Abstract

The invention can solve the problem of environmental deterioration caused by accumulation of excrement and urine in the pigsty and prevent the generation of epidemic diseases and pests in the pig breeding process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to livestock and poultry breeding equipment, in particular to integrated pig raising equipment.
Background
Generally, people adopt a captive breeding mode to breed pigs, and the breeding process of the pigs causes pollution in the following aspects: the method comprises the following steps that firstly, due to excrement pollution, pigs can produce a large amount of excrement and urine in the captive breeding process, the excrement and urine contain a large amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, organic pollutants and the like, and the excrement and urine are often treated in a random stacking mode in a pig farm (household) and enter a water system along with rainwater; secondly, water quality is polluted, high-concentration sewage discharged from a pig farm is discharged into a river, so that the water quality is continuously deteriorated, the sewage brings great influence on the production and the life of people around the river, and even seriously threatens a centralized drinking water source; and thirdly, air pollution, a large amount of harmful gases such as ammonia nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, skatole, methane and the like are generated after the livestock and poultry manure is fermented, and the gases not only can destroy the ecology, but also can directly influence the human health.
In the process of breeding pigs, if a special cleaning device for excrement and urine of the pigs is not provided, the air in a pig house is not smooth, the ground is unsanitary, a lot of mosquitoes are generated, the bred pigs can be infected with diseases, once diseases occur, the pigs can be stranded, even die greatly, and disastrous loss is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide integrated pig raising equipment, which is used for solving the problem of environmental deterioration caused by accumulation of excrement in the conventional pigsty and preventing epidemic diseases and pests in the pig raising process.
The integrated pig raising equipment comprises a pig house, a cleaning water tank and a mineralization reaction chamber; the pigsty consists of a base, walls positioned on the periphery of the base and a ceiling positioned above the base, wherein the base is a hollow layer, partition plates are arranged on the base along the front-back direction to partition the interior of the pigsty into a plurality of units, and a gap is formed between the top surface of each partition plate and the ceiling; a sewage draining cavity is arranged below the base, the bottom surface of the sewage draining cavity is an inclined surface, a third nozzle is arranged on one side of a higher inclined surface in the sewage draining cavity, and one side of a lower inclined surface is communicated with a water inlet of a sewage pump; the front part of each unit in the pigsty is provided with a reversible feeding trough, and a first nozzle is arranged above the feeding trough in an inclined way; a plurality of second nozzles are arranged on a ceiling in the pigsty, one second nozzle corresponds to each unit, and a ventilation device, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a fluorescent lamp are arranged on the rear side wall in the pigsty; the cleaning water tank is arranged outside the pigsty, the lower part of the cleaning water tank is connected with a clean water pump, the water outlet of the clean water pump is respectively connected with the first nozzle, the second nozzle and the third nozzle through a clean water pipeline, a first stop valve is arranged on the clean water pipeline connecting the water outlet of the clean water pump and the first nozzle, a second stop valve is arranged on the clean water pipeline connecting the second nozzle, and a third stop valve is arranged on the clean water pipeline connecting the third nozzle; the mineralization reaction chamber is positioned outside the pigsty, a plurality of layers of reaction beds are arranged in the mineralization reaction chamber from top to bottom, a spray head is arranged above the reaction beds, the spray head is connected with a water outlet of a sewage pump through a sewage pipeline, and a slag receiving disc is arranged below the reaction beds.
Further, the inclination of the bottom surface of the sewage draining cavity is 15 degrees.
Further, a liquid level meter is arranged on the cleaning water tank.
Further, the reaction bed is a grid bed made of stainless steel wires.
Furthermore, the top of the mineralization reaction chamber is provided with an air vent.

Detailed Description
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The pigsty consists of a base 111, walls 13 positioned on the periphery of the base and a ceiling 12 positioned above the base, wherein the base 111 is a hollow layer, partition plates 114 are arranged on the base 111 along the front-back direction to partition the interior of the pigsty into a plurality of units, and a gap is formed between the top surface of each partition plate 114 and the ceiling 12; a sewage draining cavity 115 is arranged below the base 111, the bottom surface of the sewage draining cavity is an inclined plane with the inclination of 15 degrees, a third nozzle 116 is arranged at one side of a higher inclined plane in the sewage draining cavity 115, and one side of a lower inclined plane is communicated with a water inlet of a sewage pump 110; the front part of each unit in the pigsty is provided with a reversible feeding trough 112, and a first nozzle 113 is arranged obliquely above the feeding trough; a plurality of second nozzles 8 are arranged on a ceiling 12 in the pigsty, one second nozzle 8 corresponds to each unit, and a ventilation device 7, a temperature sensor 9, a humidity sensor 10 and a fluorescent lamp 11 are arranged on a rear side wall 13 in the pigsty.
The mineralization reaction chamber 17 is positioned outside the pigsty, two layers of reaction beds 18 are arranged in the mineralization reaction chamber from top to bottom, the reaction beds are grid beds made of stainless steel wires, a spray header 16 is arranged above the reaction beds 18 and is connected with a water outlet of a sewage pump 110 through a sewage pipeline 14, and a slag receiving disc 19 is arranged below the reaction beds 18. And the top of the mineralization reaction chamber 17 is provided with a vent 15.
When the pig house cleaning device is used, firstly, the amount of clean water in the cleaning water tank 1 is confirmed to be within the range of the working water level line of the liquid level meter 2, the first stop valve 4 is opened, the clean water pump 3 is started, clean water is sprayed out from the first nozzle 113 to clean feed residues in the feeding trough 112, then the feeding trough 112 is turned over, the feed residues and sewage in the feeding trough 112 are poured on the base 111, then the first stop valve 4 is closed, the second stop valve 5 is opened, clean water is sprayed out through the second nozzle 8 on the pig house ceiling 12 to clean excrement, urine and other dirt in the pig house and is discharged into the sewage discharging cavity 115 below through the hollowed hole on the base 111, then the second stop valve 5 is closed, the third stop valve 117 is opened, clean water is discharged from the third nozzle 116 to flush the dirt in the sewage discharging cavity 115 to the lower side of the inclined bottom surface of the sewage discharging cavity 115, the clean water pump 3 and the third stop valve 117 are sequentially closed, the sewage pump 110 is turned on, the sewage in the sewage discharging cavity 115 is conveyed into the mineralization reaction chamber 17 through the sewage pipeline 14 and is uniformly sprayed on the upper surface of the reaction bed 18 through the spray header 16, the sewage pump 110 is stopped, and the excrement and urine begin to ferment in the mineralization reaction chamber 17.
The mineralized excrement and urine become granular inorganic substances, and then fall into a slag receiving disc 19 below through holes in the two layers of reaction beds 18 in sequence, and are collected once at intervals.

the mineralization reaction chamber is positioned outside the pigsty, a plurality of layers of reaction beds are arranged in the mineralization reaction chamber from top to bottom, a spray head is arranged above the reaction beds, the spray head is connected with a water outlet of a sewage pump through a sewage pipeline, and a slag receiving disc is arranged below the reaction beds.
