一种汽车制动器衬片,属于汽车制动器衬片制造技术领域。由以下组分压制而成:鳞片石墨14.4g,氧化铝2.34g,焦炭7.2g,钛酸钾10.8g,轻质碳酸钙1.8g,重钙7.2g,沉淀硫酸钡9g,人造石墨25.2g,还原铁粉27.2g,钢棉45g,铬铁矿粉5.4g,硫化锑5.4g,树脂12g,丁晴橡胶5.4g,胶粉1.8g。本发明所得的汽车制动器衬片高温摩擦系数稳定,使用寿命长,制备方法简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制动器衬片制造技术领域。
背景技术
汽车制动器衬片是汽车安全行驶的关键部件,主要由骨架材料、粘结剂、减摩剂、研磨剂和填充材料等组成,制动器衬片的性能好坏直接关系着汽车运行的可靠性和稳定性,而高温衰退和高速稳定性则是汽车制动器衬片至关重要的性能要求,直接影响着制动安全性和舒适性。现有制动器衬片主要为半金属制动器衬片,普遍存在的问题为产品的热传导过大,所以高温高速条件下制动性能与制动舒适性都不是很理想,且耐磨性能差。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车制动器衬片配方及制备工艺,高温摩擦系数稳定,使用寿命长,且制备方法简单,成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种汽车制动器衬片,由以下组分压制而成:
鳞片石墨14.4g, 氧化铝2.34g, 焦炭7.2g, 钛酸钾10.8g, 轻质碳酸钙1.8g, 重钙7.2g, 沉淀硫酸钡9g, 人造石墨25.2g, 还原铁粉27.2g, 钢棉45g, 铬铁矿粉5.4g, 硫化锑5.4g, 树脂12g, 丁晴橡胶5.4g, 胶粉1.8g。
其中,所述鳞片石墨的含碳量为90-95%,所述鳞片石墨的目数为80-100目;
其中,所述氧化铝的粒度为3-8微米;
其中,所述焦炭的目数为12-65目;
其中,所述重钙的目数为325目;
其中,所述人造石墨的目数为12-55目;
其中,所述铬铁矿粉的铬含量为30-42%,所述铬铁矿粉的目数为250-325目;
其中,所述树脂为PF-6530A柔韧特殊改性酚醛树脂;
其中,所述丁晴橡胶为HLN40-1;
其中,所述胶粉为粉末丁晴橡胶P830E。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所得的汽车制动器衬片制动效能恒定性好,使用寿命长,制备方法简单,成本低。

本发明实施例提供了一种汽车制动器衬片配方及压制工艺,由以下组分制备而成:
鳞片石墨14.4g, 氧化铝2.34g, 焦炭7.2g, 钛酸钾10.8g, 轻质碳酸钙1.8g, 重钙7.2g, 沉淀硫酸钡9g, 人造石墨25.2g, 还原铁粉27.2g, 钢棉45g, 铬铁矿粉5.4g, 硫化锑5.4g, 树脂12g, 丁晴橡胶5.4g, 胶粉1.8g。
其中,所述鳞片石墨的含碳量为95%,所述鳞片石墨的目数为100目;
其中,所述氧化铝的粒度为5微米;
其中,所述焦炭的目数为50目;
其中,所述重钙的目数为325目;
其中,所述人造石墨的目数为30目;
其中,所述铬铁矿粉的铬含量为35%,所述铬铁矿粉的目数为325目;
其中,所述树脂为PF-6530A柔韧特殊改性酚醛树脂;
其中,所述丁晴橡胶为HLN40-1;
其中,所述胶粉为粉末丁晴橡胶P830E。
实施例
一种汽车制动器衬片,由以下组分制备而成:
鳞片石墨14.4g, 氧化铝2.34g, 焦炭7.2g, 钛酸钾10.8g, 轻质碳酸钙1.8g, 重钙7.2g, 沉淀硫酸钡9g, 人造石墨25.2g, 还原铁粉27.2g, 钢棉45g, 铬铁矿粉5.4g, 硫化锑5.4g, 树脂12g, 丁晴橡胶5.4g, 胶粉1.8g。
其生产工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
1.配料,混料:按上述配方要求称重,并送入混料机中混料20分钟;
2. 钢背准备:先用用清洗机清洗钢背表面污渍,然后用用抛丸机进行抛丸,使钢背达到预期的粗糙度,最后进行喷胶处理;
3.热压成型:将上述准备好的配料和钢背用热压模具在温度为150-160℃,压力为115MPa、时间为10min的条件下热压成型,在热压开始的1-3min内放气4次,然后进行保压,所需的保压时间根据制品的厚度按照0.5min/mm确定;
4. 热处理:将上述热压成型后的制品放入温控烘干炉中,热处理条件:室温到100度升温1小时,恒温2小时,100度到150度升温1小时,恒温2小时,150度到180度升温1小时,恒温3小时。
5.随炉冷却后经平磨,倒角,开槽,静电喷涂,打标,铆接,安装附件,包装制得成品。

1.一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,由以下组分压制而成:
鳞片石墨14.4g, 氧化铝2.34g, 焦炭7.2g, 钛酸钾10.8g, 轻质碳酸钙1.8g, 重钙7.2g, 沉淀硫酸钡9g, 人造石墨25.2g, 还原铁粉27.2g, 钢棉45g, 铬铁矿粉5.4g, 硫化锑5.4g, 树脂12g, 丁晴橡胶5.4g, 胶粉1.8g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述鳞片石墨的含碳量为90-95%,所述鳞片石墨的目数为80-100目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述氧化铝的粒度为3-8微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述焦炭的目数为12-65目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述重钙的目数为325目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述人造石墨的目数为12-55目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述铬铁矿粉的铬含量为30-42%,所述铬铁矿粉的目数为250-325目。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述所述树脂为PF-6530A柔韧特殊改性酚醛树脂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述丁晴橡胶为HLN40-1。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车制动器衬片,其特征在于,所述胶粉为粉末丁晴橡胶P830E。
