一种变电开关场用车载式除草刀具
技术领域
本发明提供的是一种变电开关场用车载式除草刀具。
背景技术
目前,电力***户外开关场地的开关、刀闸、互感器、电容器组、干式电抗器等电气设备四周装设封闭式固定围栏。当围栏内出现杂草，内藏蛇虫。如不能及时清除时，可能会对设备安全运行产生不利影响。由于杂草生长周期短，生长速度快，人工除草费时、费力、费工的同时还存在诸多不安全因素。本刀具可充分利用开关场电力设备停电检修机会，快速完成除草工作。即便是开关场正常运行的情况下，也可通过设置专职监护人来完成除草工作。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种变电开关场用车载式除草刀具。该刀具通过动力机与绝缘杆和刀头连接，并在刀头上固定有刀体，解决刀体旋转剪切电力***围栏内杂草的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
动力机固定在车载机上，动力机通过绝缘杆和刀头连接器与刀头连接，刀头两侧对称装有刀体，刀体上设有刀刃，在刀体外侧装有防撞胶垫，在刀体的外端固定有距离感应器，在动力机上装有控制器。
所述绝缘杆与刀头采用树脂基材料制成。
所述刀体采用不锈钢材料制成。
所述防撞胶垫采用聚氨酯橡胶材料制成，为半圆形。
所述距离感应器采用接近开关或红外传感器。
所述动力机采用内燃机或电动机。
积极效果，本发明具有节约成本，结构简单、体积小、成本低、使用灵活、实用性强的特点。适宜作为电力***除草机具使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，动力机2固定在车载机1上，动力机通过绝缘杆4和刀头连接器5与刀头6连接，刀头两侧对称装有刀体7，刀体上设有刀刃8，在刀体外侧装有防撞胶垫9，在刀体的外端固定有距离感应器10，在动力机上装有控制器3。

所述防撞胶垫采用聚氨酯橡胶材料制成，为半圆形。
所述距离感应器采用接近开关或红外传感器。

特点：
本发明通过车载动力机的旋转工作，可在电气设备固定围栏内出现杂草时，将刀具安装在绝缘杆上，通过固定围栏与地面间的间隙，将刀体伸入固定围栏内进行除草作业。由于其刀体带有两个反向转角，可以使刀刃最大限度的贴合地面，从杂草根部将其切断；刀体一侧装有防撞胶垫，防止除草过程中刀体碰撞输电部件。
由于在刀体上装有距离感应器，所以当刀体接近电力部件时，所产生的信号输入到控制器内，切断电源，刀体不再旋转，避免出现触碰现象，当刀体离开电力部件时，在控制器的作用下，刀体继续旋转除草。
由于绝缘杆和刀头采用树脂基材料制成，具有强度高和耐腐蚀的优点。
由于刀体采用不锈钢材料制成，所以能够长期使用不锈蚀，从而提高使用寿命。
本发明在使用时，用车载机调动动力机在电力围栏内移动除草，通过刀刃切割电力***围栏内的杂草。

1.一种变电开关场用车载式除草刀具，其特征在于：
动力机（2）固定在车载机（1）上，动力机通过绝缘杆（4）和刀头连接器（5）与刀头（6）连接，刀头两侧对称装有刀体（7），刀体上设有刀刃（8），在刀体外侧装有防撞胶垫（9），在刀体的外端固定有距离感应器（10），在动力机上装有控制器（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电开关场用车载式除草刀具，其特征在于：所述绝缘杆与刀头采用树脂基材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电开关场用车载式除草刀具，其特征在于：所述刀体采用不锈钢材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电开关场用车载式除草刀具，其特征在于：所述防撞胶垫采用聚氨酯橡胶材料制成，为半圆形。
