一种带散热功能的汽车前盖消音垫,包括阻尼隔音毡、铝合金散热片、EVA发泡层、无纺布层、CPVC层和硅橡胶层;所述CPVC层上均匀设置有通孔,所述通孔与无纺布层相通。本发明具有优良的消音、阻燃、防潮、隔热、减震的效果,且质量轻、避免厚重,外形平整美观,所采用的材料在封闭的空间使用无刺鼻异味,环保无污染;在制备方法中,采用EVA发泡层在铝合金散热片上喷涂的工艺,粘结牢固,提高材料利用率,减少原料浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内部饰件技术领域,具体涉及一种带散热功能的汽车前盖消音垫。
背景技术
汽车发动机是汽车的心脏,为汽车行走提供动力,发动机就是一个能量转换机构,即将汽油或者柴油或是天然气的热能,通过再密封气缸内燃烧气体膨胀,推动活塞做功,转变为机械能的最基本工作原理,因此发动机一般是设置在汽车的前部,且设置在车前盖下。
因此发动机在工作时容易产生噪音,同时也会发热,也会产生蒸汽,因此就需要对发动机进行隔音散热和防潮,现有的车前盖的只具有隔音效果,但是隔音效果不是很好,同时硬度也不够,长期使用容易变形,散热效果不好,也不具有防潮的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术之弊端,提供一种带散热功能的汽车前盖消音垫。
一种带散热功能的汽车前盖消音垫,其特征在于,包括阻尼隔音毡、铝合金散热片、EVA发泡层、无纺布层、CPVC层和硅橡胶层;
所述阻尼隔音毡位于与车体接触的内侧,所述铝合金散热片位于所述阻尼隔音毡上表面,所述EVA发泡层位于所述铝合金散热片上端,所述无纺布层位于所述EVA发泡层的上表面,所述CPVC层位于所述无纺布层的上表面;所述CPVC层上均匀设置有通孔,所述通孔与无纺布层相通;所述硅橡胶层位于本发明的外表面。
本发明的制备方法为:
a.模压阻尼隔音毡,阻尼隔音毡的形状尺寸与汽车前盖接触面相配合,将铝合金散热片与阻尼隔音毡接触的面涂上粘结剂,将载有铝合金散热片的下模输送用于复合阻尼隔音毡的模压机内,该模压机的上模具有吸附功能,预先将阻尼隔音毡片材吸附到上模处,待载有铝合金散热片的下模输送到位后模压机合模,模压完成阻尼隔音毡与铝合金散热片的复合,得到消音垫半成品一;
b.PU发泡层喷涂:将步骤a中得到的半成品一输送到喷涂区,向铝合金散热片外表面上喷涂PU发泡层;喷涂量控制在30g-60g/秒,喷涂均匀厚度为1~3mm;
c.通过硅溶胶粘接无纺布层和CPVC层和硅橡胶层,得到消音垫的半成品二;
d.通过硅溶胶粘接喷涂有EVA发泡层的半成品一和半成品二,再输送到模压机中将六个结构层复合为一体,形成本发明产品件。
进一步的,所述阻尼隔音毡厚度为0.8~1.2mm,所述铝合金散热片厚度为3~4mm,所述EVA发泡层厚度为1~3mm,所述无纺布层厚度为4~5mm,所述CPVC层厚度为1~3mm,所述硅橡胶层厚度为1~2mm。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用阻尼隔音毡、铝合金散热片、EVA发泡层、无纺布层、CPVC层和硅橡胶层制成,使本发明具有优良的消音、阻燃、防潮、隔热、减震的效果,且质量轻、避免厚重,外形平整美观,所采用的材料在封闭的空间使用无刺鼻异味,环保无污染;在制备方法中,采用EVA发泡层在铝合金散热片上喷涂的工艺,粘结牢固,提高材料利用率,减少原料浪费。

以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
一种带散热功能的汽车前盖消音垫,包括阻尼隔音毡1;铝合金散热片2、EVA发泡层3、无纺布层4、CPVC层5和硅橡胶层6;所述阻尼隔音毡1位于与车体接触的内侧,厚度为0.8~1.2mm,采用阻尼隔音毡1,厚度薄,在同等面积下有效地提高了空间的使用率,创造更大的效益;隔音效果有非常好地保证;还能防潮、阻燃,无毒环保,稳定耐用,能提高本发明的使用寿命;
所述铝合金散热片2位于所述阻尼隔音毡1上表面,厚度为3~4mm,铝合金应用广泛,成本低,采用铝合金作为散热片效果优于其他合金散热片,经实验表明,铝合金厚度为3~4mm时,散热效果最佳;不仅如此,加入铝合金散热片,可为本发明定型,提高本发明的硬度;
所述EVA发泡层3位于所述铝合金散热片上2上端,厚度为1~3mm;加上EVA发泡层,可增加本发明弹性,提高消音、隔热效果,还可有效防静电;
所述无纺布层4位于所述EVA发泡层3的上表面,厚度为4~5mm,无纺布层具有透气、隔音、不助燃的特点,能提高本发明的使用性能;
所述CPVC层5位于所述无纺布层4的上表面,厚度为1~3mm,CPVC俗称过氯乙烯,由PVC经氯化而得的一种热塑性树脂,由溶液氯化法制,不仅有PVC材料稳定、耐腐蚀、阻燃、绝缘等优点,同时弥补PVC的缺点,耐热耐燃性耐水性更优;所述CPVC层5上均匀设置有通孔7,通孔7与无纺布层4相通,具有散热透气防潮的功能;
所述硅橡胶层6位于本发明的外表面,厚度为1~2mm,用它作为本发明的外表面,不仅使本发明外观平整光滑,还具有防潮、避尘、防震、耐热、耐腐蚀、收缩小的特点。
本发明的制备方法为:
a.模压阻尼隔音毡,阻尼隔音毡的形状尺寸与汽车前盖接触面相配合,将铝合金散热片与阻尼隔音毡接触的面涂上粘结剂,将载有铝合金散热片的下模输送用于复合阻尼隔音毡的模压机内,该模压机的上模具有吸附功能,预先将阻尼隔音毡片材吸附到上模处,待载有铝合金散热片的下模输送到位后模压机合模,模压完成阻尼隔音毡与铝合金散热片的复合,得到消音垫半成品一;
b.PU发泡层喷涂:将步骤a中得到的半成品一输送到喷涂区,向铝合金散热片外表面上喷涂PU发泡层;喷涂量控制在30g-60g/秒,喷涂均匀厚度为1~3mm;
c.通过硅溶胶粘接无纺布层和CPVC层和硅橡胶层,得到消音垫的半成品二;硅溶胶可用作耐火材料的粘结剂,它的粘结力强,耐高温,还能抗污防尘、耐老化、防火;
d.通过硅溶胶粘接喷涂有EVA发泡层的半成品一和半成品二,再输送到模压机中将六个结构层复合为一体,形成本发明产品件。

所述阻尼隔音毡位于与车体接触的内侧,所述铝合金散热片位于所述阻尼隔音毡上表面,所述EVA发泡层位于所述铝合金散热片上端,所述无纺布层位于所述EVA发泡层的上表面,所述CPVC层位于所述无纺布层的上表面;所述CPVC层上均匀设置有通孔,所述通孔与无纺布层相通;所述硅橡胶层位于汽车前盖消音垫的外表面;
汽车前盖消音垫的制备方法为:
a.模压阻尼隔音毡,阻尼隔音毡的形状尺寸与汽车前盖接触面相配合,将铝合金散热片与阻尼隔音毡接触的面涂上粘结剂,将载有铝合金散热片的下模输送到用于复合阻尼隔音毡的模压机内,该模压机的上模具有吸附功能,预先将阻尼隔音毡片材吸附到上模处,待载有铝合金散热片的下模输送到位后模压机合模,模压完成阻尼隔音毡与铝合金散热片的复合,得到消音垫半成品一;
b.EVA发泡层喷涂;
c.通过硅溶胶粘接无纺布层和CPVC层和硅橡胶层,得到消音垫的半成品二;
d.通过硅溶胶粘接喷涂有EVA发泡层的半成品一和半成品二,再输送到模压机中将六个结构层复合为一体,形成汽车前盖消音垫产品件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带散热功能的汽车前盖消音垫,其特征在于,所述阻尼隔音毡厚度为0.8~1.2mm,所述铝合金散热片厚度为3~4mm,所述EVA发泡层厚度为1~3mm,所述无纺布层厚度为4~5mm,所述CPVC层厚度为1~3mm,所述硅橡胶层厚度为1~2mm。
