一种可发泡聚乙烯材料
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,特别涉及一种可发泡聚乙烯材料。
背景技术
聚乙烯(polyethylene ,简称PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-100~-70°C),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸)。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。
目前市场上主要的大宗发泡材料有聚氨酯发泡,物理发泡聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯和聚丙烯等。中国发明专利CN102924777A提供了一种高压聚乙烯发泡材料及其连续发泡工艺,系高压聚乙烯、AC发泡母料和DCP架桥剂用混料机混合好,与挤出机中挤出后压光,然后送入发泡机交联发泡,发泡后的材料经冷却辊冷却定型后,卷取包装。该法得到的发泡材料弹性好,属于软性泡体,硬度不够,且该法不适合于各种制品模具发泡成型。中国发明专利CN102558647A提供了一种高性能发泡聚乙烯制品的制备方法。该发泡聚乙烯为物理发泡,系使用聚乙烯、过氧化物、滑石粉和碳酸钙以及丁烷物理发泡剂,通过挤出机机头压力释放发泡而成发泡制品,该法不适合于各种制品模具发泡成型。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,可以在无压力模具中受热发泡成型,因而可适用于各种形状产品的发泡空间制备。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,按重量份计包括如下组分:
聚乙烯100份,不饱和聚合物 2-10份,自由基引发剂0.5-5份,发泡剂1-10份,润滑剂0.5-5份,无机填料5-20份,抗氧剂0.1-0.5份。
本发明的可发泡聚乙烯材料,先利用塑胶生产设备制成可发泡聚乙烯粒子,然后该塑胶粒子可以加入各种形状产品的模具中,受热后发泡成型。发泡后的泡体,不仅发泡程度高,并且由于聚乙烯分子链上引进了MBS和/或ABS,泡体硬度高,具有优异的缓冲减震功用,不仅可用于建材、包装、轻工等领域,更可用于军工、海工对缓冲抗震、装备轻量化和特殊形状产品功能化的要求。
作为优选,所述不饱和聚合物为MBS树脂、ABS树脂中一种或两种。

作为优选,所述自由基引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧基异丙基)苯(BIBP)中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述发泡剂为N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、4,4ˊ-氧化二苯磺酰肼、偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢铵中的一种或几种。

作为优选,将各组分按配比加入密炼机中混炼,混炼好的物料通过单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得可发泡聚乙烯材料。
作为优选,混炼温度控制在130-150℃,混炼时间控制在5-6min。
作为优选,单螺杆挤出机加工温度区间设置为130-150℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)采用了PE与MBS和/或ABS刚性的高分子在线接枝化学反应,从而制备出的泡体具有很高的硬度,表面硬度可达邵氏D60度。
(2)通过在线熔融接枝MBS和/或ABS到聚乙烯大分子链上,形成高熔体强度的高分子材料,从而可以得到更高的发泡倍率,本发明一种可发泡聚乙烯材料的发泡密度接近聚氨酯的发泡密度,密度可达0.04g/cm3
(3)本发明一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,可以在无压力模具中受热发泡成型,因而可适用于各种形状产品的发泡空间制备。

下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
本发明中,若非特指,所采用的原料和设备等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:
一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,按重量份计组分组成如下:
聚乙烯(扬子石化,牌号HDPE 5000s,熔融指数20g/10min)100份,不饱和聚合物(MBS树脂,市售,LG-EM500,熔融指数17.5g/10min)2份,自由基引发剂(BIBP,市售)0.5份,发泡剂(偶氮二甲酰胺,市售)10份,润滑剂(PE蜡)0.5份,无机填料(碳酸钙)20份,抗氧剂(4,4'-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚),市售)0.1份。
制备方法为:将各组分按配比加入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度控制在130-150℃,混炼时间控制在5-6min,混炼好的物料通过单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得可发泡聚乙烯材料,单螺杆挤出机加工温度区间设置为130-150℃,单螺杆挤出机转速为300rpm。
所得到的可发泡聚乙烯材料置于200℃下发泡10分钟,得到的发泡制品密度为0.04 g/cm3,表面硬度邵氏D 39度。
实施例2:
一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,按重量份计组分组成如下:
聚乙烯(扬子石化,牌号HDPE 5000s,熔融指数20g/10min)100份,不饱和聚合物(MBS树脂,市售,LG-EM500,熔融指数17.5g/10min)10份,自由基引发剂(1份AIBN+3份DCP,市售)4份,发泡剂(偶氮二甲酰胺0.5份+碳酸氢铵0.5份,市售)1份,润滑剂(硬脂酸锌)5份,无机填料(滑石粉)5份,抗氧剂(抗氧剂1010,市售)0.5份。
制备方法为:将各组分按配比加入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度控制在130-150℃,混炼时间控制在5-6min,混炼好的物料通过单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得可发泡聚乙烯材料,单螺杆挤出机加工温度区间设置为130-150℃,单螺杆挤出机转速为300rpm。
所得到的可发泡聚乙烯材料置于200℃下发泡10分钟,得到的发泡制品密度为0.5g/cm3,表面硬度邵氏D 60度。
实施例3:
一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,按重量份计组分组成如下:
聚乙烯(扬子石化,牌号HDPE 5000s,熔融指数20g/10min)100份,不饱和聚合物(ABS树脂,市售,奇美758,熔融指数3.0g/10min)5份,自由基引发剂(BPO,市售)5份,发泡剂(N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺,市售)1-10份,润滑剂(PE蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌)2份,无机填料(碳酸钙5份+高龄土5份)10份,抗氧剂(抗氧剂1010,市售)0.1份。
制备方法为:将各组分按配比加入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度控制在130-150℃,混炼时间控制在5-6min,混炼好的物料通过单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得可发泡聚乙烯材料,单螺杆挤出机加工温度区间设置为130-150℃,单螺杆挤出机转速为300rpm。
所得到的可发泡聚乙烯材料置于200℃下发泡10分钟,得到的发泡制品密度为0.15 g/cm3,表面硬度邵氏D 55度。
实施例4:
一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,按重量份计组分组成如下:
聚乙烯(扬子石化,牌号HDPE 5000s,熔融指数20g/10min)100份,不饱和聚合物(MBS树脂5份+ABS树脂5份) 10份,自由基引发剂(AIBN 0.5份+BIBP 1份,市售)1.5份,发泡剂(4,4ˊ-氧化二苯磺酰肼2.5份+碳酸氢铵5份,市售)7.5份,润滑剂(PE蜡1份+硬脂酸锌1份)2份,无机填料(滑石粉5份+高龄土5份)10份,抗氧剂(4,4'-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)0.2份+0.1份抗氧剂1010,市售)0.3份。
制备方法为:将各组分按配比加入密炼机中混炼,混炼温度控制在130-150℃,混炼时间控制在5-6min,混炼好的物料通过单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得可发泡聚乙烯材料,单螺杆挤出机加工温度区间设置为130-150℃,单螺杆挤出机转速为300rpm。
所得到的可发泡聚乙烯材料置于200℃下发泡10分钟,得到的发泡制品密度为0.3g/cm3,表面硬度邵氏D 55度。
由以上实施例可以看出,本发明一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,采用了PE与刚性的MBS和/或ABS在线接枝反应,大幅提高了聚乙烯的熔体强度,从而得到发泡程度高的可发泡聚乙烯材料,发泡密度可达0.04g/cm3,并且具有高硬度,表面硬度可达邵氏D60。本发明一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,可应用于制造各种形状的发泡层产品,且对模具抗内压无要求。
本发明所得到的可发泡聚乙烯材料适合于各种形状模具中受热发泡成型。发泡所需温度区间为170-220℃,发泡完成时间5-10分钟,得到的发泡制品密度区间在0.04-0.5g/cm3,表面硬度可达邵氏D60度。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1.一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,按重量份计包括如下组分:
聚乙烯100份,不饱和聚合物 2-10份,自由基引发剂0.5-5份,发泡剂1-10份,润滑剂0.5-5份,无机填料5-20份,抗氧剂0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于:所述不饱和聚合物为MBS树脂、ABS树脂中一种或两种。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、4,4ˊ-氧化二苯磺酰肼、偶氮二甲酰胺、碳酸氢铵中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为PE蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于:所述无机填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、高龄土中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为4,4'-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)、抗氧剂1010中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,其制备方法为:将各组分按配比加入密炼机中混炼,混炼好的物料通过单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得可发泡聚乙烯材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于:混炼温度控制在130-150℃,混炼时间控制在5-6min。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种可发泡聚乙烯材料,其特征在于:单螺杆挤出机加工温度区间设置为130-150℃。
