Abstract

本发明公开了一种塑料组合物、包括该塑料组合物的复合地板及其制备方法,塑料组合物由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯30-55份,石粉35-55份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5-5份,稳定剂0.5-5份。复合地板包括:装饰层和支撑层,支撑层由塑料组合物制成。本发明提出的复合地板结构简单,外形美观大方,具有良好的防水、防虫、防霉效果。且该复合地板可以有效节约木材资源、成本低、更环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板材领域,具体涉及一种塑料组合物、包括该塑料组合物的复合地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的地板均为实心板体,在经过长时间的使用后,特别是在潮湿的环境下,地板容易发生霉变,严重影响用户的使用感受。随着后期木塑复合板材,将塑料和木质粉料按一定比例混合后经热挤压成型,其制作工艺复杂,要求高,且生产成本高,不适宜大规模的推广。
故一种制备方法简单的塑料组合物以及结构简单,外形美观大方、可以有效降低生产成本,具有防水、防虫、防霉效果的复合地板及其制备方法亟待提出。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种塑料组合物、包括该塑料组合物的复合地板及其制备方法,该复合地板结构简单,外形美观大方,具有良好的防水、防虫、防霉效果。且该复合地板可以有效节约木材资源、成本低、更环保。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
塑料组合物,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯30-55份,石粉35-55份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5-5份,稳定剂0.5-5份。
其中,稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂。
复合地板,复合地板包括:装饰层和支撑层,支撑层由塑料组合物制成。
本发明一种复合地板由于采用了塑料组合物制成支撑层,具有良好的防水、防虫、防霉效果。且利用塑料组合物的可塑性,该复合地板不易变形,使用寿命较长。
在上述技术方案的基础上,还可做如下改进:
作为优选的方案,优选的,塑料组合物由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯35-50份,石粉40-50份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5-2份,稳定剂0.5-2份。
采用上述优选的方案,塑料组合物在柔韧度与硬度上达到统一,其制作而成的支撑层结构牢固、不易变形,易加工。
作为优选的方案,装饰层由木材、竹材、重组材、装饰纸中的一种或多种材料制成。
采用上述优选的方案装饰层由木材、竹材、重组材、装饰纸中的一种或多种材料制成,外观光洁美观大方。
作为优选的方案,支撑层包括正面和反面,在支撑层的正面一侧设置有装饰层或在支撑层的正、反面两侧均设置有装饰层。

复合地板制备方法,用于制备复合地板,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,按照聚氯乙烯30-55份,石粉35-55份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5-5份,稳定剂0.5-5份进行备料;
(2)混合,将聚氯乙烯、石粉、聚氨酯发泡剂以及稳定剂进行加热加压混合,形成混合物;
(3)挤塑,将混合物通过挤塑模具,形成塑料组合物;
(4)冷却,将挤塑后的塑料组合物进行冷却成型;
(5)切割,将冷却成型后的塑料组合物进行切割,形成支撑层;
(6)压合,将装饰层、支撑层依次放入压机,且在装饰层与支撑层的接触面上涂有冷压胶,压机将装饰层与支撑层进行压合,形成复合地板。
本发明复合地板制备方法,其工艺流程简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
为了达到本发明的目的,在一种新型地板的其中一些实施例中,
如图1所示,复合地板包括:装饰层1和支撑层2,支撑层2由塑料组合物制成;装饰层1很薄,装饰层1可以由木材、竹材、重组材、装饰纸中的一种或多种材料制成。复合地板为两层结构,支撑层2包括正面和反面,在支撑层2的正面一侧设置有装饰层1。
塑料组合物由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯30份,石粉55份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5份,钙锌稳定剂0.5份。塑料组合物还可以包括其他一些组分来提高其性能。石粉的份数较多,可以提高塑料组合物的硬度,其机械强度较好。
装饰层1采用木材或竹材制成,外观光洁美观大方。
复合地板制备方法,用于制备复合地板,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,按照聚氯乙烯30份,石粉55份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5份,钙锌稳定剂0.5份进行备料;
(2)混合,将聚氯乙烯、石粉、聚氨酯发泡剂以及钙锌稳定剂进行加热加压混合,形成混合物;
(3)挤塑,将混合物通过挤塑模具,形成塑料组合物;
(4)冷却,将挤塑后的塑料组合物进行冷却成型;
(5)切割,将冷却成型后的塑料组合物进行切割,形成支撑层;
(6)压合,将装饰层、支撑层依次放入压机,且在装饰层与支撑层的接触面上涂有冷压胶,压机将装饰层与支撑层进行压合,形成复合地板。
本发明一种复合地板由于采用了塑料组合物制成支撑层2,具有良好的防水、防虫、防霉效果。且利用塑料组合物的可塑性,该复合地板不易变形,使用寿命较长。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,塑料组合物由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯55、石粉35份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5份,钙锌稳定剂0.5份。聚氯乙烯的份数较多,可以提高塑料组合物的柔韧度。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,为了优化塑料组合物的性能,其经过大量的实验验证,优选的,塑料组合物由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯45份,石粉45份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5份,钙锌稳定剂0.5份。本实施例中的塑料组合物在柔韧度与硬度上达到统一,其制作而成的支撑层2结构牢固、不易变形,易加工。
如图2所示,为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,复合地板为三层结构,复合地板包括设置于支撑层2表面的第二装饰层102以及设置于第二装饰层102表面的第一装饰层101,第一装饰层101的厚度小于第二装饰层102的厚度,且第一装饰层101与第二装饰层102由木材、竹材或重组材制成,其材质不同。本实施例所提出的复合地板结构更优化,机械强度更好,更美观,防水、防虫、防霉效果好。
如图3所示,为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,复合地板为三层结构,支撑层2包括正面和反面,在支撑层2的正、反面两侧均设置有装饰层1。结构简单。装饰层1起到装饰的作用,而支撑层2作为复合地板的基材起到支撑的作用。
如图4和5所示,为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,装饰层1较厚,在支撑层2的正面设置有支撑凸条21,且装饰层1上设置有与支撑凸条21相匹配的装饰凹槽11。保证支撑层2与装饰层1连接更紧固。
如图6所示,为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,装饰层1较厚,在支撑层2的正面设置有支撑凸条21,且装饰层1上设置有与支撑凸条21相匹配的装饰凹槽11,且支撑凸条21截面呈燕尾状。保证支撑层2与装饰层1连接更紧固。
如图7所示,为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,装饰层1较厚,在支撑层2的正面设置有支撑凹槽22,且装饰层1上设置有与支撑凹槽22相匹配的装饰凸条12。保证支撑层2与装饰层1连接更紧固。

新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.塑料组合物,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯30-55份,石粉35-55份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5-5份,稳定剂0.5-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料组合物,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料组合物,其特征在于,优选的,所述塑料组合物由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯35-50份,石粉40-50份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5-2份,稳定剂0.5-2份。
4.复合地板,其特征在于,所述复合地板包括:装饰层和支撑层,所述支撑层由权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料组合物制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合地板,其特征在于,所述装饰层由木材、竹材、重组材、装饰纸中的一种或多种材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合地板,其特征在于,所述支撑层包括正面和反面,在所述支撑层的正面一侧设置有所述装饰层或在所述支撑层的正、反面两侧均设置有所述装饰层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合地板,其特征在于,在所述支撑层的正面和/或反面设置有支撑凸条和/或支撑凹槽,且所述装饰层上设置有与所述支撑凸条和/或支撑凹槽相匹配的装饰凹槽和/或装饰凸条。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合地板,其特征在于,所述支撑凸条和/或所述支撑凹槽截面呈燕尾状。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的复合地板,其特征在于,在所述支撑层的正面和/或反面设置有支撑凸条和支撑凹槽,且所述支撑凸条和所述支撑凹槽呈等间隔设置。
10.复合地板制备方法,用于制备权利要求4-9任一项所述的复合地板,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,按照聚氯乙烯30-55份,石粉35-55份,聚氨酯发泡剂0.5-5份,稳定剂0.5-5份进行备料;
(2)混合,将聚氯乙烯、石粉、聚氨酯发泡剂以及稳定剂进行加热加压混合,形成混合物;
(3)挤塑,将混合物通过挤塑模具,形成塑料组合物;
(4)冷却,将挤塑后的塑料组合物进行冷却成型;
(5)切割,将冷却成型后的塑料组合物进行切割,形成支撑层;
(6)压合,将装饰层、支撑层依次放入压机,且在装饰层与支撑层的接触面上涂有冷压胶,压机将装饰层与支撑层进行压合,形成复合地板。
