一种室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:酮醛树脂24~28份、聚乙烯22~26份、PVC树脂粉22~26份、环氧氯丙烷20~24份、醋酸丁酯22~26份、硬脂酸甘油酯22~26份、二乙醇胺20~24份、聚醚改性硅油22~26份、恶唑烷酮22~26份、磺胺嘧啶银20~24份、双氧水20~24份、水杨酰苯胺20~24份、海泡石粉末22~26份、红柱石粉末20~24份、磺化沥青粉18~22份、火山灰22~26份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠20~24份、磷酸钙粉末18~22份、六聚磷酸钠20~24份、铝酸锌18~22份、六溴环十二烷18~22份、三氯乙基磷酸酯20~24份、磷酸脒基脲20~24份、磷酸三辛酯20~24份、均苯四甲酸酐20~24份、油酸钾皂20~24份、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯20~24份、柠檬酸三乙酯20~24份、硫酸亚铁铵20~24份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯18~22份。

进一步地,上述室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的酮醛树脂、聚乙烯、PVC树脂粉、环氧氯丙烷、醋酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、二乙醇胺、聚醚改性硅油、恶唑烷酮、磺胺嘧啶银、双氧水、水杨酰苯胺、海泡石粉末、红柱石粉末、磺化沥青粉、火山灰、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、磷酸钙粉末、六聚磷酸钠、铝酸锌予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸脒基脲、磷酸三辛酯、均苯四甲酸酐,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的油酸钾皂、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、硫酸亚铁铵、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
该发明的有益效果在于:本发明中的室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下组分组成:酮醛树脂、聚乙烯、PVC树脂粉、环氧氯丙烷、醋酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、二乙醇胺、聚醚改性硅油、恶唑烷酮、磺胺嘧啶银、双氧水、水杨酰苯胺、海泡石粉末、红柱石粉末、磺化沥青粉、火山灰、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、磷酸钙粉末、六聚磷酸钠、铝酸锌、六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸脒基脲、磷酸三辛酯、均苯四甲酸酐、油酸钾皂、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、硫酸亚铁铵、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯。本发明产品具有较为优越的阻燃、耐酸碱、防霉变抗菌性能,改善了产品性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行描述,以便更好的理解本发明。
实施例1
本实施例中的室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:酮醛树脂24份、聚乙烯22份、PVC树脂粉22份、环氧氯丙烷20份、醋酸丁酯22份、硬脂酸甘油酯22份、二乙醇胺20份、聚醚改性硅油22份、恶唑烷酮22份、磺胺嘧啶银20份、双氧水20份、水杨酰苯胺20份、海泡石粉末22份、红柱石粉末20份、磺化沥青粉18份、火山灰22份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠20份、磷酸钙粉末18份、六聚磷酸钠20份、铝酸锌18份、六溴环十二烷18份、三氯乙基磷酸酯20份、磷酸脒基脲20份、磷酸三辛酯20份、均苯四甲酸酐20份、油酸钾皂20份、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯20份、柠檬酸三乙酯20份、硫酸亚铁铵20份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯18份。
上述室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的酮醛树脂、聚乙烯、PVC树脂粉、环氧氯丙烷、醋酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、二乙醇胺、聚醚改性硅油、恶唑烷酮、磺胺嘧啶银、双氧水、水杨酰苯胺、海泡石粉末、红柱石粉末、磺化沥青粉、火山灰、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、磷酸钙粉末、六聚磷酸钠、铝酸锌予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸脒基脲、磷酸三辛酯、均苯四甲酸酐,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的油酸钾皂、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、硫酸亚铁铵、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:酮醛树脂26份、聚乙烯24份、PVC树脂粉24份、环氧氯丙烷22份、醋酸丁酯24份、硬脂酸甘油酯24份、二乙醇胺22份、聚醚改性硅油24份、恶唑烷酮24份、磺胺嘧啶银22份、双氧水22份、水杨酰苯胺22份、海泡石粉末24份、红柱石粉末22份、磺化沥青粉20份、火山灰24份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠22份、磷酸钙粉末20份、六聚磷酸钠22份、铝酸锌20份、六溴环十二烷20份、三氯乙基磷酸酯22份、磷酸脒基脲22份、磷酸三辛酯22份、均苯四甲酸酐22份、油酸钾皂22份、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯22份、柠檬酸三乙酯22份、硫酸亚铁铵22份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯20份。
上述室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的酮醛树脂、聚乙烯、PVC树脂粉、环氧氯丙烷、醋酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、二乙醇胺、聚醚改性硅油、恶唑烷酮、磺胺嘧啶银、双氧水、水杨酰苯胺、海泡石粉末、红柱石粉末、磺化沥青粉、火山灰、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、磷酸钙粉末、六聚磷酸钠、铝酸锌予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸脒基脲、磷酸三辛酯、均苯四甲酸酐,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的油酸钾皂、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、硫酸亚铁铵、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:酮醛树脂28份、聚乙烯26份、PVC树脂粉26份、环氧氯丙烷24份、醋酸丁酯26份、硬脂酸甘油酯26份、二乙醇胺24份、聚醚改性硅油26份、恶唑烷酮26份、磺胺嘧啶银24份、双氧水24份、水杨酰苯胺24份、海泡石粉末26份、红柱石粉末24份、磺化沥青粉22份、火山灰26份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠24份、磷酸钙粉末22份、六聚磷酸钠24份、铝酸锌22份、六溴环十二烷22份、三氯乙基磷酸酯24份、磷酸脒基脲24份、磷酸三辛酯24份、均苯四甲酸酐24份、油酸钾皂24份、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯24份、柠檬酸三乙酯24份、硫酸亚铁铵24份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯22份。
上述室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的酮醛树脂、聚乙烯、PVC树脂粉、环氧氯丙烷、醋酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、二乙醇胺、聚醚改性硅油、恶唑烷酮、磺胺嘧啶银、双氧水、水杨酰苯胺、海泡石粉末、红柱石粉末、磺化沥青粉、火山灰、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、磷酸钙粉末、六聚磷酸钠、铝酸锌予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸脒基脲、磷酸三辛酯、均苯四甲酸酐,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的油酸钾皂、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、硫酸亚铁铵、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种室内建筑装修墙布墙纸阻燃抗菌涂层,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:酮醛树脂24~28份、聚乙烯22~26份、PVC树脂粉22~26份、环氧氯丙烷20~24份、醋酸丁酯22~26份、硬脂酸甘油酯22~26份、二乙醇胺20~24份、聚醚改性硅油22~26份、恶唑烷酮22~26份、磺胺嘧啶银20~24份、双氧水20~24份、水杨酰苯胺20~24份、海泡石粉末22~26份、红柱石粉末20~24份、磺化沥青粉18~22份、火山灰22~26份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠20~24份、磷酸钙粉末18~22份、六聚磷酸钠20~24份、铝酸锌18~22份、六溴环十二烷18~22份、三氯乙基磷酸酯20~24份、磷酸脒基脲20~24份、磷酸三辛酯20~24份、均苯四甲酸酐20~24份、油酸钾皂20~24份、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯20~24份、柠檬酸三乙酯20~24份、硫酸亚铁铵20~24份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯18~22份。

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、磷酸脒基脲、磷酸三辛酯、均苯四甲酸酐,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的油酸钾皂、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、硫酸亚铁铵、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
