Description

监视器支撑
本发明涉及监视器支撑,具体而言,该支撑包含一个监视器支撑部件,该部件含有扬声器并支撑该监视器外壳使之能够按用户的要求向上、向下、向左或向右转动。
近年来,各种多媒体软件计划迅速地开展并因此而使声音信号与视频信号的合并处理显得非常重要。然而,对于监视器来说,直到最近才对其中用于输出声音的扬声器的安装给予了足够的关注。因此,扬声器在典型情况下均被独立采用,即放置于监视器外壳附近,或与该监视器外壳相连。
图1为描述监视器支撑现有技术的垂直剖面图,其中扬声器固定于该监视器外壳之上。参考图1,该监视器支撑包括基座1;由基座1向上凸起的凸台1A;接于基座1上表面的监视器支撑部2,该支撑部2支撑着监视器外壳5并使其可上、下、左、右方向转动;孔2A,形成于监视器支撑部2之内以配接凸台1A;连接器3,用于连接并支撑可绕凸台1A转动的监视器支撑部;以及螺钉4,***形成于基座1上表面的凸台1A并将基座1、监视器支撑部2和连接器3接合在一起。
参考数字6表示固定在监视器外壳5前部的扬声器,而参考数字7则表示用于固定该扬声器的螺钉。
上述结构的现有技术监视器支撑以下面的方式组装。
首先,将监视器支撑部2放置于基座之上,使得从基座1上表面凸起的凸台1A能***形成于监视器支撑部2底部的孔2A之中。
然后,将连接器3置于监视器支撑部的内表面,将螺钉4***凸台1A以连接基座1、监视器支撑部2和连接器3,最后将监视器外壳5与监视器支撑部2的上侧耦合在一起。
以上述方式组装的监视器支撑可在预定的范围沿左、右方向转动,也可在预定的范围内沿上、下方向倾斜,这取决于凸台1A以及监视器支撑部孔2A的形成。换句话说,由于形成于监视器支撑部2的孔2A允许凸台1A进行移动,用户可沿上、下、左、右方向转动监视器外壳5从而方便地将监视器外壳5设定在所需的位置上。
当用户希望将扬声器连在监视器上以便将它们与监视器配合使用时,可利用螺钉7将扬声器直接固定在该监视器外壳前内侧的下部。
然而,如果以上述方式将扬声器6进行安装,由扬声器6产生的声压将直接传至阴极射线管并在该阴极射线管的遮蔽屏上施加压力。因此,由于从装于监视器内的电子枪投射而来的电子束不能稳定地聚焦于该遮蔽屏上,从而将产生颤噪现象,即产生监视器图像的颤抖现象。
本发明的目的正是为了解决上述问题。具体来说,本发明的目的在于提供一种监视器支撑,该支撑拥有包含扬声器并可支撑监视器外壳按用户需要进行上、下、左、右转动的监视器支撑部,该监视器支撑部可吸收由扬声器产生的声压,从而防止由扬声器声压而引起的监视器颤噪现象。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种监视器支撑,它包括基座,监视器支撑部,连接器,其特点为:所述基座包括基板,滑动表面,锥形突起,凸台,锁定装置;监视器支撑部接于基座之上,包括下滑动表面,上滑动表面,滑动孔,监视器固定凸耳,扬声器固定部,屏蔽板固定凸台,使其可沿上、下、左、右方向转动,并可吸收扬声器产生的声压,从而防止监视器内出现颤噪现象;屏蔽板,用于密封监视器支撑部的上部。
所述基座的滑动表面以圆形位于基板之上并与监视器支撑部上的下滑动表面相配接;锥形突起从滑动表面向上突出;凸台位于锥形突起的中心点并由此伸出;当锥形突起相对于其中心轴对称地分成两半时,锁定装置在锥形突起的半圆部分上形成,用于控制监视器支撑部的转动范围。
所述的监视器支撑部的下滑动表面位于监视器支撑部的下表面,当其与基座相连时,该下滑动表面与滑动表面相接触;上滑动表面位于离开下滑动表面的某个预定高度,并且当与基座相连时与锥形突起的顶表面相接触;滑动孔位于上滑动表面的中心;监视器固定凸耳位于监视器支撑部的上侧外表面;屏蔽板固定凸台位于监视器支撑部周界表面内侧。
所述的连接器包括锁定装置突起;位于连接器中心的连接孔,用于连接监视器支撑部和基座,屏蔽板包括一组连接孔,用于与屏蔽板固定凸台相连接;走线槽,用于接受扬声器导线,扬声器固定部包括一组凸台和位于该凸台周界表面的网罩热溶焊部,监视器固定凸耳包括中心固定孔。
下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明:

为实现上述目的,本发明的结构将参考附图中图2和图3进行说明。
根据本发明的监视器支撑包括:基座20A;监视器支撑部21,它耦合于基座20A之上,可以沿上、下、左、右方向进行转动,且该监视器支撑部的一侧配有两个扬声器固定部23;连接器22,连接基座与监视器支撑部21以便该监视器支撑部可以进行转动;以及屏蔽板25,它用于密封该监视器支撑部的上部。
在上述结构中,基座20A包括:基板20;滑动表面30,以圆形形成于基板20之上并与形成于监视器支撑部21上的下滑动表面相配接;锥形突起31,它从滑动表面30向上突出某个预定的高度;凸台32,形成于该锥形突起的中心点并由此而伸出某个预定的高度,以及锁定装置33,当锥形突起相对于其中心轴对称地分成两半时该锁定装置在该锥形突起的半圆部分上形成。上述所有的构成元件均被集合成一个整体。
在此,锁定装置33的作用是防止监视器支撑部21的转动超出预定范围。
另外,监视器支撑部21还包括:下滑动表面34,它形成于监视器支撑部的下表面,并且当其与基座20A相连时,该下滑动表面与滑动表面30相接触;上滑动表面35,它形成于离开下滑动表面34的某个预定高度并且当与基座20A相连时与锥形突起31的顶表面相接触;滑动孔36,它形成于上滑动表面的中心,以便由基座20A突出的凸台32可穿过该滑动孔36而***;一组监视器固定凸耳37,它们形成于监视器支撑部21的上侧外表面,且每个凸耳具有一个中心固定孔38;以及一组屏蔽板固定凸台39,它们形成于监视器支撑部21周界表面的内侧。上述所有构成元件均集合成一个整体。
连接器22包括由该连接器22底表面突起的锁定装置突起40、形成于该连接器中心的连接孔41以及连接监视器支撑部21和基座20A的螺钉。扬声器固定部包括一组用于固定扬声器24的凸台43和形成于该凸台43用界表面的网罩热熔焊部。
屏蔽板25包括一组形成于预定位置的连接孔45,预定位置对应于屏蔽板固定凸台39和用于接受扬声器导线48的走线槽46。参考数字47表示用于防护扬声器24的网罩47,而参考数字49表示用于连接相应构件的螺钉。
根据本发明的监视器支撑以下列方式进行组装。
首先,监视器支撑部21被置于基座20A之上以便使形成于该基座的凸台32能***形成于监视器支撑部21中部的滑动孔36。然后,将连接器22进行定位,使得该连接器22的连接孔41与从滑动孔36穿出的、基座20A的凸台32成一直线,接着再将螺钉42穿入连接孔41并进行紧固以便将连接器22、监视器支撑部21和基座20A连接在一起。
在上述组装结构中,由基座20A上表面突起的滑动表面30与形成于监视器支撑部21底侧的下滑动表面34相接触,监视器支撑部的上滑动表面35与形成于基座20A的锥形突起31的顶部相接触,从而监视器支撑部可以在基座20A上进行转动。然而,监视器支撑部不能超出预定角度范围转动,因为基座20A上的锁定装置33与从接于基座20A凸台32的连接器22的底表面上伸出的突起40相配接。
为了将扬声器固定在形成于监视器支撑部21一侧表面左、右两边的扬声器固定部上(其中该监视器支撑部21如上所述可转动地与基座20A相连接),要使得形成于扬声器固定部23的凸台43与扬声器的装配孔成一直线,然后再将螺钉49***各个孔并进行紧固以便将扬声器固定在扬声器固定部23上。另外,网罩47罩住扬声器42以防止该扬声器42受到外界的冲击,其中该网罩被焊入形成于扬声器固定部周界表面的热熔焊部。
当上述将扬声器固定于扬声器固定部的过程完成之后,屏蔽板25上的连接孔45与屏蔽板固定凸台39相互成一直线,然后再利用将螺钉49***各个孔45并紧固而把该屏蔽板固定在监视器支撑部21上,从而监视器支撑部21的内部空间被该屏蔽板所密封。接着,利用将螺钉49***形成于各个凸耳37中部连接孔38并进行紧固而将监视器26固定在监视器支撑部上,从而完成了具有一体化扬声器的监视器支撑的组装。
图3为描述组装完成后的本发明监视器支撑的部分剖面图。
参考图3,由于扬声器导线接受槽46形成于屏蔽板的一侧(即面对扬声器固定部23的一侧),则从固定于扬声器固定部的扬声器24延伸而来的导线48可以穿过走线槽46并与监视器26的内部电路相连。
由于扬声器24如上所述安装于被屏蔽板25所密封的监视器支撑部内部,且该屏蔽板吸收了产生于该扬声器的声压,所以声压不会传到阴极射线管,从而即使在使用大音量高输出扬声器时也不会在监视器内产生颤噪现象。扬声器24和监视器26的声音输出方向总是相互保持一致,因为当监视器转动某个角度时,固定于监视器支撑部21的扬声器24随该监视器26一起转动。
如上所述,本发明的监视器支撑可将扬声器包含于可转动地支撑监视器的监视器支撑部之内,并可防止监视器内产生颤噪现象,这是由于屏蔽板防止了产生于扬声器的声压直接传到监视器的缘故。

Claims (7)

1.监视器支撑,包括基座,监视器支撑部,连接器,其特征在于:所述基座包括基板,滑动表面,锥形突起,凸台,锁定装置;监视器支撑部接于基座之上,包括下滑动表面,上滑动表面,滑动孔,监视器固定凸耳,扬声器固定部,屏蔽板固定凸台,使其可沿上、下、左、右方向转动,并可吸收扬声器产生的声压,从而防止监视器内出现颤噪现象;屏蔽板,用于密封监视器支撑部的上部。
2.如权利要求1所述的监视器支撑,其特征在于所述基座的滑动表面以圆形位于基板之上并与监视器支撑部上的下滑动表面相配接;锥形突起从滑动表面向上突出;凸台位于锥形突起的中心点并由此伸出;当锥形突起相对于其中心轴对称地分成两半时,锁定装置在锥形突起的半圆部分上形成,用于控制监视器支撑部的转动范围。
3.如权利要求1所述的监视器支撑,其特征在于所述的监视器支撑部的下滑动表面位于监视器支撑部的下表面,当其与基座相连时,该下滑动表面与滑动表面相接触;上滑动表面位于离开下滑动表面的某个预定高度,并且当与基座相连时与锥形突起的顶表面相接触;滑动孔位于上滑动表面的中心;监视器固定凸耳位于监视器支撑部的上侧外表面;屏蔽板固定凸台位于监视器支撑部周界表面内侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的监视器支撑,其特征在于所述的连接器包括锁定装置突起;位于连接器中心的连接孔,用于连接监视器支撑部和基座。
5.如权利要求1或3所述的监视器支撑,其特征在于所述的屏蔽板包括一组连接孔,用于与屏蔽板固定凸台相连接;走线槽,用于接受扬声器导线。
6.如权利要求1所述的监视器支撑,其特征在于所述的扬声器固定部包括一组凸台和位于该凸台周界表面的网罩热溶焊部。
7.如权利要求1或3所述的监视器支撑,其特征在于所述的监视器固定凸耳包括中心固定孔。
