本发明属于油墨制备领域,特别涉及一种环保型的数码印花墨水及其制备方法。按照各组分的重量百分比,将植物染料、粘度调节剂、表面活性剂、pH调节剂、固色剂、杀菌剂加入到去离子水中,常温下搅拌均匀,再升温至60~70℃条件下继续搅拌1小时,并保温(60~70℃)熟化2—3小时,降至常温后,将溶液依次经过孔径为0.45μm和0.22μm的膜过滤,得到最终产物。采用本发明的数码印花墨水,对织物进行数码印花喷印之前,无需对织物进行上浆前处理,并且上染工艺环保。

一种环保型数码印花墨水及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于油墨制备领域,特别涉及一种数码印花墨水及其制备方法。
背景技术
所谓数码喷墨印花,是用扫描仪、数字照相机等输入手段,将图案以数字形式输入计算机,经过图像软件处理后,再通过计算机控制的数码喷墨印花机,直接将印花墨水喷射到各种纤维织物上,印制出所输入的各种图案,从而得到各种印花织物。数码印花设备飞速发展,作为数码印花中不可缺少的,决定印花效果的关键因素印花墨水也要随之发展。作为数码喷墨印花主要耗材之一的印花墨水,也是决定喷墨印花技术成功与否的关键性因素。
当前市场上,所使用的染料型墨水用的染料基本上都是合成染料,合成染料虽然具有色泽绚丽,色牢度好,能大量生产等优点,但是合成染料由于结构复杂、品种繁多、生物可降解性低等造成大量环境污染,同时具有致癌、易引起过敏反应等缺陷。在人们日益追求健康生活的今天,开发高性能、高牢度以及水性环保型的墨水为当前数码喷墨印花墨水发展的主要趋势。
另一方面,数码印花以无接触方式将墨水准确喷印到织物的表面,因此色牢度相对较低,因此现有技术中,在对织物进行数码印花喷印之前,需要对织物进行上浆前处理,以助于提高植物染料的固色率和色牢度等问题。但是这样会增加数码印花喷印上染的工序。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种以天然的植物染料为基础的环保型数码印花墨水,并且采用该数码印花墨水对织物进行数码印花喷印染色时,无需对织物进行上浆前处理。
具体的技术方案为:
一种环保型数码印花墨水,按重量百分比组成。作为优选:表面活性剂在数码印花墨水中的重量百分比为1.8%—3%,其中,植物染料为莲蓬壳色素,是从天然植物莲蓬壳中提取而来的,具体的提取工艺为:
将莲蓬壳原料通过微型植物粉碎机粉碎至30—70目,用纯水浸泡,其中,莲蓬壳原料与纯水质量比为1:20-40,浸泡1-3h后,再利用超声提取得到红棕色溶液(超声提取的功率为250W,提取温度为60~80℃,提取时间为20-40min),过滤,滤液经真空浓缩干燥、粉碎,得红棕色粉末,即为莲蓬壳色素;
上述的粘度调节剂为丙三醇、二乙二醇、1,5—戊二醇、聚乙二醇200或聚乙二醇400;
表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(例如AEO-7、AEO-5)或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(例如OP-10);
pH调节剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸、盐酸中的一种或几种的混合物;
杀菌剂为5—氯—2—甲基—4—异噻唑啉—3—酮,固色剂为尿素。
本发明还提供了一种上述数码印花墨水的制备方法,具体步骤为:
将植物染料、粘度调节剂、表面活性剂、pH调节剂、杀菌剂、固色剂加入到去离子水中,常温下搅拌均匀(控制体系PH值为6—7),再升温至60~70℃继续搅拌1小时,并保温于60~70℃熟化2—3小时,降至常温后,将溶液依次经过孔径为0.45μm和0.22μm的膜过滤,得到最终产物。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的数码印花墨水中,采用从绿色天然植物莲蓬壳中提取而来的红棕色莲蓬壳色素作为植物染料,取代了现有技术的数码印花墨水中常使用的合成染料,大大减小了合成染料带来的环境污染问题和健康问题;并且采用本发明的数码印花墨水,对织物进行数码印花喷印之前,无需对织物进行上浆前处理,也可以得到色牢度理想的织物,节约了印染工序和生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将莲蓬壳原料通过微型植物粉碎机粉碎至30目,用纯水浸泡,其中,莲蓬壳原料与纯水质量比为1:30,浸泡2h后,再利用超声提取得到红棕色溶液(超声提取的功率为250W,提取温度为70℃,提取时间为40min),降至常温后过滤,滤液经真空浓缩干燥、粉碎,得红 棕色粉末,即为莲蓬壳色素,经计算色素得率为23.59%(色素得率/%=色素粉末质量/莲蓬壳粉末质量*100%)。
采用上述工艺制备的莲蓬壳色素粉末作为植物染料,制备数码印花墨水,工艺如下:
按照上述配方中各组分的重量百分比,将莲蓬壳色素粉末、粘度调节剂、表面活性剂、pH调节剂、杀菌剂、固色剂加入到去离子水中,常温下搅拌均匀(控制体系PH值为6.5),再升温至70℃继续搅拌1小时,并保温于70℃熟化2小时,降至常温后,将溶液依次经过孔径为0.45μm和0.22μm的膜过滤,得到最终产物。
实施例2
莲蓬壳色素粉末的制备方法如实施例1所示,另外,数码印花墨水制备工艺如下:
按照上述配方中各组分的重量百分比,将莲蓬壳色素粉末、粘度调节剂、表面活性剂、pH调节剂、杀菌剂、固色剂加入到去离子水中,常温下搅拌均匀(控制体系PH值为7),再升温至60℃继续搅拌1小时,并保温于60℃熟化3小时,降至常温后,将溶液依次经过孔径为0.45μm和0.22μm的膜过滤,得到最终产物。
实施例3
莲蓬壳色素粉末的制备方法如实施例1所示,另外,数码印花墨水制备工艺如下:
按照上述配方中各组分的重量百分比,将莲蓬壳色素粉末、粘度调节剂、表面活性剂、pH调节剂、杀菌剂、固色剂加入到去离子水中,常温下搅拌均匀(控制体系PH值为6),再升温至60℃继续搅拌1小时,并保温于60℃熟化2.5小时,降至常温后,将溶液依次经过孔径为0.45μm和0.22μm的膜过滤,得到最终产物。
对比实施例1
采用市售的C.I.活性红31作为染料,代替实施例1中的莲蓬壳色素粉末,数码印花墨水的其余组分与制备工艺均与实施例1相同。
对比实施例2
采用市售的K型一氯均三嗪活性染料(活性红KE—3B),代替实施例3中的莲蓬壳色素粉末,数码印花墨水的其余组分与制备工艺均与实施例3相同。
对比实施例3
与实施例2相比,将配方中表面活性剂(AEO-5)在数码印花墨水中的重量百分比设定为1%,去离子水的含量相对增加,其余各组分的重量百分含量不变。数码印花墨水的制备工艺均与实施例2相同。
对比实施例4
与实施例3相比,将配方中表面活性剂(AEO-7)在数码印花墨水中的重量百分比设定为3.5%,去离子水的含量相对减少,其余各组分的重量百分含量不变。数码印花墨水的制备工艺均与实施例3相同。
分别采用实施例1、2、3,以及对比实施例1、2、3、4中制备的数码印花墨水,对同样的白色纯棉T恤进行喷印染色(采用MIMAKI JV33纺织品数码印花机),染色前不对织物进行任何前处理,染色工艺均一致。
可以看出,采用市售的合成染料制备出的数码印花墨水,对织物进行数码印花喷墨染色时,由于数码印花是以无接触方式将墨水喷印到织物的表面的,在没有进行任何前处理的情况下,色牢度相对较低。

Claims (7)

1.一种环保型数码印花墨水,其特征在于:所述的数码印花墨水,按重量百分比由以下组分组成,其中,植物染料为莲蓬壳色素,是从天然植物莲蓬壳中提取而来的。
2.如权利要求1所述的数码印花墨水,其特征在于:所述的粘度调节剂为丙三醇、二乙二醇、1,5—戊二醇、聚乙二醇200或聚乙二醇400。
3.如权利要求1所述的数码印花墨水,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.如权利要求1所述的数码印花墨水,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂在数码印花墨水中的重量百分比为1.8%—3%。
5.如权利要求1所述的数码印花墨水,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为5—氯—2—甲基—4—异噻唑啉—3—酮。
6.如权利要求1所述的数码印花墨水,其特征在于:所述的固色剂为尿素。
7.如权利要求1至6任一项所述的数码印花墨水的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法的具体步骤为:
将植物染料、粘度调节剂、表面活性剂、pH调节剂、杀菌剂、固色剂加入到去离子水中,常温下搅拌均匀,再升温至60~70℃继续搅拌1小时,并保温于60~70℃熟化2—3小时,降至常温后,将溶液依次经过孔径为0.45μm和0.22μm的膜过滤,得到最终产物。
