Abstract

本发明提供一种铅膏和膏机,包括和膏桶,所述和膏桶内设置有搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶通过下端设置的转动电机带动进行转动,所述和膏桶上端设置有振动筛,所述振动筛通过两端设置的振动气缸进行振动,所述振动筛与和膏桶的进料口连接,所述和膏桶内设置有桶壁清理装置。通过和膏机上端设置的振动筛对进入和膏机的铅膏进行先行松动,提高工作效率,并设置辅助松动装置对和膏机内的铅膏进行松动,设置调整装置对振动筛的振动情况进行调整,减少人工消耗。

铅膏和膏机
技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种制造铅膏用的铅膏和膏机。
背景技术
目前在制造铅膏时,需要使用和膏机对铅膏进行混合,但是由于铅膏在混合之前带有湿气,容易造成铅膏粘黏,影响铅膏的混合效果。因此现在在对铅膏混合之前需要对铅膏进行松动,以免铅膏结块造成工作效率低。但是人工对铅膏进行松动,效率低且需要多一道工序,占用人工。因此,解决铅膏前期松动时工作效率低的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造铅膏用的铅膏和膏机,通过和膏机上端设置的振动筛对进入和膏机的铅膏进行先行松动,提高工作效率,并设置辅助松动装置对和膏机内的铅膏进行松动,解决了铅膏前期松动时工作效率低的问题。
本发明提供一种铅膏和膏机,包括和膏桶,所述和膏桶内设置有搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶通过下端设置的转动电机带动进行转动,所述和膏桶上端设置有振动筛,所述振动筛通过两端设置的振动气缸进行振动,所述振动筛与和膏桶的进料口连接,所述和膏桶内设置有桶壁清理装置。
进一步改进在于:所述和膏桶内设置有辅助松动装置,所述辅助松动装置设置在和膏桶的内壁上。
进一步改进在于:所述振动筛上设置有观察孔,所述观察孔上设置有调整装置,通过调整装置对振动筛的振动情况进行调整。
进一步改进在于:所述振动筛旁设置有时间继电器,通过时间继电器对振动筛的工作时间进行控制。
本发明的有益效果是:通过和膏机上端设置的振动筛对进入和膏机的铅膏进行先行松动,提高工作效率,并设置辅助松动装置对和膏机内的铅膏进行松动,设置调整装置对振动筛的振动情况进行调整,减少人工消耗。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种铅膏和膏机,包括和膏桶1,所述和膏桶1内设置有搅拌叶2,所述搅拌叶2通过下端设置的转动电机3带动进行转动,所述和膏桶1上端设置有振动筛4,所述振动筛4通过两端设置的振动气缸5进行振动,所述振动筛4与和膏桶1的进料口连接,所述和膏桶1内设置有桶壁清理装置6。所述和膏桶1内设置有辅助松动装置7,所述辅助松动装置7设置在和膏桶1的内壁上。所述振动筛4上设置有观察孔8,所述观察孔8上设置有调整装置9,通过调整装置9对振动筛4的振动情况进行调整。所述振动筛4旁设置有时间继电器10,通过时间继电器10对振动筛4的工作时间进行控制。通过和膏机上端设置的振动筛4对进入和膏机的铅膏进行先行松动,提高工作效率,并设置辅助松动装置7对和膏机内的铅膏进行松动,设置调整装置9对振动筛4的振动情况进行调整,减少人工消耗。

1.一种铅膏和膏机,包括和膏桶(1),所述和膏桶(1)内设置有搅拌叶(2),所述搅拌叶(2)通过下端设置的转动电机(3)带动进行转动,其特征在于:所述和膏桶(1)上端设置有振动筛(4),所述振动筛(4)通过两端设置的振动气缸(5)进行振动,所述振动筛(4)与和膏桶(1)的进料口连接,所述和膏桶(1)内设置有桶壁清理装置(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的铅膏和膏机,其特征在于:所述和膏桶(1)内设置有辅助松动装置(7),所述辅助松动装置(7)设置在和膏桶(1)的内壁上。
3.如权利要求1所述的铅膏和膏机,其特征在于:所述振动筛(4)上设置有观察孔(8),所述观察孔(8)上设置有调整装置(9),通过调整装置(9)对振动筛(4)的振动情况进行调整。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的铅膏和膏机,其特征在于:所述振动筛(4)旁设置有时间继电器(10),通过时间继电器(10)对振动筛(4)的工作时间进行控制。
