Abstract

本发明公开一种聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)、制备预聚体:将聚酯(醚)多元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应生成预聚体;(2)、将橡胶表面打磨、清洗干净;(3)、用橡胶表面活性剂处理步骤(2)的橡胶;(4)、将橡胶置于平板硫化机内加热,设置温度130~150℃;(5)、利用聚氨酯弹性体浇注机将预聚体和扩链剂按比例混合后浇注到橡胶表面;(6)、硫化50~60min即可。聚氨酯‑橡胶皮带的复合应用,产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及输送带橡胶改造技术,具体为聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺。
背景技术
聚氨酯弹性体(pu)是一种新型高分子材料。由于该材料综合性能出众,包含了橡胶和塑料的优点,而且能用所有的高分子合成材料加工方法成型,应用范围十分广泛。
据资料报道,聚氨酯耐磨性为天然橡胶的2~5倍,强度为3~6倍,在实际应用中,如有水、油脂等情况下,耐磨性更能大大提高。故聚氨酯橡胶又俗称耐磨。高强度、高耐磨、高伸长率、耐低温性是聚氨酯弹性体最显著的特点。
在煤炭工业生产中,需要大量输送皮带。输送皮带实用寿命大约半年左右,企业产生了大量废旧皮带。虽然有极少数回收再造(翻新),但由于工艺复杂、能耗大等原因,大量皮带被扔在煤矿,造成了浪费和环境污染。这种情况与国家提倡的低碳经济、绿色发展完全不相符合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种对废旧输送皮带改造的方法,在废旧皮带上复合一层聚氨酯弹性体,实现对废旧皮带翻新,节约企业生产成本。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、合成聚氨酯预聚体
将聚酯(醚)多元醇在110℃、0.096MPa条件下脱水2h,然后加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应2h,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯加入量为聚酯(醚)多元醇量的20%-30%,反应生成聚氨酯预聚体;
将预聚体加入聚氨酯弹性体浇注机A罐,将扩链剂MOCA熔化后加入浇注机B罐,控制调整好A、B罐组分比例为100:8~15;
(2)、将橡胶表面打磨、清洗干净;
(3)、将橡胶表面活性剂溶于溶剂中,然后橡胶表面活性剂将橡胶表面处理一次;
(4)、启动聚氨酯浇注机,将聚氨酯胶料浇注到橡胶表层,设置温度120~130℃,硫化50~60min即可。
聚氨酯橡胶为聚合物主链上含有较多的氨基甲酸酯基团的系列弹性体材料,实为聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶,简称为聚氨酯橡胶或氨酯橡胶或聚氨酯弹性体。聚合物链除含有氨基甲酸酯基团外,还含有酯基、醚基、脲基、芳基和脂肪链等。通常是由低聚物多元醇、多异氰酸酯和扩链剂反应而成。聚氨酯橡胶随使用原料和配比、反应方式和条件等的不同,形成不同的结构和品种类型。
由于聚氨酯弹性体属极性材料,橡胶属于非极性材料,二者不粘合或者粘合效果不佳。如果用橡胶表面活性剂将橡胶表面处理后,使橡胶表面分子重新激活、活化,然后与聚氨酯弹性体复合,就能达到所要的粘合效果。
聚氨酯弹性体物理性能如下表
一种煤矿井下输送皮带,包括废旧皮带,所述废旧皮带表面加工有聚氨酯弹性体层;具体加工方法同上。将废旧皮带经过翻新或再造工艺,在其表面复合一层聚氨酯弹性体,由于聚氨酯耐磨性是橡胶的2~5倍,也就是说使用该方法翻新(或再造)后的皮带使用寿命能达到原来的2倍以上,那么翻新后的使用寿命能达到新皮带的使用寿命,能产生明显的经济和社会效益。
本发明设计合理,在橡胶皮带上复合聚氨酯弹性体,使得废旧皮带重新翻新利用,提高企业经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
一种煤矿井下输送皮带,如图1所示,包括废旧皮带1,所述废旧皮带1表面加工有聚氨酯弹性体层2;具体加工方法如下。
实施例1
聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、合成聚氨酯预聚体
将聚酯(醚)多元醇在110℃、0.096MPa条件下脱水2h,然后加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应2h,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯加入量为聚酯(醚)多元醇量的20%,反应生成聚氨酯预聚体;
将预聚体加入聚氨酯弹性体浇注机A罐,将扩链剂MOCA熔化后加入浇注机B罐,控制调整好A、B罐组分比例为100:15。
(2)、将橡胶表面打磨、清洗干净。
(3)、将橡胶表面活性剂溶于溶剂中,然后橡胶表面活性剂将橡胶表面处理一次,以达到使橡胶表面分子活化的效果。这样才能使橡胶和聚氨酯达到复合(或粘接)的完美效果。
(4)、启动聚氨酯浇注机,将聚氨酯胶料浇注到橡胶表层,设置温度125℃,硫化60min即可,这样将生产出了聚氨酯-橡胶的复合材料。
实施例2
聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、合成聚氨酯预聚体
将聚酯(醚)多元醇在110℃、0.096MPa条件下脱水2h,然后加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应2h,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯加入量为聚酯(醚)多元醇量的25%,反应生成聚氨酯预聚体;
将预聚体加入聚氨酯弹性体浇注机A罐,将扩链剂MOCA熔化后加入浇注机B罐,控制调整好A、B罐组分比例为100:8;
(2)、将橡胶表面打磨、清洗干净;
(3)、将橡胶表面活性剂溶于溶剂中,然后橡胶表面活性剂将橡胶表面处理一次,以达到使橡胶表面分子活化的效果。这样才能使橡胶和聚氨酯达到复合(或粘接)的完美效果。
(4)、启动聚氨酯浇注机,将聚氨酯胶料浇注到橡胶表层,设置温度130℃,硫化50min即可,这样将生产出了聚氨酯-橡胶的复合材料。
实施例3
聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、合成聚氨酯预聚体
将聚酯(醚)多元醇在110℃、0.096MPa条件下脱水2h,然后加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应2h,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯加入量为聚酯(醚)多元醇量的30%,反应生成聚氨酯预聚体;
将预聚体加入聚氨酯弹性体浇注机A罐,将扩链剂MOCA熔化后加入浇注机B罐,控制调整好A、B罐组分比例为100:10;
(2)、将橡胶表面打磨、清洗干净;
(3)、将橡胶表面活性剂溶于溶剂中,然后橡胶表面活性剂将橡胶表面处理一次,以达到使橡胶表面分子活化的效果。这样才能使橡胶和聚氨酯达到复合(或粘接)的完美效果。
(4)、启动聚氨酯浇注机,将聚氨酯胶料浇注到橡胶表层,设置温度120℃,硫化55min即可,这样将生产出了聚氨酯-橡胶的复合材料。
上述橡胶材料表面聚氨酯弹性体层2的厚度为5-15mm。
聚氨酯-橡胶皮带的复合应用,产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
最后所应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照本发明实施例进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明的技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖权利要求保护范围中。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚氨酯弹性体与橡胶复合工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、合成聚氨酯预聚体
将聚酯(醚)多元醇在110℃、0.096MPa条件下脱水2h,然后加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应2h,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯加入量为聚酯(醚)多元醇量的20%-30%,反应生成聚氨酯预聚体;
将预聚体加入聚氨酯弹性体浇注机A罐,将扩链剂MOCA熔化后加入浇注机B罐,控制调整好A、B罐组分比例为100:8~15;
(2)、将橡胶表面打磨、清洗干净;
(3)、将橡胶表面活性剂溶于溶剂中,然后橡胶表面活性剂将橡胶表面处理一次;
(4)、启动聚氨酯浇注机,将聚氨酯胶料浇注到橡胶表层,设置温度120~130℃,硫化50~60min即可。
2.一种煤矿井下输送皮带,其特征在于:包括废旧皮带(1),所述废旧皮带(1)表面加工有聚氨酯弹性体层(2);具体加工方法同权利要求1所述。
3.根据权利要求2所述的煤矿井下输送皮带,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯弹性体层(2)的厚度为5-15mm。
