实施例3
一种防蚊环保型墙纸,所述防蚊环保型墙纸由以下重量份材料制成:旧衣服25份、废木料15份、稻草12份、纳米氧化锌3份、壳聚糖2份、硫化钠4份、氢氧化钠20份、木薯淀粉6份、丙烯酸丁酯3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺2份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1份、偶氮二异丁腈2份、去离子水80份、乙酸乙酯25份,中药粉8份;所述中药粉由以下重量份材料制成:吴茱萸5份、艾草5份、柠檬皮3份、松针8份、鸦胆子4份、合欢皮3份、薰衣草2份,所述活性氧化锌粒径≤50纳米,所述中药粉由以下方法制成:将吴茱萸、艾草、柠檬皮、松针、鸦胆子、合欢皮、薰衣草干燥,采用粉碎机粉碎至颗粒粒径为20-100目,加入10倍重乙醇真空提取1-2小时,过滤的到提取液,将提取液减压回流后喷雾干燥后,通过研磨至粒径小于20微米得到所述中药粉。
所述的防蚊环保型墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将稻草采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的稻草进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的稻草粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、稻草与废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入去离子水、硫化钠、氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;
步骤二、将纳米氧化锌、去离子水与乙酸乙酯混合加热至80℃加入氢氧化钠后马上加入钛酸酯偶联剂,采用搅拌机不断搅拌1-2小时,搅拌速度为100-200rmp,得到表面改性纳米氧化锌;
步骤三、将木薯淀粉加入去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠,搅拌0.5小时后加入乙酸乙酯,温度加热至80-90℃加入丙烯酸丁酯、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌0.5小时后温度降到50-60℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌3-4小时,得到木薯淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和木薯淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物;
步骤四、将步骤一的纤维浆、步骤二的表面改性纳米氧化锌、木薯淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和木薯淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与壳聚糖、中药粉混合放入反应釜,温度为80-90℃搅拌2-4小时,涂布干燥印花得到所述防蚊环保型墙纸。
实施例4
一种防蚊环保型墙纸,所述防蚊环保型墙纸由以下重量份材料制成:旧衣服25份、废木料15份、稻草12份、纳米氧化锌3份、壳聚糖2份、硫化钠4份、氢氧化钠20份、木薯淀粉7份、丙烯酸丁酯3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺2份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1份、偶氮二异丁腈2份、去离子水80份、乙酸乙酯25份,中药粉8份;所述中药粉由以下重量份材料制成:吴茱萸10份、艾草10份、柠檬皮8份、松针15份、鸦胆子5份、合欢皮6份、薰衣草5份。
所述的防蚊环保型墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将稻草采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的稻草进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的稻草粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、稻草与废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入去离子水、硫化钠、氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;纳米高压脉冲粉碎机的工作电压为30-40kv,脉冲波数为20-30;超声波工作的频率为50-100赫兹;
步骤二、将纳米氧化锌、去离子水与乙酸乙酯混合加热至80℃加入氢氧化钠后马上加入钛酸酯偶联剂,采用搅拌机不断搅拌1-2小时,搅拌速度为100-200rmp,得到表面改性纳米氧化锌;
步骤三、将木薯淀粉加入去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠,搅拌0.5小时后加入乙酸乙酯,温度加热至80-90℃加入丙烯酸丁酯、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌0.5小时后温度降到50-60℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌3-4小时,得到木薯淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和木薯淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物;
步骤四、将步骤一的纤维浆、步骤二的表面改性纳米氧化锌、木薯淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和木薯淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与壳聚糖、中药粉混合放入反应釜,反应釜的真空度为0.8-0.9Mpa,温度为80-90℃搅拌2-4小时,涂布干燥印花得到所述防蚊环保型墙纸。

Claims (8)

1.一种防蚊环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述防蚊环保型墙纸由以下重量份材料制成:旧衣服20-30份、废木料10-20份、稻草10-20份、纳米氧化锌2-5份、壳聚糖1-2份、硫化钠2-8份、氢氧化钠10-25份、木薯淀粉5-10份、丙烯酸丁酯2-5份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-3份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1-2份、偶氮二异丁腈1-2份、去离子水60-100份、乙酸乙酯20-30份,中药粉5-10份;所述中药粉由以下材料制成:吴茱萸、艾草、柠檬皮、松针、鸦胆子、合欢皮、薰衣草。
2.如权利要求1所述的防蚊环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述防蚊环保型墙纸由以下重量份材料制成:旧衣服25份、废木料15份、稻草12份、纳米氧化锌3份、壳聚糖2份、硫化钠4份、氢氧化钠20份、木薯淀粉7份、丙烯酸丁酯3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺2份、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠1份、偶氮二异丁腈2份、去离子水80份、乙酸乙酯25份,中药粉8份;所述中药粉由以下重量份材料制成:吴茱萸5-10份、艾草5-10份、柠檬皮3-8份、松针8-15份、鸦胆子4-5份、合欢皮3-6份、薰衣草2-5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的防蚊环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述活性氧化锌粒径≤50纳米。
4.如权利要求1所述的防蚊环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述木薯淀粉与丙烯酸丁酯的重量比为2∶1。
5.如权利要求1所述的防蚊环保型墙纸,其特征在于,所述中药粉由以下方法制成:将吴茱萸、艾草、柠檬皮、松针、鸦胆子、合欢皮、薰衣草干燥,采用粉碎机粉碎至颗粒粒径为20-100目,加入10倍重乙醇真空提取1-2小时,过滤的到提取液,将提取液减压回流后喷雾干燥后,通过研磨至粒径小于20微米得到所述中药粉。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一所述的防蚊环保型墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将旧衣服上的塑料及金属物品去除后,采用碎布机将旧衣服粉碎,将稻草采用5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2-3天后,将经过浸泡的稻草进行揉搓0.5-1小时,干燥至水分含量低于10%,采用碎布机将干燥后的稻草粉碎,最后将经过粉碎的旧衣服、稻草与废木料混合采用纳米高压脉冲粉碎机粉碎,粉碎至颗粒粒径小于10微米,加入去离子水、硫化钠、氢氧化钠置于超声波机器中制浆1-2小时,制浆温度为100-150℃,制得纤维浆;
步骤二、将纳米氧化锌、去离子水与乙酸乙酯混合加热至80℃加入氢氧化钠后马上加入钛酸酯偶联剂,采用搅拌机不断搅拌1-2小时,搅拌速度为100-200rmp,得到表面改性纳米氧化锌;
步骤三、将木薯淀粉加入去离子水、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠,搅拌0.5小时后加入乙酸乙酯,温度加热至80-90℃加入丙烯酸丁酯、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,搅拌0.5小时后温度降到50-60℃加入偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌3-4小时,得到木薯淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和木薯淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物;
步骤四、将步骤一的纤维浆、步骤二的表面改性纳米氧化锌、木薯淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物和木薯淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺共聚物与壳聚糖、中药粉混合放入反应釜,温度为80-90℃搅拌2-4小时,涂布干燥印花得到所述防蚊环保型墙纸。
7.如权利要求6所述的防蚊环保型墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,纳米高压脉冲粉碎机的工作电压为30-40kv,脉冲波数为20-30;超声波工作的频率为50-100赫兹。
8.如权利要求6所述的防蚊环保型墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,反应釜的真空度为0.8-0.9Mpa。
