一种偏心齿轮轴连杆滑块装置
技术领域:本发明涉及活塞泵或柱塞泵的驱动动力装置,包括4部分,1)偏心齿轮轴及支撑轴承,2)连杆及连杆轴承,3)十字头滑块及附属装置,4)活塞或者柱塞及缸***。
背景技术:目前活塞泵或者柱塞泵均采用曲轴连杆滑块装置,主要特征是支撑轴承位于连杆的外侧,通过轴的弯曲实现连杆轴承中心线与支撑轴承中心线的偏离,其中曲轴大型化比较困难,连杆轴承安装比较困难,因而制约了活塞泵的大型化应用。
发明内容:本发明用偏心齿轮轴代替曲轴,带动连杆滑块装置推动活塞做往复运动。偏心齿轮轴中间部分为传递动力的齿轮,往两边布置支撑轴承,支撑轴承的中心线与齿轮中心线相同。偏心轴位于支撑轴承安装位置的外侧,其中心线与支撑轴承偏离一定距离,在偏心轴绕支撑轴承中心线旋转的时候,能够带动连杆和十字头滑块装置推动活塞或者柱塞做直线往复运动。

其中1为偏心齿轮轴,2为动力输入轴,3为偏心齿轮轴支撑轴承,4为连杆及连杆轴承,5为十字头滑块装置,6为活塞或者柱塞及缸***,7为动力输入轴支撑轴承。
具体实施方式实施举例
采用偏心齿轮轴驱动连杆滑块机构,其偏心齿轮轴大部分关键曲面都是能够在方便位置加工的圆柱面,制造加工的难度降低。偏心齿轮轴的偏心轴和齿轮轴作为一个整体,但是中心轴线不相同,因而可以通过连杆滑块装置驱动活塞或者柱塞往复运动。

1.一种偏心齿轮轴连杆滑块装置,用于活塞泵或柱塞泵,包括4部分,1)偏心齿轮轴及支撑轴承,2)连杆及连杆轴承,3)十字头滑块及附属装置,4)活塞或者柱塞及缸***。
2.一种偏心齿轮轴连杆滑块装置,其偏心齿轮轴支撑轴承的中心轴线与齿轮的中心轴线相同,与连杆偏心轴的中心轴线不相同,有一定的偏心位置。
3.一种偏心齿轮轴连杆滑块装置,其偏心齿轮轴的支撑轴承位于连杆的内侧。
4.一种偏心齿轮轴连杆滑块装置,其偏心齿轮轴支撑轴承外侧设置有偏心轴,能够带动连杆和十字头滑块装置推动活塞或者柱塞做直线往复运动。
5.一种偏心齿轮轴连杆滑块装置,其传递动力的齿轮副位于位于连杆轴承和支撑轴承的内侧中间位置。
