本发明公开了一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液及其制备方法,该加工液的重量百分比组成为:羧酸胺10~25%,水溶性润滑剂5~25%,防锈剂5~20%,水溶性极压抗磨剂10~20%,乳化剂8~15%,杀菌剂1~4%,磷酸酯1~4%,沉降剂0.1~4%,三乙醇胺5~20%,消泡剂0.01~0.5%,余量为水;水溶性润滑剂为聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的混合物,聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的重量比为(10~45):(3~18):(2~20);该加工液化学稳定性好,乳化彻底、泡沫少,油泥污染物少,且冷却性、润滑性、沉降性、消泡性、防锈性和清洗性好,可有效提高工件的加工精度和加工效率,且节能环保,安全可靠;其制备方法简单,易操作,成本低,在常温下即可完成。

一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及加工液及其制备技术领域,具体是一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液及其制备方法。
背景技术
内圆切片机主要适用于磁性材料、半导体材料、宝石、陶瓷、晶体、各种玻璃等硬脆材料的精密切片加工。切片加工过程中不可避免地需要进行同步的冷却润滑。但现有的切片加工往往采用油性切削油进行润滑冷却,在加工过程中存在油烟大、气味刺鼻、油泥硫化物多、易打明火的问题,易引起火灾,且会造成环境污染,不利于加工场地的整洁及工人健康,此外,冷却效果不佳,切割效率低,无法满足高速发展的特种陶瓷、光伏产业、蓝宝石等行业对切割加工的“高效、环保、低成本”的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液及其制备方法,该加工液化学稳定性好,乳化彻底、泡沫少,油泥污染物少,且冷却性、润滑性、沉降性、消泡性、防锈性和清洗性好,应用于硬脆材料的切片加工时,可有效提高工件的加工精度和加工效率,且无火灾、噪音、烟雾及环境污染问题,节能环保,安全可靠。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其重量百分比组成为:羧酸胺10~25%,水溶性润滑剂5~25%,防锈剂5~20%,水溶性极压抗磨剂10~20%,乳化剂8~15%,杀菌剂1~4%,磷酸酯1~4%,沉降剂0.1~4%,三乙醇胺5~20%,消泡剂0.01~0.5%,余量为水;所述的水溶性润滑剂为聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的混合物,聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的重量比为(10~45):(3~18):(2~20)。
作为优选,所述的防锈剂为硼酸酯、硼酸、磺酸盐、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠中的一种或几种的混合物。
作为优选,所述的水溶性极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的混合物,氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的重量比为(10~60):(3~10):(2~5)。
作为优选,所述的乳化剂为上海戴勒贸易有限公司提供的型号为V20的产品。
作为优选,所述的杀菌剂为1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮。
作为优选,所述的沉降剂为阳离子季铵盐类沉降剂。
作为优选,所述的消泡剂为水溶性非硅消泡剂。
上述用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比准确称取制备加工液所需各原料;
(2)先将水投入调和釜中,之后将羧酸胺和水溶性润滑剂投入调和釜中,在常温下充分搅拌15 min,然后投入沉降剂并在常温下充分搅拌15 min,再投入磷酸酯、防锈剂、杀菌剂、水溶性极压抗磨剂、三乙醇胺和乳化剂并在常温下充分搅拌20 min;
(3)常温下向调和釜内投入消泡剂,常温下充分搅拌30 min,即制备得到用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明公开的用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液以水为载体,添加羧酸胺、水溶性润滑剂、防锈剂、水溶性极压抗磨剂、乳化剂、杀菌剂、磷酸酯、沉降剂、三乙醇胺和消泡剂,将各添加物均匀分散于水中,复配得到的加工液化学稳定性好,乳化彻底、泡沫少,油泥污染物少,且冷却性、润滑性、沉降性、消泡性、防锈性和清洗性好,应用于硬脆材料的切片加工时,可有效提高工件的加工精度和加工效率,且无火灾、噪音、烟雾及环境污染问题,节能环保,安全可靠。该水性加工液的制备方法简单,易操作,成本低,其制备在常温下即可完成。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1的用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液的重量百分比组成为:羧酸胺20%,水溶性润滑剂15%,防锈剂10%,水溶性极压抗磨剂15%,乳化剂10%,杀菌剂2%,磷酸酯3%,沉降剂0.4%,三乙醇胺10%,消泡剂0.05%,余量为水;水溶性润滑剂为聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的混合物,聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的重量比为10:3:3,水溶性极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的混合物,氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的重量比为4:1:1。
实施例2的用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液的重量百分比组成为:羧酸胺12%,水溶性润滑剂22%,防锈剂6%,水溶性极压抗磨剂12%,乳化剂8%,杀菌剂3%,磷酸酯2%,沉降剂1%,三乙醇胺16%,消泡剂0.3%,余量为水;水溶性润滑剂为聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的混合物,聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的重量比为6:3:2,水溶性极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的混合物,氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的重量比为15:2:1。
实施例3的用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液的重量百分比组成为:羧酸胺24%,水溶性润滑剂11%,防锈剂5%,水溶性极压抗磨剂20%,乳化剂13%,杀菌剂4%,磷酸酯1%,沉降剂3.5%,三乙醇胺7%,消泡剂0.5%,余量为水;水溶性润滑剂为聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的混合物,聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的重量比为9:3:2,水溶性极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的混合物,氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的重量比为10:2:1。
上述实施例中的水溶性加工液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比准确称取制备加工液所需各原料;
(2)先将水投入调和釜中,之后将羧酸胺和水溶性润滑剂投入调和釜中,在常温下充分搅拌15 min,然后投入沉降剂并在常温下充分搅拌15 min,再投入磷酸酯、防锈剂、杀菌剂、水溶性极压抗磨剂、三乙醇胺和乳化剂并在常温下充分搅拌20 min;
(3)常温下向调和釜内投入消泡剂,常温下充分搅拌30 min,即制备得到用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液。
以上具体实施例中,防锈剂可以选用硼酸酯、硼酸、磺酸盐、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠中的一种或几种的混合物,杀菌剂可以选用1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮,沉降剂可以选用阳离子季铵盐类沉降剂,消泡剂可以选用水溶性非硅消泡剂。乳化剂可以选用上海戴勒贸易有限公司提供的型号为V20的产品,其是一种植物油/合成酯乳化剂,理化性能参数为:产品组成为聚氧乙烯醚-20油酰蓖麻醇酸酯,25℃的外观为清澈液体,HLB值(±1)为8.4,色泽值最大30,酸值(KOH/g)最大7mg,皂化值(mg KOH/g)100-120,羟值(mg KOH/g)43-53,水<1%,溶于大多数合成油和植物油。
以上实施例1~实施例3的加工液的5%的稀释液的外观为无色液体,经检测,该稀释液的pH值为8.5~9.0,折光系数为1.8~2.0。对于实施例1~实施例3的用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,均进行消泡性试验、沉降性试验和防锈性试验,具体试验过程如下:
1、消泡性试验
对于实施例1~实施例3,各取一定量的加工液原液,加蒸馏水稀释,配置为5%浓度的稀释液并倒入具塞量筒中,塞紧具塞量筒的塞子,摇晃,观察稀释液的消泡情况并记录消泡时间,试验得到:实施例1的加工液的稀释液的消泡时间为10s;实施例2的加工液的稀释液的消泡时间为10s;实施例3的加工液的稀释液的消泡时间为12 s。
2、沉降性试验
在装有5%浓度的稀释液的3个具塞量筒中,分别加入等量的石墨粉,摇晃,观察石墨粉的沉降情况并记录沉降时间,试验得到:实施例1的加工液的稀释液中石墨粉完全沉降时间为10 min;实施例2的加工液的稀释液中石墨粉完全沉降时间为11 min;实施例3的加工液的稀释液中石墨粉完全沉降时间为12 min。
3、防锈性试验
参照GB/T 6144-2010《合成加工液》的5.6节“腐蚀性试验”进行一级灰口铸铁防锈性试验,分别对3个实施例的加工液原液进行稀释,每个实施例的稀释液中原液的含量为2%和5%两种。35±2℃/24h单片试验后发现,一级灰口铸铁片均无锈蚀现象,表面光泽如新,达到A级合格标准。

1.一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其特征在于,其重量百分比组成为:羧酸胺10~25%,水溶性润滑剂5~25%,防锈剂5~20%,水溶性极压抗磨剂10~20%,乳化剂8~15%,杀菌剂1~4%,磷酸酯1~4%,沉降剂0.1~4%,三乙醇胺5~20%,消泡剂0.01~0.5%,余量为水;所述的水溶性润滑剂为聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的混合物,聚醚酯、丙三醇和硫化脂肪酸的重量比为(10~45):(3~18):(2~20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂为硼酸酯、硼酸、磺酸盐、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠中的一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其特征在于,所述的水溶性极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的混合物,氯化石蜡、磷酸酯和磷酸三甲酚酯的重量比为(10~60):(3~10):(2~5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂为上海戴勒贸易有限公司提供的型号为V20的产品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂为1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其特征在于,所述的沉降剂为阳离子季铵盐类沉降剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为水溶性非硅消泡剂。
8.权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于硬脆材料切片加工的水溶性加工液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比准确称取制备加工液所需各原料;
(2)先将水投入调和釜中,之后将羧酸胺和水溶性润滑剂投入调和釜中,在常温下充分搅拌15 min,然后投入沉降剂并在常温下充分搅拌15 min,再投入磷酸酯、防锈剂、杀菌剂、水溶性极压抗磨剂、三乙醇胺和乳化剂并在常温下充分搅拌20 min;
