本发明涉及食疗养生领域,尤其涉及一种健脾开胃儿童五谷杂粮营养粉。
背景技术
现在孩子大部分挑食,爱吃荤,零吃当饭吃,饮食不规律,运动量少,食物吃得过于精细,造成很多小孩厌食,脾胃虚弱,体质差,所以需要经常吃些粗粮,杂粮去调节、中和,才能让身体维持在一个平衡健康的状态。中医讲究的是治末病,“末病先防”,重调理保养。食补,是很重要的中医养生之道,我们通过五谷杂粮配上药食同源的食材,达到保养身体的目的,五谷杂粮除了与细粮一样有丰富的营养价值外,还有多种治病防病功能,现有的健脾开胃儿童五谷杂粮营养粉大多由简单的几种杂粮组成,营养不全面,口感欠佳,功效欠佳,不能满足人体对各种营养需求。

山楂:健脾开胃,消食化滞。

一种健脾开胃儿童五谷杂粮营养粉,其组分及其重量配比是:太子参100-200,黑芝麻100-300,核桃100-300,山楂100-200,红枣100-300,薏苡仁100-300,莲子100-300,糙米100-300,荞麦100-300,红豆100-300,淮山药300-500,小米100-300,本发明选取太子参150克,黑芝麻100克,核桃200克,山楂100克,红枣100克,薏苡仁100克,莲子100克,糙米100克,荞麦100克,红豆100克,淮山药300克,小米100克,将每种食材分别除杂、洗净、低温蒸或烘焙成熟(每种食材烘焙温度和时间根据食材品种不同而定),待冷却后,粉碎,过100目筛,混合,清毒,装罐即得成品。
服用方法:一次30克,适合早上或晚上代餐吃,先用少许温开水调开,再倒入100度的沸水调匀即可,或用凉水调开,煮沸吃更好,口感更加香醇稠滑,可依个人喜好加入冰糖或蜂蜜调味。
