技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理领域，是一种纤维转盘滤池。
背景技术
目前，现有的纤维转盘滤池在使用的过程中由于出水流速太高，出水阻力变大而影响出水，同时亦会造成设备的弯曲变形，从而影响过滤效果，需要经常维修，降低生产效率，并且在反吸过程中容易被污物卡住造成设备的损坏，降低设备的使用寿命，增加生产成本。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于通过一种纤维转盘滤池，来解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明提供一种纤维转盘滤池，包括：池体、滤盘、格栅、滤布、驱动装置、控制器、溢水口、排泥阀、反洗水阀、反洗水泵、反洗水管、中心集水筒，所述池体内设置有滤盘，滤盘有均匀分隔的扇形格栅，所述格栅上设置有用于过滤污水的滤布，所述滤盘通过链条与驱动装置连接，滤盘中间设置有中心集水筒，所述池体的外壁上设置有控制器，池体的一端侧壁上设置有溢水口，池体的下端设置有排泥阀和反洗水阀，反洗水阀与反洗水泵连接，池体上端设置有反洗水管，所述格栅采用插接或铰链连接，所述中心集水筒采用马氏体不锈钢材料制成。
本发明提供的一种纤维转盘滤池，结构简单，使用方便，出水水质好，性能稳定，耐冲击负荷，容易冲洗干净，冲洗效果好，功率大，不易造成设备的损坏，延长设备的使用寿命，无须经常维修，降低生产成本，提高生产效率。

本发明提供一种纤维转盘滤池，包括：池体1、滤盘2、格栅3、滤布4、驱动装置5、控制器6、溢水口7、排泥阀8、反洗水阀9、反洗水泵10、反洗水管11、中心集水筒12，池体1 内设置有滤盘2，滤盘2 有均匀分隔的扇形格栅3，格栅3 上设置有用于过滤污水的滤布4，滤盘2通过链条与驱动装置5连接，滤盘2 中间设置有中心集水筒12，池体1 的外壁上设置有控制器6，池体1 的一端侧壁上设置有溢水口7，池体1 的下端设置有排泥阀8和反洗水阀9，反洗水阀9与反洗水泵10连接，池体1 上端设置有反洗水管11，格栅3 采用插接或铰链连接，中心集水筒12采用马氏体不锈钢材料制成。
本发明提供的一种纤维转盘滤池，结构简单，使用方便，出水水质好，性能稳定，耐冲击负荷，容易冲洗干净，冲洗效果好，功率大，不易造成设备的损坏，延长设备的使用寿命，无须经常维修，降低生产成本，提高生产效率。
