Abstract
The invention discloses a composition with moisturizing, whitening and skin brightening effects, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of sweet melon and fruit extract, 0.5-3 parts of wild soybean seed extract and 0.5-3 parts of corallinum japonicum extract. the process comprises the following steps: mixing the water phase: adding ZEN, EDTA-2 NA, allantoin, glycerol, fructan, xanthan gum propylene glycol and butanediol into deionized water, heating to 85 ℃ until complete dissolution, and mixing the oil phase: heating hydrogenated lecithin, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, polydimethylsiloxane, isononyl isononanoate, glyceryl caprylate/caprate, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer and vitamin E to 85 ℃ until complete dissolution, adding the oil phase into the water phase, homogenizing for 4 minutes, keeping the temperature and emulsifying for 5 minutes, stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the rest materials, and uniformly mixing.

The cosmetics prepared in example 11 were subjected to moisturizing effect test, in which

the test principle is as follows: the principle of the capacitance measurement method for measuring the moisture content of the stratum corneum of human skin is that the capacitance value of the skin is different according to the difference of the moisture content of the skin based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, so that the moisture content of the skin can be measured;
and (3) testing environment: keeping the temperature at 18 ℃ and the humidity at 45% +/-1%;
preparation before testing: any product (cosmetics and external medicine) cannot be used 2-3 days before the tested part, and before the test, a test subject needs to clean the inner sides of the arms of both hands and wipe the arms clean with a facial tissue. After cleaning, marking a measuring area on the inner sides of the forearms of the two hands of the testee, and before formal testing, sitting still in a room which meets the standard for at least 30 minutes without drinking water, exposing the forearms, placing in a testing state and keeping relaxed;

20 healthy volunteers were respectively smeared with commercially available toner No. 1 (porcelain skin rose toner, online purchase price: 78 yuan, 100ML, containing rose extract, ceramide, sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, alleged to have efficacies of moisturizing, moisturizing and skin-tendering), commercially available toner No. 2 (pozzolalia water tender double-existing transparent essence, online purchase price: 67.9 yuan, 100ML, containing leonurus extract, honeysuckle extract, rhodiola rosea extract, alleged to have efficacies of moisturizing, moisturizing and skin-color brightening), moisturizing and skin-color-brightening lotion in specific embodiment 11 of the present invention, skin water contents of subjects for 1 hour and 8 hours were respectively measured, and a water content mean value of skin was calculated, with the test results shown in fig. 1 of the specification:
as can be seen from fig. 1, the moisturizing repairing toner containing commercially available toner No. 1, commercially available toner No. 2 and the moisturizing repairing toner of the embodiment 11 of the present invention showed significant moisturizing effects after being applied for 1 hour, and the moisturizing effects were equivalent; after 8 hours, the skin moisture content of the commercially available toner No. 1 and the commercially available toner No. 2 is restored to the normal value of the skin, and the skin does not have the moisturizing effect, but the water in the embodiment of the invention still has the obvious moisturizing effect, which shows that the moisturizing and repairing toner has good continuous moisturizing effect.
(2) Sensory evaluation of moisturizing Effect
50 healthy volunteers were respectively smeared with commercial toner No. 1, commercial toner No. 2 and moisturizing and repairing toner in the embodiment 11 of the invention for continuous use for seven days, sensory evaluation of different moisturizing liquids by the test subjects in different time periods was respectively determined, and the test results are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the sensory evaluation of the volunteers is consistent with the data measured by the above-mentioned apparatus, further illustrating that the moisturizing and repairing toner prepared from the composition of the present invention has long-lasting moisturizing effect.
Example 16
The cosmetics prepared in example 11 were subjected to a whitening and skin-lightening effect test in which
Testing an instrument: skin melanin and heme measurement instrument, Mexameter MX18, CK, germany;
the test principle is as follows: based on the spectral absorption principle (RGB), determining the content of melanin and hemoglobin in the skin by measuring the reflection quantity of light with specific wavelength after being irradiated on the skin of a human body; the emitter of the probe emits light with three wavelengths to the skin surface, and the light reflected by the skin measured by the receiver can be measured according to the quantity of the emitted light, so that the quantity of the light absorbed by the skin can be measured, and the contents of melanin and hemoglobin of the skin can be measured.
(1) Test of whitening Effect
30 volunteers applied moisturizing and repairing toner according to embodiment 11 of the present invention, and the melanin content and the hemoglobin content in the cheek before and after 3, 7, 14 and 28 days of continuous use were measured, and the average values were calculated as shown in table 2 and the attached fig. 2 of the specification:

As can be seen from table 2 and fig. 2, the subjects had a decrease in melanin and hemoglobin in the cheeks on day 3 using the moisturizing and repairing toner of the present invention, a certain decrease in black pigment and hemoglobin on day 7, a significant decrease in black pigment and hemoglobin on day 14, and a gradual plateau in black pigment and hemoglobin on day 28. Therefore, the moisturizing and repairing toner of embodiment 11 of the present invention has a whitening effect starting at day 7, and the whitening effect tends to be stable after day 14.
(2) Visual evaluation of whitening Effect
30 volunteers applied the moisturizing and repairing toner of embodiment 11 of the present invention, and visually observed the whitening effect before and after 3, 7, 14, 28, 2 and 4 months of continuous use by the same dermatologist in a room with four sides illuminated by lights, and scored, and the scoring results are shown in fig. 3 of the specification:
grading standard: 5-7 points of the initial state of skin
Slightly effective 3-5 points
Obviously effective for 1 to 3 minutes
Fig. 3 shows that a certain whitening effect can be visually observed after 7 days of continuous use of the moisturizing and repairing toner of embodiment 11; after the skin-whitening lotion is continuously used for 2 weeks, the skin-whitening effect is obvious; the whitening effect tends to be stable after continuous use for one month.
The examples 15 to 16 only performed the moisturizing, whitening and skin-lightening effect test study on the moisturizing, repairing and skin-lightening lotion described in example 11, and the moisturizing, whitening and skin-lightening effect test study on the cosmetics described in examples 12 to 14 was similar thereto, and will not be analyzed and described in detail here.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The composition with the effects of moisturizing, whitening and brightening the skin is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2.5 parts of sweet melon fruit extract, 1 part of wild soybean seed extract, 1 part of corallinum japonicum extract, 2.5 parts of chamomile extract, 1 part of centella extract and 0.1 part of glycoprotein.
2. A cosmetic, pharmaceutical or care product comprising a composition according to claim 1.
3. The cosmetic according to claim 2, further comprising a humectant in an amount of 2 to 16 parts by weight.
4. The cosmetic according to claim 3, wherein the humectant comprises 1 to 8 parts by weight of propylene glycol and 1 to 8 parts by weight of butylene glycol.
5. The cosmetic according to claim 2, further comprising 0.5 to 25 parts by weight of an auxiliary material.
6. The cosmetic according to claim 5, wherein the auxiliary material is 1 to 20 parts by weight.
7. The cosmetic according to claim 6, wherein the auxiliary material is 1 to 15 parts by weight.
