本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在石材行业均采用树脂及其改性产品、属自干或热干型及仍使用部分不环保的辅助原料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种环保型的、能提高石材的密度、光泽度以及表面保护性能、达到防水、防污、耐腐蚀的目的的大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:大理石能量固化胶及表面处理保护材料,它由如下重量份数的原料组成:已二醇二丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1% -5%、羟基环已基甲酮10% - 50%、光引发剂10% - 50%、高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、脂肪族聚酯型10% - 50%、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂10% - 50%、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物10% -50%。

1、按已二醇二丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1% - 5%、羟基环已基甲酮10% -50%、光引发剂10% - 50%、高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、脂肪族聚酯型10% - 50%、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂10% - 50%、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物10% - 50%进行备料;将上述组分的已二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯混合在一起搅拌1-10分钟;
2、往上述步骤1所得的溶液加入高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯、脂肪族聚酯型混合在一起搅拌5-20分钟;
3、最后加入光引发剂、羟基环已基甲酮、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物混合在一起搅拌2-10分钟,即成。
进一步地,上述所有步骤的操作温度在20-50度之间。
本发明产生的有益效果为:本发明所述的大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料及其制备方法,环保,提高了施工效率,提高石材的密度、光泽度以及表面保护性能,达到防水、防污、耐腐蚀的目的,直接降低生产成本及节省多项间接成本。

为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对上述技术方案进行详细的说明。
实施例1
大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料的制备方法,它包含如下步骤:
1、按已二醇二丙烯酸酯15%、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯12%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10%、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦3%、羟基环已基甲酮10%、光引发剂10%、高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯10%、脂肪族聚酯型10%、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂10%、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物10%进行备料;将上述组分的已二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯混合在一起搅拌5分钟;
2、往上述步骤1所得的溶液加入高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯、脂肪族聚酯型混合在一起搅拌10分钟;
3、最后加入光引发剂、羟基环已基甲酮、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物混合在一起搅拌5分钟,即成。
本实施例中,上述所有步骤的操作温度为20-50摄氏度。
实施例2
大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料的制备方法,它包含如下步骤:
1、按已二醇二丙烯酸酯11%、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯11%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯12%、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦2%、羟基环已基甲酮11%、光引发剂11%、高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯11%、脂肪族聚酯型11%、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂10%、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物10%进行备料;将上述组分的已二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯混合在一起搅拌8分钟;
2、往上述步骤1所得的溶液加入高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯、脂肪族聚酯型混合在一起搅拌15分钟;
3、最后加入光引发剂、羟基环已基甲酮、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物混合在一起搅拌8分钟,即成。
本实施例中,上述所有步骤的操作温度为20-50摄氏度。
实施例3
大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料的制备方法,它包含如下步骤:
1、按已二醇二丙烯酸酯10%、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯10%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯11%、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦3%、羟基环已基甲酮11%、光引发剂11%、高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯11%、脂肪族聚酯型11%、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂11%、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物11%进行备料;将上述组分的已二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯混合在一起搅拌10分钟;
2、往上述步骤1所得的溶液加入高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯、脂肪族聚酯型混合在一起搅拌20分钟;
3、最后加入光引发剂、羟基环已基甲酮、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物混合在一起搅拌10分钟,即成。
本实施例中,上述所有步骤的操作温度为20-50摄氏度。
本具体实施方式产生的有益效果为:本具体实施方式所述的大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料及其制备方法,环保,提高了施工效率,提高石材的密度、光泽度以及表面保护性能,达到防水、防污、耐腐蚀的目的,直接降低生产成本及节省多项间接成本。

2.大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)、按已二醇二丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1% - 5%、羟基环已基甲酮10% -50%、光引发剂10% - 50%、高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯10% - 50%、脂肪族聚酯型10% - 50%、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂10% - 50%、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物10% - 50%进行备料;将上述组分的已二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯混合在一起搅拌1-10分钟;
(2)、往上述步骤(1)所得的溶液加入高官聚氨酷丙烯酸酯、脂肪族聚酯型混合在一起搅拌5-20分钟;
(3)、最后加入光引发剂、羟基环已基甲酮、改性烯酸酯类聚合物消泡剂、氟改牲聚硅氧烷聚合物混合在一起搅拌2-10分钟,即成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大理石能量固化胶、表面处理保护材料的制备方法,其特征在于:上述所有步骤的操作温度在20-50度之间。
