本发明公开了一种可快速装配转速传感器的调整垫,包括垫片本体,所述垫片本体的侧面具有开口进而使得所述调整垫为开口垫片,所述开口的宽度大于转速传感器的直径。该调整垫可大大减轻转速传感器安装调整空气间隙的步骤及时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及电控发动转速传感器领域,特别涉及一种可快速装配转速传感器的调整垫。
背景技术
众所周知,电控发动机转速传感器与信号盘之间的空气间隙有严格的要求,一般都要通过增加或减少调整垫片的方法来调整空气间隙,使之符合要求。现有的转速传感器调整垫片是一个完整的环形调整垫,增减调整垫的时候,需要将传感器完整的拔出,套上调整垫后再装复、检测间隙,大大增加转速传感器安装调整空气间隙的步骤及时间。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可快速装配转速传感器的调整垫,可大大减轻转速传感器安装调整空气间隙的步骤及时间。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可快速装配转速传感器的调整垫,包括垫片本体,所述垫片本体的侧面具有开口进而使得所述调整垫为开口垫片,所述开口的宽度大于转速传感器的直径。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:通过将转速传感器调整垫片改成开口垫片,其开口宽度大于转速传感器的直径,当增减调整垫时,无需将传感器完整拔出(包括固定螺栓),只需从侧面***即可,可大大减轻转速传感器安装调整空气间隙的步骤及时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
除非另有其它明确表示,否则在整个说明书和权利要求书中,术语“包括”或其变换如“包含”或“包括有”等等将被理解为包括所陈述的元件或组成部分,而并未排除其它元件或其它组成部分。
如图2所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种可快速装配转速传感器的调整垫,包括垫片本体21,垫片本体21的侧面具有开口进而使得调整垫为开口垫片,开口的宽度大于转速传感器1的直径。当增减调整垫时,无需将转速传感器1完整拔出(包括固定螺栓),只需从侧面***即可,可大大减轻转速传感器1的安装调整空气间隙的步骤及时间。
上述方案中,通过将转速传感器调整垫片改成开口垫片,其开口宽度大于转速传感器的直径。由于现有的转速传感器调整垫片是一个完整的环形调整垫2(参见图1),增减调整垫的时候,需要将传感器完整的拔出,套上调整垫后再装复、检测间隙,而本方案中,当增减调整垫时,无需将传感器完整拔出(包括固定螺栓),只需从侧面***即可。如此,即可大大减轻转速传感器安装调整空气间隙的步骤及时间。
综上,本实施例的可快速装配转速传感器的调整垫,通过将转速传感器调整垫片改成开口垫片,其开口宽度大于转速传感器的直径,当增减调整垫时,无需将传感器完整拔出(包括固定螺栓),只需从侧面***即可,可大大减轻转速传感器安装调整空气间隙的步骤及时间。

1.一种可快速装配转速传感器的调整垫,包括垫片本体,其特征在于,所述垫片本体的侧面具有开口进而使得所述调整垫为开口垫片,所述开口的宽度大于转速传感器的直径。
