Abstract

本发明涉及一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法,先将涤/棉混纺织物用阳离子型化合物处理,再用阴离子染料对涤/棉混纺织物进行染色,不仅使涤/棉混纺织物获得良好的染色效果,而且染色过程操作简单,效率高,节水节能,减少了废水排放。

一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法
技术领域
本发明一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法,涉及一种涤/棉混纺织物用一种阴离子染料实现一浴一步法染色的工艺,属于纺织印染领域。
背景技术
涤/棉混纺织物既突出了涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定,缩水率小,具有挺拔、不易皱折、易洗、快干的特点。因此,涤棉混纺织物是一种非常重要的纺织面料。涤/棉混纺织物传统的染色方法是用分散染料和活性染料或其它棉用染料对两种纤维分别进行染色。因此,该类织物的染色工艺流程长,操作过程复杂,能源和水资源消耗大,生产成本高,并且会产生大量的难处理的有色废水。
为了解决这些问题,有使用一种染料染色或者使用两种染料一浴法染色的报道。例如CN201410256555.2用靛蓝染料对涤/棉混纺织物采用二浴二步法染色。CN201010585104.5用分散染料、活性染料与非离子匀染剂等对涤/棉混纺织物进行一浴法染色。CN201210457353.5将分散染料和活性染料与元明粉同浴,对涤/棉混纺织物进行染色,减少了染色工序。CN201410153200.0用有机溶剂对涤/棉混纺织物进行预溶胀处理,然后将分散染料和活性染料与有机溶剂一起配制染浴,对涤/棉混纺织物进行同浴染色。CN201210474271.1用一种双一氯均三嗪活性染料与分散染料同浴染色,以提高生产效率,减少污水排放。CN201410446811.4用一种耐高温耐碱的艳红色分散染料和活性染料对涤/棉混纺织物进行一浴法染色,减少了工艺流程。但是,在这些公开的技术方案中,所能使用的染料品种有限,色谱不够齐全。
本发明一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法,先将涤/棉混纺织物用阳离子型化合物处理,再用阴离子染料对涤/棉混纺织物进行染色,不仅使涤/棉混纺织物获得良好的染色效果,而且染色过程操作简单,效率高,节水节能,减少了废水排放。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法,本发明的技术方案为:(1)首先配制0.1-5g/L阳离子型化合物水溶液,将涤/棉混纺织物浸轧所配制的阳离子型化合物水溶液,带液率30-80%,烘干。(2) 经阳离子型化合物溶液处理之后的涤/棉混纺织物浸轧由阴离子染料配制的水溶液,带液率30-80%,染料的类型和用量依据染色牢度和颜色深浅确定,烘干后于120-180℃下焙烘30-180秒。
本发明所述的阳离子型化合物是指阳离子型聚合物和阳离子表面活性剂,所述的阳离子聚合物是指由乳液聚合得到的聚合物,是聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或组合,以十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、乙撑基双(十六烷基二甲基氯化铵)、乙撑基双(十六烷基二甲基溴化铵)作为乳化剂合成的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯聚合物中的一种或组合,所述的阳离子表面活性剂是十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵中的一种或组合。
本发明所述的阴离子染料为活性染料、直接染料和酸性染料中的一种或组合,例如活性艳红K-2BP、活性嫩黄k-6G、活性艳蓝X-BR、活性艳蓝K-GR、活性翠蓝K-GL、活性艳蓝KN-R、活性艳蓝KN-4R、活性SNE蓝中,酸性红A、酸性红B、酸性红3B、酸性红BG、酸性大红G、酸性蓝R、酸性嫩黄2G、酸性橙Ⅱ、酸性黑B、弱酸性深蓝GR、酸性蓝NG-L,直接黄GR、直接大红4B、直接蓝2B、直接湖蓝6B、直接耐晒黄RS、直接冻黄G、直接重氮蓝BBLS、直接重氮橙GG、直接黄棕D3G。
本发明所述的涤/棉混纺织物为任意比例混纺的涤/棉混纺织物。
本发明的有益效果在于:(1)染料来源广泛,色谱齐全,成本低;(2)工艺流程简短,容易操作;(3)节水节能,废水排放少;(4)适合各种类型的涤棉混纺织物染色。

具体实施方式
实施例1
将涤/棉混纺织物(T/C,65/35)在30℃条件下二浸二轧0.10g/L无皂乳液聚合制得的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵分散液,带液率为40%,分散液pH为6-7,烘干,水洗并烘干;处理后的织物用0.10g/L酸性红A染液浸轧染色,烘干,于120℃下焙烘30秒,然后水洗去除浮色,烘干。
实施例2
将涤/棉混纺织物(T/C,50/50)分别浸轧pH为6-7的0.10g/L、0.20g/L、0.50g/L、0.75g/L、1.00g/L、1.50g/L聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵分散液,带液率为60%,烘干,然后水洗烘干。处理后的织物分别浸轧0.50g/L酸性橙Ⅱ染液,带液率为30%,烘干,于140℃下焙烘120秒,然后水洗去除浮色,烘干。
实施例3
配制pH为6-7、浓度为5g/L的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵分散液,用此分散液浸轧涤/棉混织物(T/C,70/30),带液率为60%,烘干,水洗并烘干;处理后的织物用1g/L的酸性蓝R溶液浸轧,带液率40%,于140℃下焙烘90秒,然后水洗去除浮色,烘干。
实施例4
配制2.50g/L由十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为乳化剂通过阳离子乳液聚合制得的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯溶液,溶液pH为6-7,将涤/棉混纺织物(T/C,80/20)浸轧该溶液,带液率为30%,烘干,水洗并烘干。配制2g/L直接大红4B水溶液,处理后的织物浸轧该溶液,带液率80%,于120℃下焙烘60秒,然后水洗去除浮色,烘干。
实施例5
配制2.50g/L由十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为乳化剂通过阳离子乳液聚合制得的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯溶液,溶液pH为6-7,将涤/棉混纺织物(T/C,20/80)浸轧该溶液,带液率为60-70%,烘干,水洗并烘干。配制3g/L活性艳红K-2BP水溶液,将处理后的织物浸轧该溶液,带液率60%,于140℃下焙烘120秒,然后水洗去除浮色,烘干。
实施例6
配制1.50g/L十六烷基三甲基氯化铵溶液,将涤/棉混纺织物(T/C,50/50)浸轧该溶液,带液率为80%,烘干,水洗并烘干。配制0.5g/L的酸性橙Ⅱ溶液,将处理后的织物浸轧该溶液,带液率50%,分别于120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃下焙烘180秒,然后水洗去除浮色,烘干。
实施案例7
配制3.0g/L十八烷基三甲基溴化铵溶液,将涤/棉混纺织物(T/C,30/70)浸轧该溶液,带液率为70%,烘干,水洗并烘干。配制1.2g/L的活性艳蓝KN-R溶液,将处理后的织物浸轧该溶液,带液率80%,于180℃下焙烘60秒,然后水洗去除浮色,烘干。

Claims (3)

1.一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法,其特征在于包括:(1)配制0.1-5g/L的阳离子型化合物水溶液,将涤/棉混纺织物浸轧所配制的溶液,带液率为30-80%,烘干;(2)按照染色要求配制阴离子染料水溶液,经过步骤(1)处理的织物浸轧配制的染料溶液,带液率为30-80%,烘干,于120-180℃下焙烘30-180秒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法,其特征在于所述的阳离子型化合物是聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵、聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或组合,用十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、乙撑基双(十六烷基二甲基氯化铵)、乙撑基双(十六烷基二甲基溴化铵)作为乳化剂合成的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯聚合物中的一种或组合,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵中的一种或组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤/棉混纺织物的一浴一步法染色方法,其特征在于所述的阴离子染料为活性染料、直接染料和酸性染料中的一种或组合,染料类型和用量依据染色牢度和颜色深浅确定。
