本发明提供一种金刚石线锯,包括基线和包绕在基线表面的金刚石粉,所述基线为两根扭绞的钢丝组成,每根钢丝粒径为Φ50μm~Φ60μm,所述金刚石粉的粒径为Φ25μm~Φ45μm。本发明方法可以制成直径Φ150μm~Φ180μm的金刚石线锯,降低了加工误差,减少加工时的切割余量,对提高硅片的切割合格率具有重要贡献。

一种金刚石线锯
技术领域
本发明属于太阳能光伏领域,特别是切割硅片用的金刚石切割线。
背景技术
金刚石线切割机采用金刚石线单向循环或往复循环运动的方式,使金刚石线与被切割物件间形成相对的磨削运动,从而实现切割的目的。当加工的材料不导电而需要采用线切割的加工方式时,电火花线切割机将失去效果,为此金刚线切割机便开始显现其加工优势,其可对导电和不导电材料(只要硬度比金刚石线小)进行切割加工。因此,金刚石线切割机广泛用于切割各种金属和非金属复合材料,如陶瓷、玻璃、岩石、宝石、玉石、陨石、单晶硅、碳化硅、多晶硅、耐火砖、环氧板、铁氧体、PCB以及建筑材料、牙科材料、生物及仿生复合材料等,特别适用于切割高硬度、高价值、易破碎的各种脆性晶体。
目前,市场上销售的金刚石线锯大多使用粒径Φ20~40μm的金刚石磨粒,线锯直径为Φ250~300μm左右。这对于精度要求较高的硅片加工而言,会产生较大的加工误差,使得产品的合格率受影响。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决现有技术中存在不足,本发明提供一种金刚石线锯用于解决现有的金刚石线切割加工切割余量大的技术问题。
技术方案:
一种金刚石线锯,包括基线和包绕在基线表面的金刚石粉,所述基线为两根扭绞的钢丝组成,每根钢丝粒径为Φ50μm~Φ60μm,所述金刚石粉的粒径为Φ25μm~Φ45μm。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述金刚石粉通过电镀方法沉积在基线表面。
有益效果:
本发明方法可以制成直径Φ150μm~Φ180μm的金刚石线锯,降低了加工误差,减少加工时的切割余量,对提高硅片的切割合格率具有重要贡献。
具体实施方式
本发明的线锯的基线采用由两根Φ58μm的琴丝扭绞而成的绞线,在其表面沉积粒径Φ30~Φ40μm的金刚石磨粒。经测试,本发明的金刚石线比一般的金刚石线细了40%左右,且切割效率高。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种金刚石线锯,其特征在于:包括基线和包绕在基线表面的金刚石粉,所述基线为两根扭绞的钢丝组成,每根钢丝粒径为Φ50μm~Φ60μm,所述金刚石粉的粒径为Φ25μm~Φ45μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石线锯,其特征在于:所述金刚石粉通过电镀方法沉积在基线表面。
