技术领域
本发明涉及切削液技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗极压性好的金属切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体。切削液分为油基金属切削液和水基金属切削液。水基金属切削液有三种类型,分别为乳化油型、合成液型和半合成液型。其中,半合成液型金属切削液同时兼有乳化液良好的润滑性和合成液良好的清洗性特点,又具有合适的极压性能,而得到广泛使用。但是目前市售的半合成金属切削液的抗极压性并不高,从而限制了其应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗极压性好的金属切削液,本发明通过有机硼酸酯、纳米硼酸镧、纳米二氧化钛、氯化石蜡相互配合,使得本发明具有良好抗极压性。
本发明提出的一种抗极压性好的金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油15-25份,乳化剂11-17份,钼酸钠4-6份,植酸1-3份,2-甲基苯并咪唑啉2-3份,有机硼酸酯8-12份,纳米硼酸镧1-2份,纳米二氧化钛1-5份,氯化石蜡1-3份,消泡剂0.2-0.4份,防腐剂1-3份,杀菌剂1-2份,水50-60份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂。
优选地,脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂的重量比为8-10:2-4:1-3。
优选地,消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种与乳化硅油组成的混合物。
优选地,防腐剂为聚苯胺水性防腐剂。
优选地,杀菌剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮。
优选地,有机硼酸酯、纳米硼酸镧、纳米二氧化钛、氯化石蜡的重量比为9-11:1.3-1.7:2-4:1.5-2.5。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油18-22份,乳化剂13-15份,钼酸钠4.5-5.5份,植酸1.5-2.5份,2-甲基苯并咪唑啉2.3-2.7份,有机硼酸酯9-11份,纳米硼酸镧1.3-1.7份,纳米二氧化钛2-4份,氯化石蜡1.5-2.5份,消泡剂0.25-0.35份,防腐剂1.5-2.5份,杀菌剂1.3-1.7份,水52-58份。
本发明选用有机硼酸酯、纳米硼酸镧、纳米二氧化钛、氯化石蜡相互配合,纳米硼酸镧、纳米二氧化钛具有很高的表面活性,在切削时相互配合,可以吸附在金属表面形成吸附膜从而减小摩擦、抗磨,随着切削压力的增大,吸附膜上的纳米颗粒可以与金属反应形成更加牢固的反应膜,从而大大增加本发明的抗磨、减磨和抗极压性,并与有机硼酸酯、氯化石蜡形成的边界润滑膜相互配合,进一步增加本发明的抗磨、减磨和抗极压性;有机硼酸酯、纳米硼酸镧、纳米二氧化钛、氯化石蜡以合适比例配合,可以进一步增加本发明的抗磨、抗极压性;选用脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂相互配合作为乳化剂,并与矿物油、有机硼酸酯、纳米硼酸镧、纳米二氧化钛、氯化石蜡相互配合,使得本发明能保持适中的粘度和较好的稳定性,并且能降低本发明的表面张力,增加本发明的渗透性,从而进一步增加本发明的抗极压性;乳化剂与消泡剂配合增加本发明的低泡性,从而进一步增加本发明的渗透性和抗极压性;钼酸钠、植酸、2-甲基苯并咪唑啉相互配合,可以增加本发明的防锈性能;防腐剂、杀菌剂可以增加本发明的稳定性和杀菌防腐性能;上述各物质相互配合,促进本发明具有良好的抗极压性。

一种抗极压性好的金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油20份,乳化剂14份,钼酸钠5份,植酸2份,2-甲基苯并咪唑啉2.5份,有机硼酸酯10份,纳米硼酸镧1.5份,纳米二氧化钛3份,氯化石蜡2份,消泡剂0.3份,防腐剂2份,杀菌剂1.5份,水55份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂。
实施例2
一种抗极压性好的金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油15份,乳化剂17份,钼酸钠4份,植酸3份,2-甲基苯并咪唑啉2份,有机硼酸酯12份,纳米硼酸镧1份,纳米二氧化钛5份,氯化石蜡1份,消泡剂0.4份,聚苯胺水性防腐剂1份,甲基异噻唑啉酮2份,水50份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂,脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂的重量比为10:2:3;
消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物与乳化硅油组成的混合物。
实施例3
一种抗极压性好的金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油25份,乳化剂11份,钼酸钠6份,植酸1份,2-甲基苯并咪唑啉3份,有机硼酸酯8份,纳米硼酸镧2份,纳米二氧化钛1份,氯化石蜡3份,消泡剂0.2份,聚苯胺水性防腐剂3份,甲基异噻唑啉酮1份,水60份;

消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚与乳化硅油组成的混合物。

其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂,脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂的重量比为9.5:2.5:2.5;
消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚与乳化硅油组成的混合物。

一种抗极压性好的金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油22份,乳化剂13份,钼酸钠5.5份,植酸1.5份,2-甲基苯并咪唑啉2.7份,有机硼酸酯9份,纳米硼酸镧1.7份,纳米二氧化钛2份,氯化石蜡2.5份,消泡剂0.25份,聚苯胺水性防腐剂2.5份,甲基异噻唑啉酮1.3份,水58份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂,脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂的重量比为8.5:3.5:1.5;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚与乳化硅油组成的混合物。

其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗极压性好的金属切削液,其特征在于,脂肪酸甲磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟碳表面活性剂的重量比为8-10:2-4:1-3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述抗极压性好的金属切削液,其特征在于,消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种与乳化硅油组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述抗极压性好的金属切削液,其特征在于,防腐剂为聚苯胺水性防腐剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述抗极压性好的金属切削液,其特征在于,杀菌剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述抗极压性好的金属切削液,其特征在于,有机硼酸酯、纳米硼酸镧、纳米二氧化钛、氯化石蜡的重量比为9-11:1.3-1.7:2-4:1.5-2.5。
