技术领域
本发明属于服装材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺。
背景技术
最常见的有纺织物组织,是经纬交织的梭织组织和套圈织法的编织组织。这两大类织物组织在力学性能上各有优缺点。
梭织组织织物在经纬向受力情况下组织结构的稳定性比较好,组织不容易被外力所破坏,比较保型。但在经纬纱密度较低情况下纱线间抱合力不够,组织结构不稳定,特别是斜向拉伸,组织稳定性不够,变形后织物形态和尺寸不易回复原状。而且梭织组织,如果纱线本身没有弹性情况下,织物很难获得适度弹性,严重影响人体运动时的穿着舒适性。
针织组织是圈状组织,可以四面变形的优点,即便织物纱线没有弹性,织物组织本身也可以随意变形适应外力,因而穿着舒适性优良。但变形回复率不是很好,影响衣物的形态和尺寸稳定性,服装保型性不够,因此很难做西服外套等正装,影响服装档次。
另外,传统双面针织复合都是在两层针织面料中间(一般都是通过油胶复合或者胶水复合)复合,这样有两个问题存在:溶剂和有害物质残留;力学性能没有特别好的改善方式,在穿着过程中服装还是容易变形,形态尺寸稳定性没有根本上得到改善。
因此,对于服装材料的生产工艺来说,急需进行研发新工艺来改善上述产品穿着舒适性差、保型性差和适用范围小等技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种工艺简单,能够使穿着舒适性与保型性得到很好的平衡,且能够提高适用范围的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:本双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
A、织布:选择50D-150D DTY微网经纱、20D-50D FDY捆绑纱和50D-300D DTY微网高收缩纬纱为原材料,经纱上机经密为4-10根/厘米,纬纱上机纬密为7-14根/厘米,然后在经编衬纬经编机上选三把梳节织造,即,制得衬经衬纬经编底布;
B、预缩:在预缩装置内对底布进行预缩处理,即,制得经向收缩率为23-30%,纬向收缩率为20-35%的预缩底布;
C、布面整理:选用平幅精炼工艺或者经轴染色工艺或者溢流工艺对布面进行整理,即,制得整理底布;
D、定型:在定型轧车内配置定型助剂,然后将整理后的底布浸轧定型助剂并在200-206℃温度下进行定型处理,即,制得定型底布;
E、涂胶:将定型后的底布放入双点衬涂层机中,定型底布的一面先进行浆点涂层,再进行撒粉涂层加工,然后进行吹吸粉,以及在烘房中加热使撒粉涂层的热熔胶粉熔化从而与浆点涂层粘结,制得双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬编织物。
浮法经编织物在纺织学上又称衬经衬纬经编织物或双轴向经编织物。它的衬经纱平铺在衬纬纱上面,这两组纱并没有交织,靠另外一把梳节的较细经线按设计的成圈方式捆绑在一起,这一组经纱又称捆绑纱。本申请涉及一种力学性能优异的衬布组织结构,具体来说是利用衬经衬纬经编结构来开发的一类衬布品种。它既具有梭织组织结构稳定,产品保型性能良好,又具有编织组织(圈状组织)良好的随身变形能力,舒适性良好。
这类型组织的双点涂层产品不仅很适合做高档西服衬布用途,而且还特别适合做针织面料复合改性成正装面料的受力层(中间层或者里层),用它来控制针织面料过大的弹性和形变,改善平整度,改善干水洗性能,提高保型性。让针织复合面料的舒适性和保型性得到最佳平衡。
在上述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺中,在上述的A步骤中,在经编衬纬经编机上选三把梳节满穿的方式织造;或者在经编衬纬经编机上选两把梳节空穿和一把梳节满穿的方式织造。
在上述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺中,在上述的A步骤中,三把梳节的花盘分别为:GB1:000/000/000/000,GB2:000/000/000/000,GB3:211/011或者GB1:000/000/111/000,GB2:111/000/000/000,GB3:211/011。
在上述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺中,在步骤E之后还包括验收测试的步骤:从成品中抽样粘合试验,将样品与标准面料贴好放入粘合机内,将粘合机升温至130°,施加2.5千克/平方厘米的压力,时间14秒,然后使样品与标准面料粘合固定;判断样品与标准面料粘合后是否满足以下条件:剥离强度>25N/5cm,160℃经向热缩<-2%,160℃纬向<-1.6%.涂层后手感柔软丰满。
在上述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺中,在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,三把梳节满穿织造;在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为18-20m/min,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃,制得经向收缩率为23-28%的预缩底布;在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为38-42m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,所述的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST和冰醋酸;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST、抗静电剂和冰醋酸。

在上述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺中,在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,采用三把梳节中的两把经纱梳节空穿和剩余的一把纬纱梳节满穿进行织造;在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为16-20m/min,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃,制得经向收缩率为23-25%的预缩底布;在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为43-46m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,所述的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST和冰醋酸;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST、抗静电剂和冰醋酸。
在上述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺中,在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,采用三把梳节中的两把经纱梳节空穿和剩余的一把纬纱梳节满穿进行织造;在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为18m/min,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃,制得经向收缩率为23-25%的预缩底布;在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为45m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,所述的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST和冰醋酸;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST、抗静电剂和冰醋酸。
在上述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺中,在上述的C步骤中,所述的经轴染色工艺为内流法染色工艺。
在上述的E步骤中,所述的双点涂层由以下步骤加工形成:
e1、选用孔密度7-100孔/每平方厘米的双点涂层圆网,涂层量为7-15克/平方米;
e2、通过圆网先在定型底布的一面上进行浆点涂层,所述浆点涂层的原料为聚氨酯PU热固性浆料;
e3、在浆点涂层上进行撒粉涂层加工,所述撒粉涂层的原料为聚酰胺PA类热熔胶粉,然后进行吹吸粉,最终在烘房中加热使热熔胶粉熔化从而与浆点涂层粘结。
与现有的技术相比,本双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺的优点在于:
1、工艺简单,大幅提高了编织物的适用范围。
2、它既具有梭织组织结构稳定,产品保型性能良好,又具有编织组织(圈装组织)良好的随身变形能力,舒适性良好。
3、不仅很适合做高档西服衬布用途,而且还特别适合做针织面料复合改性成正装面料的受力层(中间层或者里层),用它来控制过大的弹性和形变,改善平整度,改善干水洗性能,提高保型性。让针织复合面料的舒适性和保型性得到最佳平衡。

具体实施方式
以下是发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1-3所示,本双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
A、织布:选择50D-150D DTY微网经纱、20D-50D FDY捆绑纱和50D-300D DTY微网高收缩纬纱为原材料,经纱上机经密为4-10根/厘米,纬纱上机纬密为7-14根/厘米,然后在经编衬纬经编机上选三把梳节织造,即,制得衬经衬纬经编底布;
B、预缩:在预缩装置内对底布进行预缩处理,即,制得经向收缩率为23-30%,纬向收缩率为20-35%的预缩底布;
C、布面整理:选用平幅精炼工艺或者经轴染色工艺或者溢流工艺对布面进行整理,即,制得整理底布;当为经轴染色工艺时,所述的经轴染色工艺为内流法染色工艺。因为,衬经衬纬经编织物因为浮长较大,非常容易勾丝,所以需要进行布面的整理,确保底布的质量。在经轴染色时选用内流法染色工艺以保护经纬向弹性。
D、定型:在定型轧车内配置定型助剂,然后将整理后的底布浸轧定型助剂并在200-206℃温度下进行定型处理,即,制得定型底布;
E、涂胶:将定型后的底布放入双点衬涂层机中,定型底布的一面先进行浆点涂层,再进行撒粉涂层加工,然后进行吹吸粉,以及在烘房中加热使撒粉涂层的热熔胶粉熔化从而与浆点涂层粘结,制得双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬编织物。
在上述的A步骤中,在经编衬纬经编机上选三把梳节满穿的方式织造;或者在经编衬纬经编机上选两把梳节空穿和一把梳节满穿的方式织造。
在上述的A步骤中,三把梳节的花盘分别为:GB1:000/000/000/000,GB2:000/000/000/000,GB3:211/011或者GB1:000/000/111/000,GB2:111/000/000/000,GB3:211/011。
在步骤E之后还包括验收测试的步骤:从成品中抽样粘合试验,将样品与标准面料贴好放入粘合机内,将粘合机升温至130°,施加2.5千克/平方厘米的压力,时间14秒,然后使样品与标准面料粘合固定;判断样品与标准面料粘合后是否满足以下条件:剥离强度>25N/5cm,160℃经向热缩<-2%,160℃纬向<-1.6%.涂层后手感柔软丰满。
除了作粘合衬,本实施例还可以应用于复合领域的受力层。
实施例一
在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,三把梳节满穿织造,上机门幅210cm。
原料和工艺参数如下:
GB1:000/000/111/000 PES DTY 125D/72F微网纱满穿
GB2:111/000/000/000 PES DTY 125D/72F微网纱满穿
GB3:211/011 FDY 40D/24F满穿
纬纱:PES DTY 200D/96F微网高收缩纱,上机纬密11.2根/厘米。
底布下机门幅在205cm左右。
在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为18-20m/min,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃,制得经向收缩率为23-28%的预缩底布;因为经纬向主要材料都有涤纶DTY材料,它在无张力受热时,纱线中纤维会收缩膨化弯曲,使得长度缩短,横向膨化***,弹性充分。所以蒸汽无张力预缩后底布门幅变窄到140cm左右,经向弹性充分,底布纱线膨化,外观变厚实。
其次,1超位数据在20-24%,2超位数据在4-6%。
通过上述的预缩其制得的底布变厚实,弹性充分,耐钩丝性能提高。该产品因为纤维密实度较高,比较耐勾丝耐起球,甚至可以用溢流染色处理。
在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为38-42m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,确保整个过程中张力要尽可能小以保护经向弹性。
定型后底布门幅156-157cm,纬密13.8根/厘米,底布平方克重110±2克/平方米。
选用的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L和冰醋酸:1g/L;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L、抗静电剂480:0.5g/L(需要抗静电处理时)和冰醋酸:1g/L。
定型后拒水度80-85,160度热缩,经纬向<-2%。
在上述的E步骤中,选用40孔/每平方厘米的双点涂层圆网,底浆选用上海东睿公司506牌号的聚氨酯PU热固性浆料,撒粉选用上海天洋热熔胶公司6200牌号的聚酰胺PA类热熔胶粉,涂层量13-14g/m2,涂层后平方克重在120±2克/平方米。
本实施例适合粗花呢类无骨架感纬编针织面料的复合改性或者作厚重西服衬料。
实施例二
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,故在此不作赘述,而不一样的地方在于:
在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,三把梳节满穿织造,上机门幅210cm。
原料和工艺参数如下:
GB1:000/000/111/000 PES DTY 50D/48F微网纱满穿
GB2:111/000/000/000 PES DTY 50D/48F微网纱满穿
GB3:211/011 FDY 20D/12F满穿
纬纱:PES DTY 75D/48F微网高收缩纱,上机纬密12.5根/厘米。
底布下机门幅在205cm左右。
在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为20-22m/min,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃,制得经向收缩率为26-30%的预缩底布,1超位数据在20-24%,2超位数据在5-8%。
蒸汽无张力预缩后底布门幅变窄到138cm左右,经向弹性充分,底布纱线膨化,外观变厚实,耐钩丝性能大幅提高。
在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为45-48m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,定型后底布门幅156-157cm,纬密15.3根/厘米,底布平方克重45±2克/平方米。
采用的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L和冰醋酸:1g/L;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L、抗静电剂480:0.5g/L和冰醋酸:1g/L。
定型后拒水度80-85,160度热缩,160℃经纬向<-2%。
在上述的E步骤中,选用52孔/每平方厘米的双点涂层圆网,底浆选用上海东睿公司506牌号的聚氨酯PU热固性浆料,撒粉选用上海天洋热熔胶公司6200牌号的聚酰胺PA类热熔胶粉,涂层量12-13克/平方米,涂层后平方克重在57±2克/平方米。
本实施例适合羊毛细腻针织面料的复合改性。
实施例三
在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,采用三把梳节中的两把经纱梳节空穿和剩余的一把纬纱梳节满穿进行织造,上机门幅210cm。
原材料和工艺参数如下:
GB1:000/000/00/000 PES DTY 75D/72F微网纱空穿
GB2:000/000/000/000 PES DTY75D/72F微网纱空穿
GB3:211/011 FDY 30D/24F满穿
纬纱:PES DTY 100D/72F微网高收缩纱,上机纬密12根/厘米。
底布下机门幅在205cm左右。
在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为16-20m/min,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃,制得经向收缩率为23-25%的预缩底布;1超位数据在20-24%,2超位数据在4-5%。
蒸汽无张力预缩后底布门幅变窄到142cm左右,经向弹性充分,底布纱线膨化,外观变厚,耐钩丝性能大幅提高。
在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为43-46m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,定型后底布门幅156-157cm,纬密14.5根/厘米,底布平方克重46±2克/平方米。
采用的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L和冰醋酸:1g/L;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L、抗静电剂480:0.5g/L和冰醋酸:1g/L。
定型后拒水度80-85,160度热缩,160℃经纬向<-2%。
在上述的E步骤中,选用80孔/每平方厘米的双点涂层圆网,底浆选用上海东睿公司506牌号的聚氨酯PU热固性浆料,撒粉选用上海天洋热熔胶公司6200牌号的聚酰胺PA类热熔胶粉,涂层量11-12克/平方米,涂层后平方克重在56±2克/平方米。
本实施例适合细腻针织平纹面料的复合改性。
实施例四
本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,故在此不作赘述,而不一样的地方在于:在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,采用三把梳节中的两把经纱梳节空穿和剩余的一把纬纱梳节满穿进行织造;上机门幅210cm。
原料和工艺参数如下:
GB1:000/000/111/000 PES DTY 150D/96F微网纱空穿
GB2:111/000/000/000 PES DTY150D/96F微网纱空穿
GB3:211/011 FDY 30D/12F满穿
纬纱:PES DTY 150D/96F微网高收缩纱,上机纬密8根/厘米。
底布下机门幅在207cm左右。
在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为18m/min,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃,制得经向收缩率为23-25%的预缩底布;1超位数据在22-24%,2超位数据在4-5%。
预缩后的底布门幅变窄到142cm左右,底布变厚实,弹性充分,耐钩丝性能大幅提高。
在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为45m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,定型后底布门幅156-157cm,纬密9.5根/厘米,底布平方克重60±2克/平方米。
采用的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L和冰醋酸:1g/L;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂625:5g/L、硅油189:15g/L、硅油CST:5g/L、抗静电剂480:0.5g/L和冰醋酸:1g/L。
定型后拒水度80-85,160度热缩,160℃经纬向<-2%。
在上述的E步骤中,选用52孔/每平方厘米的双点涂层圆网,底浆选用上海东睿公司506牌号的聚氨酯PU热固性浆料,撒粉选用上海天洋热熔胶公司6200牌号的聚酰胺PA类热熔胶粉,涂层量12-13克/平方米,涂层后平方克重在74±2克/平方米。

Claims (5)

1.一种双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺,其特征在于,本工艺包括如下步骤:
A、织布:选择50D-150D DTY微网经纱、20D-50D FDY捆绑纱和50D-300D DTY微网高收缩纬纱为原材料,经纱上机经密为4-10根/厘米,纬纱上机纬密为7-14根/厘米,然后在经编衬纬经编机上选三把梳节织造,即,制得衬经衬纬经编底布;
B、预缩:在预缩装置内对底布进行预缩处理,即,制得经向收缩率为23-30%,纬向收缩率为20-35%的预缩底布;
C、布面整理:选用平幅精炼工艺或者经轴染色工艺或者溢流工艺对布面进行整理,即,制得整理底布;经轴染色工艺为内流法染色工艺;
D、定型:在定型轧车内配置定型助剂,然后将整理后的底布浸轧定型助剂并在200-206℃温度下进行定型处理,即,制得定型底布;
E、涂胶:将定型后的底布放入双点衬涂层机中,定型底布的一面先进行浆点涂层,再进行撒粉涂层加工,然后进行吹吸粉,以及在烘房中加热使撒粉涂层的热熔胶粉熔化从而与浆点涂层粘结,制得双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬编织物;
在上述的E步骤中,所述的双点涂层由以下步骤加工形成:
e1、选用孔密度7-100孔/每平方厘米的双点涂层圆网,涂层量为7-15克/平方米;
e2、通过圆网先在定型底布的一面上进行浆点涂层,所述浆点涂层的原料为聚氨酯PU热固性浆料;
e3、在浆点涂层上进行撒粉涂层加工,所述撒粉涂层的原料为聚酰胺PA类热熔胶粉,然后进行吹吸粉,最终在烘房中加热使热熔胶粉熔化从而与浆点涂层粘结;
在经编衬纬经编机上选三把梳节满穿的方式织造;或者在经编衬纬经编机上选两把梳节空穿和一把梳节满穿的方式织造;三把梳节的花盘分别为,GB1:000/000/111/000,GB2:111/000/000/000,GB3:211/011;
在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,加热油温为230-240℃和蒸汽压力0.2-0.3千克/平方厘米,烘房内温度138-142℃;
在步骤E之后还包括验收测试的步骤:从成品中抽样粘合试验,将样品与标准面料贴好放入粘合机内,将粘合机升温至130°,施加2.5千克/平方厘米的压力,时间14秒,然后使样品与标准面料粘合固定;判断样品与标准面料粘合后是否满足以下条件:剥离强度>25N/5cm,160℃经向热缩<-2%,160℃纬向<-1.6%,涂层后手感柔软丰满。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺,其特征在于,在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,三把梳节满穿织造;在上述的B步骤中,所述的预缩装置为蒸汽预缩机,衬经衬纬经编底布在无张力状态下进入蒸汽预缩机,蒸汽预缩机的车速为18-20m/min,制得经向收缩率为23-28%的预缩底布;在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为38-42m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,所述的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST和冰醋酸;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST、抗静电剂和冰醋酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬纬经编织物的生产工艺,其特征在于,在上述的A步骤中,所述的经编衬纬经编机为卡尔迈耶RS或者HKS三把梳节24针型经编衬纬经编机,三把梳节满穿织造;在上述的B步骤中,蒸汽预缩机的车速为20-22m/min,制得经向收缩率为26-30%的预缩底布;在上述的D步骤中,定型轧车的车速为45-48m/min,预缩底布进布超位按针织布超位工艺进入定型轧车,所述的定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST和冰醋酸;或者该定型助剂成分为包括:拒水剂、硅油189、硅油CST、抗静电剂和冰醋酸。
