Abstract
本发明一种瓷砖模芯的弹性胶板,一种瓷砖的生产设备,具体涉及瓷砖的生产模具,其特征在于:弹性胶板(1)嵌于瓷砖模芯(2)内,弹性胶板(1)内包裹着成形油路板(3),所述的弹性胶板(1)采用以下材料按重量比例配制而成:酚醛树脂30~48份、氨基树脂12~23份、聚丙烯酸脂6~12份、羧甲基纤维素钠1~4份、铝1~2份、碳1~5份、石墨烯5~8份、锆纤维8~12份、芳酰亚胺纤维3~8份。本发明导油性能好,弹性均匀,解决了生产大面积瓷砖出现的局部及四个角受力不均的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓷砖的生产设备,具体涉及瓷砖的生产模具。
背景技术
现有技术中的静压模芯主要由金属材料制成的基体和胶层构成,胶层嵌于基体的一个面的凹进内,胶层的边缘与凹进密封配合,基体内设置有进油通道,进油通道与胶层内表面各处的油压点相连通,现在胶层采用的材料很多,但在生产大面积瓷砖时,胶层会出现局部性变形,导致瓷砖局部凹陷或厚薄不均的现象,第二:在大面积的瓷砖四个角受力可能出现受力不均,导致瓷砖在烧制过程中出现崩角的问题,这个也是造成瓷砖废品率高的主要原因,所以解决胶层的问题是生产大面积瓷砖的核心技术。
发明内容
本发明一种瓷砖模芯的弹性胶板,导油性能好,弹性均匀,解决了生产大面积瓷砖出现的局部及四个角受力不均的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:弹性胶板1嵌于瓷砖模芯2内,弹性胶板1内包裹着成形油路板3,所述的弹性胶板1采用以下材料按重量比例配制而成:
酚醛树脂30~48份、氨基树脂12~23份、聚丙烯酸脂6~12份、羧甲基纤维素钠1~4份、铝1~2份、碳1~5份、石墨烯5~8份、锆纤维8~12份、芳酰亚胺纤维3~8份。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种瓷砖模芯的弹性胶,板弹性胶板1嵌于瓷砖模芯2内,弹性胶板1内包裹着成形油路板3,所述的弹性胶板1采用以下材料按重量比例配制而成:
酚醛树脂30~48份、氨基树脂12~23份、聚丙烯酸脂6~12份、羧甲基纤维素钠1~4份、铝1~2份、碳1~5份、石墨烯5~8份、锆纤维8~12份、芳酰亚胺纤维3~8份。
导油性能好,弹性均匀,解决了生产大面积瓷砖出现的局部及四个角受力不均的问题。

酚醛树脂30~48份、氨基树脂12~23份、聚丙烯酸脂6~12份、羧甲基纤维素钠1~4份、铝1~2份、碳1~5份、石墨烯5~8份、锆纤维8~12份、芳酰亚胺纤维3~8份。
