Abstract

本发明涉及消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,由PVC表层和PVC基层构成,其中PVC表层的制备原料中包括导电纤维,PVC基层的制备原料包括:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,增塑剂0‑8份,填充剂:碳酸钙10‑15份、二氧化钛8‑15份、滑石粉5‑10份,热稳定剂1.5‑3份,润滑剂0.5‑2份,葡萄糖0.5‑1份,磷酸三乙酯0.5‑1份,吸湿剂0.2‑0.8份,表面改性剂0.05‑1.2份。其中表面改性剂优选硼酸酯类。本发明通过改进PVC地板配比,使制得的PVC地板不仅具有优异的消静电性能,而且具有较好的着墨效果,提高印刷油墨在PVC地板上的铺展效果,使获得优异印刷图案呈现能力的PVC地板。

Description

一种消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于塑胶地板技术领域,具体涉及一种消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板。
背景技术
塑胶地板(PVC地板),主要成分为聚氯乙烯材料,PVC地板可以做成两种,一种是同质透心的,就是从底到面的花纹材质都是一样的。还有一种是复合式的,就是最上面一层是纯PVC透明层,下面加上印花层和发泡层。PVC地板由于其花色丰富,色彩多样而被广泛用于居家和商业的各方面。
不断提升PVC地板表面花纹的着色质感,改善油墨在PVC地板基底表面的着色效果是增强产品竞争力的因素之一。进一步地,为了消除静电影响,需要对塑胶地板的去静电功能也进行开发。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,由PVC表层和PVC基层构成,PVC表层主要发挥消静电功能,再通过改进PVC基层的成分配比,使PVC地板具有较好的着墨效果、色彩呈现能力。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,由PVC表层和PVC基层构成,其中, PVC表层的制备原料中包括导电纤维,且100份聚氯乙烯树脂配置5-25份导电纤维;
所述PVC基层由如下质量份的原料制备而成
聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,
增塑剂 0-8份,
填充剂:碳酸钙10-15份、二氧化钛8-15份、滑石粉5-10份,
热稳定剂 1.5-3份,
润滑剂 0.5-2份,
葡萄糖 0.5-1份,
磷酸三乙酯 0.5-1份,
吸湿剂 0.2-0.8份,
表面改性剂 0.05-1.2份。
所述吸湿剂为三乙醇胺,提高PVC地板对印刷油墨的吸附性。同时,葡萄糖能够改善PVC地板表面印刷油墨的抗水能力。
所述表面改性剂为硼酸酯类,包括蓖麻油酸三乙醇胺硼酸酯、蓖麻油酸甘油硼酸酯和甘油三乙醇胺硼酸酯、二甘油硼酸酯和三乙醇胺硼酸酯,首选蓖麻油酸三乙醇胺硼酸酯、蓖麻油酸甘油硼酸酯。蓖麻油酸类硼酸酯具有较大的分子体积,其分子表面积较小,有助于改善PVC地板表面特性,使油墨更好的铺展,提高PVC地板表面的着墨效果,和油墨印刷层的图案呈现能力,使更清晰、质感。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯或聚酯类增塑剂中的一种或两种以上的组合。
所述热稳定剂包括有机锡或金属皂类复合稳定剂,所述金属皂类复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铬、硬脂酸钙中两种以上金属的组合,优选钡+锌、钡+锌+镉、钙+锌的组合。
所述有机锡是二月桂酸二正丁基锡、马来酸二丁基锡、马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡、硫醇甲基锡。
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、聚硅氧烷。
本发明PVC地板的PVC基层的制备方法是,将聚氯乙烯树脂预热至70~80℃,加入增塑剂,搅拌60~120s,加入填充剂,搅拌均匀,再加入剩余配料;将体系升温至100~110℃,设置搅拌转速至1200~1600转/min,反应持续6min以上;然后降温至45~50℃,出料;将混合物料转移至行星挤塑机,设置行星挤塑机温度100~150℃,之后转入开炼机混炼,经压延机压延,压延温度为170~210℃,冷却至常温定型,然后回火软化,回火温度35~40℃,收卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
在PVC表层的PVC原料中添置导电纤维,使PVC地板具有了消静电的作用。
通过改进PVC基层的原料配置,使制得的PVC地板具有较好的着墨效果,提高印刷油墨在PVC地板上的铺展效果,使获得优异印刷图案呈现能力的PVC地板。通过调整填充剂中滑石粉的含量,有助于改进PVC地板的润滑性以提高着墨性;在原料中添加磷酸三乙酯,使印刷油墨在PVC地板上铺展更加顺畅,进而便于着墨均匀;另外,本发明在原料中添加了硼酸酯类作为表面改性剂,提高油墨在PVC表面的铺展能力,消除局部着墨厚薄差异,提高着墨效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
PVC地板由PVC表层和PVC基层构成。其中,PVC表层的制备原料中每100质量份聚氯乙烯树脂对应添加15份导电纤维。
PVC基层,原料按质量份计量包括:聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,增塑剂 5份,填充剂:碳酸钙10份、二氧化钛8份、滑石粉10份,热稳定剂 2份,润滑剂 1份,葡萄糖 0.5份,磷酸三乙酯 0.5份,三乙醇胺 0.2-0.8份,蓖麻油酸三乙醇胺硼酸酯 0.2份。
上述增塑剂是邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯任意比例和2份大豆油的混合物。
上述热稳定剂是硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌按1:1质量比的混合物。
上述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、液体石蜡、硬脂酸、脂肪酰胺中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
PVC基层的制备方法是,将聚氯乙烯树脂预热至70~80℃,加入增塑剂,搅拌60~120s,加入填充剂,搅拌均匀,再加入剩余配料;将体系升温至100~110℃,设置搅拌转速至1200~1600转/min,反应持续6min以上;然后降温至45~50℃,出料;将混合物料转移至行星挤塑机,设置行星挤塑机温度100~150℃,之后转入开炼机混炼,经压延机压延,压延温度为170~210℃,冷却至常温定型,然后回火软化,回火温度35~40℃,收卷。
实施例2
与实施例1的主要区别是PVC表层的制备原料中每100质量份聚氯乙烯树脂对应添加20份导电纤维。
PVC基层的制备原料,本实施例中的PVC地板的制备原料按质量份计量包括:聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,增塑剂 6份,填充剂:碳酸钙10份、二氧化钛10份、滑石粉5份,热稳定剂1.5份,润滑剂 1.3份,葡萄糖 0.5份,磷酸三乙酯 0.5份,三乙醇胺 0.4份,三乙醇胺硼酸酯 0.05份。
上述增塑剂是CPE。
上述热稳定剂是硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铬按1:1:0.5质量比的混合物。
上述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸任意比例的混合物。
实施例3
与实施例1的主要区别是PVC表层的制备原料中每100质量份聚氯乙烯树脂对应添加15份导电纤维。
本实施例中的PVC基层的制备原料按质量份计量包括:聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,增塑剂 6份,填充剂:碳酸钙12份、二氧化钛8份、滑石粉8份,热稳定剂 2份,润滑剂 1.6份,葡萄糖 0.5份,磷酸三乙酯 0.5份,三乙醇胺 0.4份,蓖麻油酸甘油硼酸酯和甘油三乙醇胺硼酸酯的混合物 0.5份。
上述热稳定剂是硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌按任意质量比的混合物。
上述润滑剂为液体石蜡。
实施例4
与实施例1的主要区别是PVC表层的制备原料中每100质量份聚氯乙烯树脂对应添加12份导电纤维。
PVC基层的制备原料按质量份计量包括:聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,增塑剂 6份,填充剂:碳酸钙12份、二氧化钛8份、滑石粉8份,热稳定剂 2份,润滑剂 2份,葡萄糖 0.5份,磷酸三乙酯 0.5份,三乙醇胺 0.4份,蓖麻油酸甘油硼酸酯 0.75份。
上述热稳定剂为有机锡,选在二月桂酸二正丁基锡、马来酸二丁基锡、马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡、硫醇甲基锡中的一种或二种以上。
上述各实施例所制备的PVC地板为白色,能够消除地板静电,同时着墨效果优异,经试验,印刷油墨能够在该PVC地板更好的铺展,且色彩浓郁鲜艳,着色均匀,显著提高了PVC地板的油墨质感。
除上述实施例外,本发明还包括有其他实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效替换方式形成的技术方案,均应落入本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,由PVC表层和PVC基层构成,其特征在于:PVC表层的制备原料中包括导电纤维,100份聚氯乙烯树脂配置5-25份导电纤维;
所述PVC基层由如下质量份的原料制备而成
聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,
增塑剂 0-8份,
填充剂:碳酸钙10-15份、二氧化钛8-15份、滑石粉5-10份,
热稳定剂 1.5-3份,
润滑剂 0.5-2份,
葡萄糖 0.5-1份,
磷酸三乙酯 0.5-1份,
吸湿剂 0.2-0.8份,
表面改性剂 0.05-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,其特征在于:所述吸湿剂为三乙醇胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,其特征在于:所述表面改性剂为硼酸酯类。
4.根据权利要求3所述的消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,其特征在于:所述硼酸酯类包括蓖麻油酸三乙醇胺硼酸酯、蓖麻油酸甘油硼酸酯和甘油三乙醇胺硼酸酯、二甘油硼酸酯和三乙醇胺硼酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯或聚酯类增塑剂中的一种或两种以上的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂包括有机锡或金属皂类复合稳定剂,所述金属皂类复合稳定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铬、硬脂酸钙中两种以上金属的组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,其特征在于:所述有机锡是二月桂酸二正丁基锡、马来酸二丁基锡、马来酸单丁酯二丁基锡、硫醇甲基锡。
8.根据权利要求1所述的消静电、着墨性好的PVC地板,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、聚硅氧烷。
