Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度复合薄膜,由基层、胶粘层、加强层和表层热合而成,所述基层为IDPE树脂层,所述表层为PE或者PVC树脂层,其特征在于,加强层是碳纤维加强层或者玻璃纤维加强层,所述加强层的厚度为10~20μm。所述加强层的厚度优选为15~18μm。本发明的有益效果为:本发明的薄膜结构简单,内设碳纤维或者玻璃纤维加强层,能够有效的加强薄膜的强度,延长了薄膜的寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜,具体是一种高强度复合薄膜。
背景技术
塑料薄膜的应用范围是非常广泛的。然后现在的塑料薄膜有个很难克服的缺陷就是老化问题。塑料薄膜长期暴露在阳光下非常容易老化。老化的塑料薄膜的强度大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度复合薄膜,通过碳纤维或者玻璃纤维的加强层设置,有效的改善了薄膜的强度。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种高强度复合薄膜,由基层、胶粘层、加强层和表层热合而成,所述基层为IDPE树脂层,所述表层为PE或者PVC树脂层,其特征在于,加强层是碳纤维加强层或者玻璃纤维加强层,所述加强层的厚度为10~20μm。所述加强层的厚度优选为15~18μm。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的薄膜结构简单,内设碳纤维或者玻璃纤维加强层,能够有效的加强薄膜的强度,延长了薄膜的寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解释说明。
实施例1一种高强度复合薄膜,由基层4、胶粘层3、加强层2和表层1热合而成,所述基层为IDPE树脂层,所述表层为PE树脂层,加强层是碳纤维加强层,其厚度约为10μm。
实施例2一种高强度复合薄膜,由基层4、胶粘层3、加强层2和表层1热合而成,所述基层为IDPE树脂层,所述表层为PVC树脂层,加强层是玻璃纤维加强层,其厚度约为15μm。
实施例3一种高强度复合薄膜,由基层4、胶粘层3、加强层2和表层1热合而成,所述基层为IDPE树脂层,所述表层为PVC树脂层,加强层是玻璃纤维加强层,其厚度约为20μm。
本发明的薄膜结构简单,内设碳纤维或者玻璃纤维加强层,能够有效的加强薄膜的强度,延长了薄膜的寿命。

1. 一种高强度复合薄膜,由基层(4)、胶粘层(3)、加强层(2)和表层(1)热合而成,所述基层(4)为IDPE树脂层,所述表层(1)为PE或者PVC树脂层,其特征在于,加强层(2)是碳纤维加强层或者玻璃纤维加强层,所述加强层的厚度为10~20μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述加强层(2)的厚度为15~18μm。
