背景技术
油田、电力设备在使用过程中经常需要对这些设备进行保洁处理,以使这些野外设备具有更好的使用寿命,由于这些野外设备长期处在露天或密封性不强的设施房内,因此容易霉变并易带有细菌,而现有的清洗剂在对野外设备进行清洗时存在溶解性差、清洗费时费力和清洗质量差的问题。

一种野外设备清洗剂,原料按质量份数计包括伯醇聚氧乙烯醚20份至25份、阴离子表面活性剂22份至28份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯30份至33份、十二酸单甘油酯25份至30份、烷醇酰胺42份至46份、叔丁基羟基苯甲醚40份至44份、次氯酸钠48份至52份、十二烷基磺酸钠35份至38份、换磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐42份至46份、酒石酸38份至44份、草酸48份至55份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯46份至50份、乙氧基壬基酚醚54份至58份、烷基醚氧化胺55份至60份、四氯乙烯38份至44份、亚硝酸钠33份至38份、环氧酸锌44份至46份、水5000份至8000份。
上述原料按质量份数计包括伯醇聚氧乙烯醚24份、阴离子表面活性剂24份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯32份、十二酸单甘油酯26份、烷醇酰胺45份、叔丁基羟基苯甲醚43份、次氯酸钠50份、十二烷基磺酸钠36份、换磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐44份、酒石酸40份、草酸52份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯47份、乙氧基壬基酚醚55份、烷基醚氧化胺58份、四氯乙烯40份、亚硝酸钠35份、环氧酸锌45份、水6000份。

上述阴离子表面活性剂为阴离子聚丙烯酰胺。
本发明具有较好的清洗能力,能防锈且耐腐蚀性强,抗菌防霉变效果好,根据本发明实施例得到的野外设备清洗剂能够更好地进行野外设备清洗处理,提高了清洗工作效率和清洗质量。适合清洗各野外设施表面。

根据本发明实施例3、实施例4得到的野外设备清洗剂与现有的某市售产品进行性能测量,测试项目及方法如下:
清洗力试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第6章进行。
腐蚀性试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第9章进行。
消泡性试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第10章进行。
防锈性试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第8章进行。
所测得的数据如表1所示。由表1中数据可知,根据本发明实施例得到的野外设备清洗剂具有较好的清洗能力,能防锈且耐腐蚀性强,抗菌防霉变效果好,根据本发明实施例得到的野外设备清洗剂能够更好地进行野外设备清洗处理,提高了清洗工作效率和清洗质量。

1.一种野外设备清洗剂,其特征在于,原料按质量份数计包括伯醇聚氧乙烯醚20份至25份、阴离子表面活性剂22份至28份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯30份至33份、十二酸单甘油酯25份至30份、烷醇酰胺42份至46份、叔丁基羟基苯甲醚40份至44份、次氯酸钠48份至52份、十二烷基磺酸钠35份至38份、换磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐42份至46份、酒石酸38份至44份、草酸48份至55份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯46份至50份、乙氧基壬基酚醚54份至58份、烷基醚氧化胺55份至60份、四氯乙烯38份至44份、亚硝酸钠33份至38份、环氧酸锌44份至46份、水5000份至8000份。
