本发明涉及一种合金轴承用润滑脂,包括二酯化合物的基油、异丙醇铝、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、无机稠化剂、复合钛基皂、脂肪酸胺盐、二硫化钼、异丙醇铝,各组分的质量份数为:二酯化合物的基油30‑40、异丙醇铝3‑5、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3‑6、无机稠化剂7‑10、复合钛基皂50‑70、脂肪酸胺盐3‑5、二硫化钼5‑9、异丙醇铝2‑6。本发明合金轴承用润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,用于合金轴承零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的消音性。适用于合金轴承面对高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种合金轴承用润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的合金轴承用润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种合金轴承用润滑脂,包括二酯化合物的基油、异丙醇铝、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、无机稠化剂、复合钛基皂、脂肪酸胺盐、二硫化钼、异丙醇铝,各组分的质量份数为:二酯化合物的基油30-40、异丙醇铝3-5、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3-6、无机稠化剂7-10、复合钛基皂50-70、脂肪酸胺盐3-5、二硫化钼5-9、异丙醇铝2-6。
作为优选,所述合金轴承用润滑脂还包括二酯化合物的基油40、异丙醇铝3、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌4、无机稠化剂9、复合钛基皂55、脂肪酸胺盐4、二硫化钼5、异丙醇铝5。
作为优选,所述无机稠化剂为胺化膨润土。
一种如上述所述的合金轴承用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述二酯化合物的基油、胺化膨润土和复合钛基皂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 /分速度搅拌,再加入异丙醇铝、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二硫化钼、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬脂肪酸胺盐,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色合金轴承用润滑脂成品。

作为优选,所述无机稠化剂为胺化膨润土。
一种如上述所述的合金轴承用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述二酯化合物的基油、胺化膨润土和复合钛基皂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 /分速度搅拌,再加入异丙醇铝、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二硫化钼、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬脂肪酸胺盐,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色合金轴承用润滑脂成品。

1.一种合金轴承用润滑脂,其特征在于:包括二酯化合物的基油、异丙醇铝、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、无机稠化剂、复合钛基皂、脂肪酸胺盐、二硫化钼、异丙醇铝,各组分的质量份数为:二酯化合物的基油30-40、异丙醇铝3-5、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3-6、无机稠化剂7-10、复合钛基皂50-70、脂肪酸胺盐3-5、二硫化钼5-9、异丙醇铝2-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合金轴承用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述合金轴承用润滑脂还包括二酯化合物的基油40、异丙醇铝3、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌4、无机稠化剂9、复合钛基皂55、脂肪酸胺盐4、二硫化钼5、异丙醇铝5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的合金轴承用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述无机稠化剂为胺化膨润土。
4.一种如权利要求 1-3任一所述的合金轴承用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述二酯化合物的基油、胺化膨润土和复合钛基皂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 /分速度搅拌,再加入异丙醇铝、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二硫化钼、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬脂肪酸胺盐,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色合金轴承用润滑脂成品。
