Description

Composition with moisturizing, whitening and skin-brightening effects and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition and application thereof, in particular to a composition with moisturizing, whitening and skin brightening effects and application thereof.
Background
Moisture retention is the most important and basic functional requirement of skin care cosmetics. Why the skin is moisturized, we first speak of the physiological function of the skin. The skin is divided into epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous fat. The outermost layer of the epidermis is the stratum corneum, which maintains a certain water content and moisturizes the skin due to the water absorption and barrier functions of the stratum corneum itself and the action of natural moisturizing factors, i.e., amino acids, lactate, saccharides, and the like, contained in the stratum corneum. While the appearance of skin is related to the moisture content of the stratum corneum, normal skin stratum corneum usually contains 10% to 30% moisture to maintain the softness and elasticity of the skin. However, the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin gradually decreases under the influence of the external environment or with the aging, and when the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin is less than 10%, the skin becomes dry, tight, rough, desquamated, and the like. These are all due to the fact that skin moisture retention is not directly related, and everything will die without water. Therefore, various moisturizing skin care products are always the focus of development in the technical field of cosmetics.
At present, a lot of moisturizing cosmetics are available on the market, but most of the moisturizing cosmetics mainly use polyols as raw materials, such as glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol and sorbitol; small molecules such as trimethylglycine (betaine), hydroxyethyl urea, pca.na, lactic acid, sodium lactate, fructose; natural polymers: such as sodium hyaluronate, polyglutamic acid, glucose, ceramide; synthesis: glyceryl polyether-26, poly (glyceryl methacrylate) (luba gum), and the like. The raw materials can bring instant water replenishing and moisturizing effects, but the effect of continuously moisturizing and locking water is not good, and most of the raw materials are synthetic raw materials and have certain irritation to the skin. Therefore, the search for skin care compositions with various effects of continuously moisturizing, whitening and brightening the skin is an urgent problem to be solved in the technical field of cosmetics at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a composition with the effects of moisturizing, whitening and brightening skin and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the composition with the effects of moisturizing, whitening and brightening the skin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of sweet melon and fruit extract, 0.5-3 parts of wild soybean seed extract and 0.5-3 parts of corallinum japonicum extract.

the sweet melon and fruit extract contains protein, carbohydrate, carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, nicotinic acid, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients, and can increase skin nutrition, keep skin moist, promote skin self-repair and restore skin to normal state.
The amino acid composition of the wild soybean protein in the wild soybean seed extract is similar to that of animal protein, wherein the amino acid ratio is closer to the ratio required by a human body, so that the amino acid composition can supplement nutrition and moisture lost by the skin in time, reconstruct a skin protective film, moisten the dry skin and fully absorb the nutrition.
The corallinum extract is rich in marine enzymes, collagen and minerals, and has the name of seabed bird nest. The coral algae extract has obvious effects of improving wrinkles and black specks, expelling toxin, and improving the water retention property, the tightness, the elasticity and the like of skin, and can obviously improve the moisture retention of skin cuticle at lower dosage.
Flos Matricariae Chamomillae is also called flos Matricariae Chamomillae, and flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract is derived from head-like flower floc of flos Chrysanthemi of Compositae, and contains volatile oil, choline, stachydrine, amino acids, flavonoids and vitamins B1, Chrysanthemum lactone, parthenolide, and Chrysanthemum alcohol. The extract can improve sensitive, water-deficient, dry and desquamated skin, increase skin elasticity, and inhibit and kill some skin pathogenic fungi. The product can be added into facial cleanser, skin cream, massage cream, and facial mask in cosmetics for skin care and skin care.
The centella asiatica extract used in the present invention is a standard extract obtained from centella asiatica of the family Umbelliferae. It is also called Indian houseleek, and centella asiatica is a perennial herb with small, round, nearly heart-shaped leaves, longer than the nodes at the bottom of the long stem, and is easy to identify. Umbelliferae, small in size. Centella asiatica contains important ingredients such as: essential oils, sterols, flavonols, glycosides, polyethylene, and saponins. Centella asiatica (as it is known from Indian grass medicine) has been used in ancient times and has traditionally been used to treat dermatitis and heal superficial wounds. It can also be used as tonic. In recent years, scientists have attributed the therapeutic action of centella to its inclusion of asiaticoside and its derivatives. Centella asiatica extract is mainly used for the adjuvant treatment of surgical wound healing and the recovery of some small-area burns. It can also be used for the complementary treatment of leg ulcers (at the surface graining stage). Centella asiatica extract is administered orally to improve the lymphatic system and venous vascular circulation, thus helping to heal the wound. The centella asiatica extract in the cosmetic can improve the contents of enzyme type and non-enzyme type antioxidant dismutase, hydrogen peroxide, glutathione peroxidase, vitamin E and ascorbic acid in newly generated tissues, and further proves the skin-care effect of the centella asiatica extract. Centella asiatica extract is recommended by OTC skin care for rejuvenation of aging skin and scar soothing (can be used after plastic surgery). In the present invention, the centella asiatica extract has the effects of moisturizing, repairing and relieving skin irritation.
The glycoprotein has the effects of enhancing the restoring force and proliferation of cells and enhancing the immune system of skin.
The composition disclosed by the invention is prepared from natural plant extracts, is mild and non-irritant, and has the effects of immediately moisturizing, keeping moisture for a long time, promoting the regeneration of collagen among skin cells, promoting wound repair, and reducing the content of melanin and haematochrome so as to achieve the effect of brightening the skin.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a cosmetic, a medicine or a nursing product containing the composition.
Preferably, the cosmetic also comprises a humectant, and the humectant accounts for 2-16 parts by weight.
More preferably, the humectant includes 1 to 8 parts by weight of propylene glycol and 1 to 8 parts by weight of butylene glycol. The propylene glycol and the butanediol are mainly used for moisturizing and have a certain bacteriostatic action. Propylene glycol is commonly used in lotions, face washes, essences, makeup removers, body washes, hand washes, shampoos, hair rinses, moisturizing creams, masks, ointments, and the like, and is a transparent, colorless, water-soluble, viscous, hygroscopic, straight-chain fatty alcohol liquid. In application, the propylene glycol mainly serves as a plasticizer, a solvent, a water absorption humectant, a preservative, a penetration enhancer and a cutin softening and dissolving agent according to different concentrations of the propylene glycol. Butanediol is common in cosmetics and is one of polyhydric alcohols, is often used as a humectant and a solvent in cosmetics, and has a small water-holding proportion and a certain bacteriostatic action in the aspect of moisture preservation because butanediol is a small-molecular moisture-preserving component.

Testing an instrument: skin moisture tester, Corneometer CM825, CK company, germany;
the test principle is as follows: the principle of the capacitance measurement method for measuring the moisture content of the stratum corneum of human skin is that the capacitance value of the skin is different according to the difference of the moisture content of the skin based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, so that the moisture content of the skin can be measured;
and (3) testing environment: keeping the temperature at 18 ℃ and the humidity at 45% +/-1%;
preparation before testing: any product (cosmetics and external medicine) cannot be used 2-3 days before the tested part, and before the test, a test subject needs to clean the inner sides of the arms of both hands and wipe the arms clean with a facial tissue. After cleaning, marking a measuring area on the inner sides of the forearms of the two hands of the testee, and before formal testing, sitting still in a room which meets the standard for at least 30 minutes without drinking water, exposing the forearms, placing in a testing state and keeping relaxed;
the testing steps are as follows: in the experiment, the smearing amount of the tested product is 2mg/cm2Coated at 2cm2At least 2cm apart, selecting an area as blank control, selecting different times, and measuring the respective test pointChanging values, testing for three times at each point, and taking an average value; the value of each blank point is subtracted from the average value of the detection of each point in each time period, namely the measured value of the part in the time period, and the result is expressed by a humidity measured value, wherein the higher the value is, the better the skin moisturizing function of the product is.

Slightly dry for 6 to 8 minutes
Dry to the touch for 4 to 6 minutes
Drying for 2-4 minutes
As can be seen from Table 1, the sensory evaluation of the volunteers is consistent with the data measured by the above-mentioned apparatus, further illustrating that the moisturizing and repairing toner prepared from the composition of the present invention has long-lasting moisturizing effect.
Example 16
The cosmetics prepared in example 11 were subjected to a whitening and skin-lightening effect test in which
Testing an instrument: skin melanin and heme measurement instrument, Mexameter MX18, CK, germany;
the test principle is as follows: based on the spectral absorption principle (RGB), determining the content of melanin and hemoglobin in the skin by measuring the reflection quantity of light with specific wavelength after being irradiated on the skin of a human body; the emitter of the probe emits light with three wavelengths to the skin surface, and the light reflected by the skin measured by the receiver can be measured according to the quantity of the emitted light, so that the quantity of the light absorbed by the skin can be measured, and the contents of melanin and hemoglobin of the skin can be measured.
(1) Test of whitening Effect
30 volunteers applied moisturizing and repairing toner according to embodiment 11 of the present invention, and the melanin content and the hemoglobin content in the cheek before and after 3, 7, 14 and 28 days of continuous use were measured, and the average values were calculated as shown in table 2 and the attached fig. 2 of the specification:
TABLE 2 mean values of melanin and hemoglobin for subjects using the moisturizing and skin-lightening lotion of the present invention for various periods of time
Before use 3 days 7 days 14 days 28 days
Content of melanin 195.1 186.7 171.3 163.2 161.7
Content of heme 298.4 289.4 269.1 249.5 245.6
As can be seen from table 2 and fig. 2, the subjects had a decrease in melanin and hemoglobin in the cheeks on day 3 using the moisturizing and repairing toner of the present invention, a certain decrease in black pigment and hemoglobin on day 7, a significant decrease in black pigment and hemoglobin on day 14, and a gradual plateau in black pigment and hemoglobin on day 28. Therefore, the moisturizing and repairing toner of embodiment 11 of the present invention has a whitening effect starting at day 7, and the whitening effect tends to be stable after day 14.
(2) Visual evaluation of whitening Effect
30 volunteers applied the moisturizing and repairing toner of embodiment 11 of the present invention, and visually observed the whitening effect before and after 3, 7, 14, 28, 2 and 4 months of continuous use by the same dermatologist in a room with four sides illuminated by lights, and scored, and the scoring results are shown in fig. 3 of the specification:
grading standard: 5-7 points of the initial state of skin
Slightly effective 3-5 points
Obviously effective for 1 to 3 minutes
Fig. 3 shows that a certain whitening effect can be visually observed after 7 days of continuous use of the moisturizing and repairing toner of embodiment 11; after the skin-whitening lotion is continuously used for 2 weeks, the skin-whitening effect is obvious; the whitening effect tends to be stable after continuous use for one month.
The examples 15 to 16 only performed the moisturizing, whitening and skin-lightening effect test study on the moisturizing, repairing and skin-lightening lotion described in example 11, and the moisturizing, whitening and skin-lightening effect test study on the cosmetics described in examples 12 to 14 was similar thereto, and will not be analyzed and described in detail here.
