Abstract

本发明涉及纺织行业染色工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺。该散绵纤维染色前处理工艺包括以下步骤:(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡10‑20min;(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8‑10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至55‑65摄氏度,保温20‑30min;(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。本申请采用较低的浴比,同时不需要较高的水温,染色时间大大缩短,处理时间较传统工艺缩短了至少30min以上,并且杂质去除干净,节约了大量的电能、燃气能源,提高了生产效率。

一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织行业染色工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,生活水平的提高,人们对环境也越来越重视,国家对环保的政策也越来越严,正进行大力整治,节能减排成为当前最重要的目标,同时水资源的缺乏,要求人们降低印染用量,降低单位染色损耗。
目前棉色染色主要采用碱处理,这种方法存在不少问题,主要表现棉纤维的前处理、染色是色纺工艺过程的关键工序。棉纤维中除了含有94%的纤维素纤维外,还存在6%的杂质(果胶、腊质、灰分等纤维素共生物)。这些杂质的存在,使棉纤维吸湿性差,后道染色困难。传统工艺采用碱处理,在去除棉纤维中的果胶和蜡质等杂质的同时,不仅使部分纤维素分子链氧化断裂、聚合度降低、纤维强力下降,而且对环境污染严重,耗用水比较高,各项能耗比较高,为了更进一步降低能耗,急需改进工艺。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡10-20min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水1-3 g,双氧水用量为每升水10-20g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的10-20%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至55-65摄氏度,保温20-30min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物。
所述脂肪族磺酸盐包括烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠中的一种或几种。
所述稳定剂包括硅酸钠,硅酸镁,聚丙烯酰胺,二价锡盐,蒽醌与DTPA的复配体、膦酸盐、羟基羧酸与锡复配的胶体溶液、氧化锡与有机膦酸,硝酸钠复配的胶体溶液中的一种或几种的组合。
所述浴比为1:5-8。
所述步骤(2)中染缸内的水温是60摄氏度,保温20min。
散绵中存在较多的杂质如果胶、腊质、灰分等纤维素共生物,一般的工艺采用碱性高温的方法将这些杂质去除,然而采用高温的方法一方面需要采用较高的浴比,另一方面需要对水经行加热,一般需要将水加热到90-100摄氏度左右,这样使得水温从常温升至接近沸腾浪费大量的能源,如电能或是燃气能源,不利于生产也不利于工人操作,散绵在碱性高温的水中浸泡时间过长对散绵纤维的各项性能也有所影响,本申请采用较低的浴比,同时不需要较高的水温,染色时间大大缩短,处理时间较传统工艺缩短了至少30min以上,并且杂质去除干净,节约了大量的电能、燃气能源,提高了生产效率。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明避免了采用高温,节省了前期处理时间,节约了大量的能源,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡10min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水1g,双氧水用量为每升水10g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的10%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至55摄氏度,保温24min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物;浴比为1:5。
实施例2:
一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡15min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水2g,双氧水用量为每升水12g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的13%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至58摄氏度,保温20min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物;浴比为1:5。
实施例3:
一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡18min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水1.8g,双氧水用量为每升水16g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的20%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至62摄氏度,保温25min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物;浴比为1:6。
实施例4:
一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡18min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水3g,双氧水用量为每升水20g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的15%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至65摄氏度,保温25min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物;浴比为1:7。
实施例5:
一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡20min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水2.4g,双氧水用量为每升水15g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的12%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至60摄氏度,保温20min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物;浴比为1:6。
实施例6:
一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡18min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水2.6g,双氧水用量为每升水20g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的20%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至65摄氏度,保温30min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物;浴比为1:8。

Claims (6)

1.一种散绵纤维染色前处理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将散绵在常温下浸泡在染缸内,加入双氧水和稳定剂,然后加入渗透剂,浸泡10-20min,其中渗透剂的用量为每升水1-3 g,双氧水用量为每升水10-20g,稳定剂的加入量是双氧水质量的10-20%;
(2)向染缸内加入烧碱,调节PH为8-10,将染缸内的水温以1~3℃/min的速度升至55-65摄氏度,保温20-30min;
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的散绵加入沸水中煮10min,然后用常温水洗一次即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散绵纤维染色前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的散绵纤维染色前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述脂肪族磺酸盐包括烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的散绵纤维染色前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为包括硅酸钠,硅酸镁,聚丙烯酰胺,二价锡盐,蒽醌与DTPA的复配体、膦酸盐、羟基羧酸与锡复配的胶体溶液、氧化锡与有机膦酸,硝酸钠复配的胶体溶液中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的散绵纤维染色前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述浴比为1:5-8。
6.根据权利要求1所述的散绵纤维染色前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中染缸内的水温是60摄氏度,保温20min。
