 5; of course, different interfaces are also possible, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.

Specifically, the setting of the adding position attribute for the additional information may include: acquiring the sequence of a plurality of adding positions in a terminal side order page; selecting an order bit for the additional information from the ordering; and setting the adding position attribute of the additional information according to the sequence.

In an implementation scheme, the obtaining of the ordering of the plurality of adding positions in the terminal-side order page may include: acquiring viewing records of additional information at a plurality of adding positions in an order page from a terminal side; counting the viewing times of the additional information at the plurality of adding positions according to the viewing records; and sequencing the plurality of adding positions according to the viewing times.

In an implementation, the selecting the ordinal for the additional information from the ordering as described above may include: determining an importance level of the additional information; from the ranking, an ordinal matching the importance level is selected for the additional information. The display ordinal position in the order page is selected according to the importance level of the additional information, so that the important additional information can be displayed at a remarkable position to improve the viewing rate of the important information.

For example, the additional information may be generated by human intervention to set an importance level flag for the additional information, or by determining a policy for determining an importance level of the additional information according to the importance level. The importance level determination policy may specifically be:

Here, it should be noted that: the server can sort the positions in the order page based on the viewing times of all the merchants viewing the positions in the order page in the whole network, and then set the position attribute for adding additional information. Of course, the server may also set corresponding added location attributes for the additional information issued to different merchants according to the number of times that a single merchant views each location of the order and the viewing habit of each merchant.

In the embodiment of the invention, the display ordinal in the order page is selected according to the importance level of the additional information, so that the important additional information can be displayed at a remarkable position to improve the viewing rate of the important information.

Fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating an information publishing method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, this embodiment includes:

In the embodiment of the invention, the additional information has the attribute added to the order page, so that the additional information is added to the order page after being issued to the terminal, and the additional position attribute is also set for the additional information, so that the additional information is added to the specified position in the order page, and a merchant can see the additional information when viewing the order page, thereby improving the exposure of the additional information and further being beneficial to improving the viewing rate of the additional information.

The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the field of electronic commerce, and the order page can be an order page in an APP at a consumer side or a home page in an APP at a merchant side. The merchant includes merchants with physical locations and merchants without physical locations. Any scenario in which it is desirable to more personalize the information distribution to merchants or users on the platform may use the present invention.

In the prior art, a server side issues information to a terminal, and whether the information is checked or not is unknown. In practice, much of the information fed back by the end user or the offline salesperson is not viewed. For the feedback information that the server cannot automatically acquire whether the information is checked, the method provided by each of the above embodiments of the present invention may further include the following steps:

In specific implementation, the terminal monitors the operation of the merchant triggering and viewing message in real time, and if the operation of the merchant triggering and viewing is monitored, the terminal feeds back the viewing message to the server. The merchant seeing the message can click and manipulate the message. The terminal uploads the operation behaviors to the background server, and the back-end script performs analysis and statistics to obtain the viewed rate of the additional information. By adding the steps, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention forms a closed loop, the information circulation can bring forward operation to the platform and the merchant, the viewed rate of the additional information can be timely fed back to the publisher, and the publisher can make corresponding adjustment in time.

Fig. 12 is a flowchart illustrating an order page display method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, this embodiment includes:

The publisher may be a server or a client. The attribute added to the order page in the additional information may be addition indication information carried in the additional information, or may be content related to an addition protocol. The terminal that receives the additional information may add the additional information in the order sheet (as shown in fig. 10) according to the attribute to increase the exposure rate of the additional information. As shown in fig. 10, when the order information in the order page occupies a relatively large page space and cannot be displayed on one screen, the user can view the remaining order information through a sliding operation and view additional information added to the order information.

In step 501, the receiving of the additional information issued by the issuer may be implemented specifically by the following method:

the first method is as follows: monitoring a release notice;

sending an acquisition request to the publisher in response to the indication of the publication notification;

and receiving the additional information fed back by the publisher.

The second method comprises the following steps: sending an acquisition request to the publisher in response to a trigger operation of entering the order page or a refresh operation of the order page;

Order information in the order page is displayed in a high-priority mode, namely when the order information exists, the additional information cannot be displayed in the current screen, and a user can see the hidden additional information only by sliding the order page. When the order information is empty, the additional information may be displayed in a blank area in the order page.

In one implementation, if there is no order information, then in the order page, a fixed blank space is left or fixed space-occupying information is displayed. As shown in fig. 13, fixed occupancy information "no new order for a while" is displayed on the order page.

In the step 502, if the content of the additional information is more, the occupied space is longer, or the user can judge whether it is necessary to check the information through the summarized information, in the specific implementation, only part of the information in the additional information can be added to the order page. That is, the method provided in this embodiment may further include: partial information is extracted from the additional information. Correspondingly, the step 502 adds the additional information to the order page according to the attribute, which may specifically be: and adding the part of information into the order page according to the attribute.

If the user wants to view the detailed information, the user can view the detailed information by clicking the part of the detailed information or viewing the indication control (as shown in fig. 10). Namely, the method provided by the implementation of the invention can also comprise the following steps: jumping to a detail page in response to a trigger operation for the partial information; in the details page, the additional information is displayed.

Furthermore, based on the content in the above embodiments, the publisher may add a skip link when setting the additional information, and the skip link is carried in the additional information and is published to the terminal together. Therefore, the terminal that receives the additional information can jump to the page pointed to by the jump link according to the jump link. The page may be an H5 page or a local page. Namely, the embodiment of the invention can also comprise:

responding to a trigger operation aiming at the additional information, and jumping to a page pointed by the jump link according to the jump link;

and displaying the detail content of the additional information in the page pointed by the jump link.

The jump link can jump to the H5 page, or jump to other functional pages local to the terminal, such as the page used for displaying platform notification information. Through skipping, a user does not need to search the page locally to view, and can click to view detailed contents when directly viewing an order. Content which cannot be displayed on the same page can be displayed only in the order page through jumping, and the abbreviated information can be an abstract or the first few or dozens of words, such as the first 20-50 words, in the detail content. Local page jumping is adding more entries to the local function. The following describes the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention by taking a take-out type merchant-side application as an example. The merchant opens the APP, and the terminal simultaneously requests the server to acquire new order data and additional information. If the order data exist, displaying the order data in an order page for the merchant to operate the order; if no order data exists, a prompt case of 'temporarily having no new order' is displayed in an order page. After the additional information is requested to the server (back end), the server automatically generates the additional information or acquires the additional information uploaded by the publisher, and screens out the additional information which can be seen by the merchant at the moment through a terminal platform, a version number, validation time, a city where the merchant is located, the operation type of the merchant, the account type of the merchant and the like. And after receiving the additional information, the terminal adds the additional information into the order page. After the merchant clicks and opens the application at the local merchant side or refreshes the page, the additional information in the order page can be seen. Because the server sets a display template and/or adds a location attribute for the additional information, different terminal platforms and different APP versions may see different forms of additional information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the additional information is added into the order page, so that the additional information is displayed in the order page, and a merchant can see the additional information when checking the order. The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention does not influence the order receiving of the commercial tenant, and simultaneously displays important information to the commercial tenant, thereby avoiding the commercial tenant missing some important information. In addition, the method also pushes useful messages to the merchants through the process of screening the terminal, screens suitable merchants through the processing of a background or a script module, and pushes suitable messages. In addition, the additional information pushed to the merchants is more diversified, various information protocol modes are supported, and the merchants can directly click the information to jump to the corresponding landing pages after seeing the notification, so as to carry out the next operation. 1. An information distribution method, comprising:

acquiring additional information, wherein the additional information has an attribute added to an order page;

screening at least one terminal from the terminal group;

under the condition that the additional information meets an effective condition, the additional information is issued to the screened at least one terminal;

acquiring the sequence of a plurality of adding positions in a terminal side order page;

determining an importance level of the additional information;

selecting an ordinal matching the importance level for the additional information from the ranking;

setting the adding position attribute of the additional information according to the sequence;

wherein the additional information can be added at a specified position in an order page according to the addition position attribute;

under the condition that the published additional information meets the failure condition, a notice of deleting the additional information is published to the screened at least one terminal;

wherein the determining the importance level of the additional information includes at least one of the following modes:

determining the importance level of the additional information according to the information type of the additional information;

determining the importance level of the additional information according to the association degree of the additional information and the terminal user;

the acquiring of the sequence of the plurality of adding positions in the terminal side order page comprises the following steps:

acquiring viewing records of additional information at a plurality of adding positions in an order page from a terminal side;

counting the viewing times of the additional information at the plurality of adding positions according to the viewing records;

and sequencing the plurality of adding positions according to the viewing times.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
