Abstract
本发明公开了一种王枣子口香糖及其生产方法,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:王枣子提取物10%,脱涩青柿子果肉22%,黄山贡菊提取物6%,甘草提取物8%,蔗糖2%,胶基50%,维生素C 1%,水溶性香精1%。将王枣子提取物、脱涩青柿子果肉、黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物、蔗糖、胶基5、维生素C、水溶性香精混合均匀,然后进行压片,即制得王枣子口香糖。本发明的王枣子口香糖,既有利于开发王枣子保健药用植物新的利用价值,也提供了一种清新口气、提升口腔健康的保健食品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种王枣子口香糖及其生产方法。
背景技术
王枣子生长在安徽省宿州市北部符离、夹沟、曹村、国家森林公园皇藏峪一带山区,是野生药食两用草本植物,具有一定的消炎、解毒、抗衰、抗疲劳、护肝和胃、醒酒保健、提高自身免疫力等作用,被誉为“天然植物抗生素”。王枣子为唇形科香茶菜属植物,宿州(原宿县)医院用王枣子治疗肺脓疡疗效显著。从王枣子叶乙醇提取物的中性部份分得七种结品成分,其中王枣子甲素为无色针品,为一新的四环二菇。《宿州志》《宿县志》记载,“王枣子生长在宿县北部符离、夹沟、曹村、国家森林公园黄藏峪一带山区,是野生药食两用植物”。民间***喘、退烧解毒等功效,故有“是疮不是疮,三碗王枣子汤,天天喝一碗,身体保健康”的民间谚语,被民间誉为“神奇的草药”。该草药多年来一直没有得到有效的保护利用和开发,现已濒临灭绝,后经建立了种植基地,仿野生种植,保种20多年,王枣子资源得到了一定程度的保护。上海中医大学、苏州大学、上海市肺科医院、上海华山医院等单位合作对王枣子全草进行有效成份提取分离和动物体内外药理、药效、药学、毒理学、药代动力学等相关领域的临床前研究,实验证明:王枣子是治疗自身免疫性疾病的良好天然药物,可以替代西药激素类、免疫抑制剂药物和抗菌素,且无西药的毒副作用。常饮王枣子茶不仅清心爽肺,具有一定的消炎、解毒、抗衰、抗疲劳、护肝和胃、醒酒保健、提高自身免疫力等作用,尤其对感冒、发烧、口腔炎、咽炎、支气管炎、肺炎、胃炎、肠炎、肾炎、***炎、妇科炎症及肿瘤、疑难杂症等效果明显。它具有清咽排毒、抑制肿瘤,舒胃健脾、健身延年,促进人体新陈代谢等独特功效。对雾霾、pm2.5、沙尘暴、汽车尾气、工业粉尘、化工污染、室内装潢的受害人群,对吸入的烟、尘、废气、毒素、细菌等具有及时清洗的作用,可以减轻毒害,是理想的原生态茶饮品。
口香糖是含于口腔内缓慢释放内容物的压制片,口香糖的基质黏性很强,能除去牙齿表面的食物残渣,咀嚼运动,机械刺激又能增加唾液的分泌,冲洗口腔表面,有一定的清洁口腔的作用,咀嚼口香糖,促进了面部血液循环与肌肉的锻炼,对牙齿颌面的发育有促进作用。咀嚼口香糖时,唾液分泌增多,可促进消化。
随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食保健意识的增强,开发具有保健功效的口香糖越来越受关注。王枣子口香糖就是在这一大背景下开发的一种以王枣子提取物加黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物和脱涩青柿子果肉加工而成的保健食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种王枣子口香糖,既有利于开发王枣子保健药用植物新的利用价值,也提供了一种清新口气、提升口腔健康的保健食品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种王枣子口香糖,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:王枣子提取物10%,脱涩青柿子果肉22%,黄山贡菊提取物6%,甘草提取物8%,蔗糖2%,胶基50%,维生素C 1%,水溶性香精1%。
所述的王枣子提取物由以下方法制备:将王枣子清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得王枣子粉末;向王枣子粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态,提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到王枣子提取液,将王枣子提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到王枣子提取物。
所述的黄山贡菊提取物由以下方法制备:将黄山贡菊清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得黄山贡菊粉末;向黄山贡菊粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到黄山贡菊提取液,将黄山贡菊提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到黄山贡菊提取物。
所述的甘草提取物由以下方法制备:将甘草清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得甘草粉末;向甘草粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到甘草提取液,将甘草提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到甘草提取物。
所述的脱涩青柿子果肉由以下方法制备:选取青柿子,36℃温水浸泡4次,每次12小时,脱涩;将脱涩青柿子去皮后,利用果蔬破碎机将其绞碎至稠膏状,置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥后研磨成粉即可。
所述的王枣子口香糖的生产方法,将王枣子提取物、脱涩青柿子果肉、黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物、蔗糖、胶基5、维生素C、水溶性香精混合均匀,然后进行压片,每片重5g,制得王枣子口香糖。
王枣子,是野生药食两用草本植物,可以替代西药激素类、免疫抑制剂药物和抗菌素,且无西药的毒副作用,具有一定的消炎、解毒、抗衰、抗疲劳、护肝和胃、醒酒保健、提高自身免疫力等作用,尤其对感冒、发烧、口腔炎、咽炎、支气管炎、肺炎、胃炎、肠炎、肾炎、***炎、妇科炎症及肿瘤、疑难杂症等效果明显。它具有清咽排毒、抑制肿瘤,舒胃健脾、健身延年,促进人体新陈代谢等独特功效,是理想的原生态保健药食两用药材。
青柿子,是一种天然保健食品,其味甘涩、性寒、无毒;柿蒂味涩,性平,入肺、脾、胃、大肠经;有清热去燥、润肺化痰、软坚、止渴生津、健脾、治痢、止血等功能,可以缓解大便干结、痔疮疼痛或出血、干咳、喉痛、高血压等症。常服用也有促进机体新陈代谢、降低血压、增加冠状动脉血流量及镇咳化痰的作用。
黄山贡菊,又称贡菊、徽州贡菊,徽菊。是黄山市的汉族传统名产,其与杭菊、滁菊、亳菊并称中国四大名菊。黄山贡菊花性甘苦,微寒,内含菊苷、腺嘌呤、胆碱及维生素A1、B1、氨基酸,钾、钠盐等成分,临床应用证明黄山贡菊能镇静中枢神经,增强毛细血管的抗炎力,抑制人体结核杆菌、葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、流感病毒、皮肤真菌、霍乱孤菌、链球菌的活动。具有清肝明目、驱邪降火、清凉解表的功效,是医治感冒的良药,也是老少皆宜的保健食品。
甘草,别名国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。豆科、甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。甘草含有多种化学成分,主要成分有甘草酸、甘草甙等。用于心气虚,心悸怔忡,脉结代,以及脾胃气虚,倦怠乏力等。具有治疗痈疽疮疡、咽喉肿痛、气喘咳嗽,可单用,亦可配伍其他药物应用。同时甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用,祛痰作用也较显著。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的口香糖以王枣子提取物、脱涩青柿子果肉、黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物为主要原料,不仅进一步开发了王枣子的利用价值,而且使制备的口香糖具有一定的保健功效;同时运用口香糖剂型可使王枣子提取物、脱涩青柿子果肉、黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物药效成分通过口腔粘膜直接被吸收,避免了有效成分通过消化***的吸收产生的肝脏首过效应,提高了药效成分的利用率。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不仅限于这些实施例,在未脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所作的任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
首先,自市场购买或按照现有技术获得:
王枣子、青柿子、黄山贡菊、甘草、蔗糖、胶基、维生素C、水溶性香精和蒸馏水。
接着,通过以下方法制得王枣子提取物、黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物和脱涩青柿子果肉:
将王枣子清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得王枣子粉末;向王枣子粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态,提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到王枣子提取液,将王枣子提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到王枣子提取物。
将黄山贡菊清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得黄山贡菊粉末;向黄山贡菊粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到黄山贡菊提取液,将黄山贡菊提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到黄山贡菊提取物。
将甘草清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得甘草粉末;向甘草粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到甘草提取液,将甘草提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到甘草提取物。
选微黄青柿子,36℃温水浸泡4次,每次12小时,脱涩;将脱涩青柿子去皮后,利用果蔬破碎机将其绞碎至稠膏状,置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥后研磨成粉即可。
然后,取王枣子提取物1000g,脱涩青柿子果肉2200g,黄山贡菊提取物600g,甘草提取物800g,蔗糖200g,胶基5000g,维生素C 100g,水溶性香精100g。将王枣子提取物、脱涩青柿子果肉、黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物、蔗糖、胶基、维生素C、水溶性香精混合均匀,然后进行压片,每片重5g,制得王枣子口香糖。

1.一种王枣子口香糖,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的原料制成:王枣子提取物10%,脱涩青柿子果肉22%,黄山贡菊提取物6%,甘草提取物8%,蔗糖2%,胶基50%,维生素C 1%,水溶性香精1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的王枣子口香糖,其特征在于:所述的王枣子提取物由以下方法制备:将王枣子清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得王枣子粉末;向王枣子粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态,提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到王枣子提取液,将王枣子提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到王枣子提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的王枣子口香糖,其特征在于:所述的黄山贡菊提取物由以下方法制备:将黄山贡菊清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得黄山贡菊粉末;向黄山贡菊粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到黄山贡菊提取液,将黄山贡菊提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到黄山贡菊提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的王枣子口香糖,其特征在于:所述的甘草提取物由以下方法制备:将甘草清洗干净,烘干,碾碎,过40目的筛网得甘草粉末;向甘草粉末中加入6倍体积的蒸馏水,加热至液体微沸状态提取1.5小时,5层纱布过滤得到甘草提取液,将甘草提取液置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥至稠膏,研磨成粉得到甘草提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的王枣子口香糖,其特征在于:所述的脱涩青柿子果肉由以下方法制备:选取青柿子,36℃温水浸泡4次,每次12小时,脱涩;将脱涩青柿子去皮后,利用果蔬破碎机将其绞碎至稠膏状,置烘箱内60℃鼓风干燥后研磨成粉即可。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的王枣子口香糖的生产方法,其特征在于:将王枣子提取物、脱涩青柿子果肉、黄山贡菊提取物、甘草提取物、蔗糖、胶基、维生素C、水溶性香精混合均匀,然后进行压片,制得王枣子口香糖。
