Abstract
发明涉及一种通用润滑脂,包括醚系基油、硼酸钾、苯并三氮唑、桦叶菊萜酸、柠檬酸单甲酯、铁氧基磁流体、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11‑25、硼酸钾5‑7、苯并三氮唑3‑4.9、桦叶菊萜酸1‑2.3、柠檬酸单甲酯0.8‑1.7、铁氧基磁流体20‑25、香精1‑1.2。本发明的润滑脂结构稳定,吸附力强,从而密封性能好,也不易氧化,颜色为白色,且无毒无害,特别可用于食品机械或者纺织机械润滑使用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种通用润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
润滑脂是在基础油中分散纤维状的桦叶菊萜酸而制成半固体状的润滑剂,与润滑油相比,易附着于润滑部、不易流出。因此,可将润滑***制成简单的结构,主要用于滚动轴承、滑动轴承、滚珠丝杠、直线运动引导件、齿轮等机械元件的润滑,广泛用于工业用机械、输送用机械***等。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的通用润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种通用润滑脂,包括醚系基油、硼酸钾、苯并三氮唑、桦叶菊萜酸、柠檬酸单甲酯、铁氧基磁流体、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11-25、硼酸钾5-7、苯并三氮唑3-4.9、桦叶菊萜酸1-2.3、柠檬酸单甲酯0.8-1.7、铁氧基磁流体20-25、香精1-1.2。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述通用润滑脂还包括醚系基油11、硼酸钾5、苯并三氮唑3、桦叶菊萜酸1、柠檬酸单甲酯0.8、铁氧基磁流体20、香精1。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述醚系基油为烷基苯基醚系基油。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述桦叶菊萜酸为脲化合物。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸单甲酯是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述醚系基油、硼酸钾和铁氧基磁流体加入反应槽中以400-600转/分速度搅拌,再加入苯并三氮唑、桦叶菊萜酸、柠檬酸单甲酯搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入香精调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色通用润滑脂成品。
本发明的润滑脂结构稳定,吸附力强,从而密封性能好,也不易氧化,颜色为白色,且无毒无害,特别可用于食品机械或者纺织机械润滑使用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种通用润滑脂,包括醚系基油、硼酸钾、苯并三氮唑、桦叶菊萜酸、柠檬酸单甲酯、铁氧基磁流体、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11-25、硼酸钾5-7、苯并三氮唑3-4.9、桦叶菊萜酸1-2.3、柠檬酸单甲酯0.8-1.7、铁氧基磁流体20-25、香精1-1.2。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述通用润滑脂还包括醚系基油11、硼酸钾5、苯并三氮唑3、桦叶菊萜酸1、柠檬酸单甲酯0.8、铁氧基磁流体20、香精1。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述醚系基油为烷基苯基醚系基油。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述桦叶菊萜酸为脲化合物。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸单甲酯是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述醚系基油、硼酸钾和铁氧基磁流体加入反应槽中以400-600转/分速度搅拌,再加入苯并三氮唑、桦叶菊萜酸、柠檬酸单甲酯搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入香精调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色通用润滑脂成品。

1.一种通用润滑脂,其特征在于:包括醚系基油、硼酸钾、苯并三氮唑、桦叶菊萜酸、柠檬酸单甲酯、铁氧基磁流体、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11-25、硼酸钾5-7、苯并三氮唑3-4.9、桦叶菊萜酸1-2.3、柠檬酸单甲酯0.8-1.7、铁氧基磁流体20-25、香精1-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述通用润滑脂还包括醚系基油11、硼酸钾5、苯并三氮唑3、桦叶菊萜酸1、柠檬酸单甲酯0.8、铁氧基磁流体20、香精1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述醚系基油为烷基苯基醚系基油。
4.根据权利要求2所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述桦叶菊萜酸为脲化合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸单甲酯是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的通用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述醚系基油、硼酸钾和铁氧基磁流体加入反应槽中以400-600转/分速度搅拌,再加入苯并三氮唑、桦叶菊萜酸、柠檬酸单甲酯搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入香精调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色通用润滑脂成品。
