本发明公开了一种玻璃机光机结构,包含:底座、工作台、立柱,底座上的设置有X轴组件和Y轴组件,Y轴组件上设置工作台、X轴组件上设置有与X轴组件配合的Z轴组件,底座和工作台为青花岗岩材质。本发现实现的玻璃机光机结构,吸水性优越,不易变形,刚性强,综合性能高。

本发明涉及一种玻璃机,尤其涉及一种玻璃机光机结构。
背景技术
数控机床光机结构通常由机床底座、工作台、立柱、横梁、三轴组件和刀库组成。光机结构的设计决定了机床的类型。
在现有的光机结构中,通常各部件主要使用金属来进行制作,金属材料容易受到环境的影响,时效性难以把控,吸水性不强。
发明内容
本发明提供一种玻璃机光机结构,旨在解决现有玻璃机光机结构容易受环境影响、吸水性不强的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供一种玻璃机光机结构,包含:底座、工作台、立柱,所述底座上的设置有X轴组件和Y轴组件、所述Y轴组件上设置有所述工作台、所述X轴组件上设置有与所述X轴组件配合的Z轴组件,所述底座和工作台为青花岗岩材质。
进一步的,所述立柱和横梁的材质为青花岗岩材质。
进一步的,还包含刀库组件,所述刀库组件呈半伞形。
本发明提供的玻璃机光机结构,机床底座、工作台、立柱、横梁 的材质均采用青花岗岩,材质本身密度大,吸水性优越,不易变形,刚性强,综合性能高。更适合大工作台面,进而适合大幅面的面板切割、长条形铝型材和非金属材料产品加工、以及大型木器的CNC雕刻加工。

为了清楚的了解本发明的实施过程和实施效果,以下将结合附图进行详细描述,应当理解,以下实施例不造成对本发明保护范围的限制。
一种玻璃机光机结构,包括底座1、设置在所述底座1上的Y轴组件2、设置在所述Y轴组件2上的工作台3、通过立柱7设置在所述底座1上的X轴组件4、设置在所述X轴组件4上并且与所述X轴组件4配合的Z轴组件5、设置在所述底座1侧面的刀库组件6。
如图1所示,所述工作台3整体呈长方形,尺寸相比较传统的金 属工作台较大,相应的,X轴组件4和Y轴组件2的行程也比较大,特别适合大幅面的面板切割、长条形铝型材和非金属材料产品加工、以及大型木器的CNC雕刻加工,还可以完成高光铣。
如图1所示,所述底座1、工作台3、立柱7、横梁8的材质均采用青花岗岩,例如济南青花岗岩,使用济南青花岗岩的优点在于:材质本身密度大,吸水性优越,不易变形,刚性强,综合性能高。
如图1所示,所述X轴4在电机带动下的快移速度可达60m/mi n,配合半伞型型刀库6使换刀更为迅速。
本发明实现的玻璃机光机结构,机床底座、工作台、立柱、横梁的材质均采用青花岗岩,材质本身密度大,吸水性优越,不易变形,刚性强,综合性能高。更适合大工作台面,进而适合大幅面的面板切割、长条形铝型材和非金属材料产品加工、以及大型木器的CNC雕刻加工。

1.一种玻璃机光机结构,其特征在于:包含:底座、工作台、立柱,所述底座上的设置有X轴组件和Y轴组件、所述Y轴组件上设置有所述工作台、所述X轴组件上设置有与所述X轴组件配合的Z轴组件,所述底座和工作台为青花岗岩材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃机光机结构,其特征在于:所述立柱和横梁的材质为青花岗岩材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃机光机结构,其特征在于:还包含刀库组件,所述刀库组件呈半伞形。
