Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a scalp nutrient solution which has the functions of treating alopecia and promoting hair growth.
Background
The alopecia is a white word, which can not be strictly called a disease, but more belongs to a biological disorder, and brings impact to the psychology of people. The common androgenic alopecia is common in men.
The number of hairs of men is counted to be between 10 and 15 ten thousand on average, and the number of hairs dropped per day is between 80 and 100, which belongs to the normal range. However, it is important to maintain an average number of hairs in order to prevent the occurrence of alopecia, that is, to maintain a normal life-death cycle for each hair.
According to the literature, the most common alopecia is caused by androgenetic alopecia, which is induced by the stimulation of sex hormones to hair follicle change and hair loss caused by the influence of genetic factors and aging factors. Testosterone, an androgen produced by reproductive organs, plays an important role during sex hormone-induced alopecia. However, 50% of circulating testosterone is known to be produced by peripheral tissues. In hair follicles, a 5-a-reductase (also called testosterone reductase), converts testosterone into Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is more active than testosterone and accumulates in the follicular cell membrane to reduce the function of the follicle and thus prevent hair growth.
In addition, according to the related literature, the hair loss of the scalp at the top of the head is reported to be associated with the sex hormone in different degrees with other parts of the body. In other words, the secretion of androgens at the early adolescence stage is rather beneficial to the growth of hair in body parts (e.g. beard, chest hair, underarm hair, leg hair, etc.), while at the same time the growth of hair in the top of the head is inhibited. This may occur in connection with genetic variability.
In women, the phenomenon of alopecia caused by male hormones is counteracted because the expression of male hormones is suppressed by the large amount of secreted estrogen (female hormone). However, with the arrival of menopause, the secretion of female hormones corresponding to women is continuously reduced, and at the same time, circulating testosterone continuously occupies the upper wind, thus causing the same symptomatology as male alopecia.
There is currently no adequate evidence for hormonal methods to explain the onset of hair loss after menopause in men.
The first histological changes that occur in the connective tissue of the hair follicle appear as degenerative lesions and result in a change in the basophilicity around the blood vessels. Even though the hair follicles in the scalp region begin to shrink and thus produce very small vellus hairs, there is still a small fraction of static terminal follicles that can stimulate growth.
In addition to hormonal causes, other factors that contribute to hair loss include: lack of care and aging of hair follicle cells due to external aggression; loss of hair nutrition due to reduced microcirculation function of the scalp; hair cells multiply very slowly. Hair is accompanied by the aging process of the human body, as is skin, and aging of hair includes aging of hair shaft and aging of hair follicle, both aging cases being accompanied by falling and shedding of hair. Generally, aging of the hair shaft easily causes the hair shaft to weaken or break, and aging of the hair follicle causes hair loss. The aging of hair dryness is mainly caused by exogenous factors, which are mainly expressed as: split ends, lack of shine, yellow and dull, rough, dry, difficult to comb, and the like. The aging of hair dryness is mainly caused by exogenous factors such as light, wind, rain, air pollution, chemicals in seawater or swimming pools, physical factors such as hot blowing, straightening and excessive combing of hair, and chemical factors such as hair bleaching, dyeing and perming. Aging of hair follicles is mainly caused by endogenous factors, such as excessive free radicals generated by reasons of decreased free radical scavenging ability, endocrine disorders in organisms, decreased immune function and the like in the natural aging process of human bodies, genetic factors, nutrient deficiency and the like, and mental factors such as depressed mood, excessive stress, mental stress and the like, life style and the like. The aging of hair follicles is mainly manifested by the whitening and thinning of hair, hair follicle reduction and hair loss, and the like.
In the past, with the improvement of living standard and the development of society, people pay more and more attention to the construction of personal images, and the role played by the personal images in social life and work is more and more important. Therefore, many cosmetic companies have been engaged in the development of hair care and scalp care cosmetics, and it is desired to produce a product for reducing hair loss while having a good effect on promoting hair growth.

The using method comprises the following steps: arranging the using amount of about 6 ml of the nourishing liquid in an ampoule every day, insisting that one ampoule is used every day, and before and during the using of the hair nourishing liquid, the hair is washed 2-3 times per week, and weak acid shampoo is used for washing hair (pH value is 5.5); after shampooing, the hair was wiped dry with a towel, the tonic solution in the ampoule was applied to the hair and the scalp was gently massaged for 1 minute, and the hair was optimally used in a semi-dry state after shampooing.
The test method comprises the following steps: 60 volunteers with alopecia were selected, scalp healthy individuals without allergy, wound and systemic topical disease were requested, and the ratio of the growth phase and resting phase of the hair of the volunteers was lower than that of the normal state by image observation, and divided into 4 groups, which correspond to the use of example II (first group), IX (second group), comparative 1 (third group) and comparative 2 (fourth group), respectively. The use was continued for 90 days, and sensory evaluation and hair image evaluation were performed at 45 days of use and 90 days of use, respectively. The sensitization assessment of volunteers against hair loss before and after application of the scalp tonic according to the present invention is shown in tables 1 and 2.
TABLE 1
By way of table 1, inventive example ii (first group), inventive example ix (second group), inventive comparative 1 (third group) and inventive comparative 2 (fourth group), were used for 90 days, and the results of sensory evaluation at 45 days of use and 90 days of use, respectively, showed that: the percentage of the amount of hair loss reduced in the first group and the second group is significantly higher than that in the third group and the fourth group, as compared with comparative example 1 (the third group) and comparative example 2 (the fourth group) of the present invention, which shows that the scalp tonic for treating hair loss and promoting hair growth according to the present invention has a good hair loss preventing effect; through comparison of the third group and the fourth group, it is found that: the fourth group, i.e., the example of comparative example 2 of the present invention, all had higher percentage of hair loss (combing, washing, sleeping) than the example of comparative example 1 of the present invention, which shows that the hair growth regulating factor of comparative example 2, and the addition of artemia salina extract has certain effect on hair loss prevention and hair fixation.
TABLE 2
By way of table 2, inventive example ii (first group), inventive example ix (second group), inventive comparative 1 (third group) and inventive comparative 2 (fourth group), continued use for 90 days and evaluation of the improvement of hair growth at 45 days of use and 90 days of use, respectively, showed: the percentage of hair growth-promoting effect of the first and second groups, which are significantly higher than the third and fourth groups, in comparison with the present invention comparative group 1 (third group) and the present invention comparative group 2 (fourth group), shows that the hair growth-promoting effect of the scalp tonic for treating alopecia and promoting hair growth according to the present invention is excellent in that fine hairs are overgrown on the original thin hairs after 90 days of use by the subjects, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, respectively. This is a significant sign of the return of the hair from telogen to anagen.
Through comparison of the third group and the fourth group, it is found that: the fourth group, comparative example 2 of the present invention, showed a higher percentage of hair growth than comparative example 1 of the present invention, indicating that the artemia salina extract, the only active ingredient contained in comparative example 2, had a certain effect on hair growth promotion.
